Blue state Civil War, also known as the Transition Integrity Project, Deep State coup 3.0, U.S. Color Revolution, the Biden Putsch or the Dem panic Pandemic is an effort by the Democratic National Committee to steal the 2020 Presidential election through mail-in voter fraud. Democrats openly threatened voters with violence if President Trump is re-elected. The plan is essentially to create confusion in the immediate aftermath of the election resembling the 2000 "Florida Recount on steroids." Twitter and Facebook announced that they will censor and block President Trump and supporters' claim of victory, and will highlight the fake news reporting of CNN and other disreputable sources on the delayed election results.
Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin – key swing states – all prohibit election officials from beginning to process mail-in votes until election day. The seditious Democrat conspiracy is to delay election results as long as possible. Ballot harvesting has become the tool of choice by Democrats to steal elections. Mail-in ballots have been used for voter fraud. Twitter and Facebook announced that they will censor and block President Trump and supporters' claim of victory, and will highlight the fake news reporting of CNN and other disreputable sources on the delayed election results.

Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019
In the case of Bush v. Gore the Supreme Court “ruled that the use of different standards of counting in different counties violated the Equal Protection Clause, and ruled that no alternative method could be established within the time limit set by Title 3 of the United States Code”. The Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019 changed Title 3—Chapter 1—Section 1 to read: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President”. In the 2020 Presidential election, each State must appoint their electors by the following Tuesday on 10 November, 2020.
If the outcome of the election is still in doubt by Jan. 20, 2021—the day the Constitution says the winner of the presidential election is supposed to be sworn into office—due to litigation and/or the long delays in counting mailed ballots, the 20th Amendment to the Constitution provides that Congress “may by law provide … who shall then act as President.”
Under 3 U.S.C. § 19, Congress has provided that the speaker of the House shall upon his or her “resignation as Speaker and Representative” act as president until a president or vice president has been determined.
Transition Integrity Project

Democrats held a simulation in June 2020 on how to drive President Trump from office if he wins. They called it “Transition Integrity Project ” and it has nothing to do with integrity and everything to do with stealing back a lost election.
“All of our scenarios ended in both street-level violence and political impasse,” Rosa Brooks, a Georgetown law professor told the press. “The law is essentially…it’s almost helpless against a president who’s willing to ignore it.”
By “ignore” she means not bow to Democrats. By “law” she means Democrat election cheating.
“Scenario exercises don’t predict the future,” she said, adding, “They explore possible futures: some of the ‘what ifs.’ Our scenario exercises did not end in good places, but it’s important to note that this does not mean that there is something inevitable about chaos and constitutional crisis in the coming months — just that these particular exercises suggest that these are real possibilities.”
She’s training the media and the Democrats on what to say and how to react to a Trump victory or a Biden win by cheating. Her goal is to legitimize the cheating. This session also serves to prime the pump of public opinion and get America used to talking about ousting President Trump, no matter the real election result. Brooks said,
“The goal of the exercises was not to give people nightmares, but rather to identify possible inflection points to prevent or mitigate catastrophic outcomes to the 2020 presidential election. … I think the exercises led to some important insights, one being that forewarned is forearmed; in all our exercises, events unfolded very quickly in the days after the election, and those who had thought in advance about the ‘what ifs’ were better positioned to respond than those who had not.”
Through her obfuscation it is evident what this entire meeting was: Democrat election cheating and stealing boot camp. The “respond” she has in mind is to a legitimate Trump victory. The ostensible reason for the training is a scenario where Trump won’t leave office after a loss. But the actual goal of those who attended is to kill a Trump victory, with the help of the media, in any way they can.
Former U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy wrote on the fake basis for the meeting: “There is no rational reason to indulge the anti-Trump hallucination of a defeated president holed up in the Oval Office refusing to leave. If ever any president were to try such an inane thing after the constitutionally mandated divestment of executive authority, he or she would be escorted from the premises — hopefully, with whatever dignity could still be mustered under the circumstances.”
White House siege
The Biden Putsch
Biden openly hinted at intent to commit treason and insurrection, with aid from the Democrat Party, by claiming that four former joint chiefs of staff are ready to act, referring to four former chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and now retired generals and admirals — Retired Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, Retired Army General Martin Dempsey, Retired Air Force General Richard Myers, and Retired Army General Colin Powell — who have publicly criticized Trump’s notice that he may use federal troops to quell the Leftist insurrection if necessary, protect lives, and restore calm.
Biden suggested that retired generals who publicly criticized the current elected president may be pressed into action by Biden to enforce the results of an election. Biden seemed to suggest that Biden can decide if Trump could only be reelected illegitimately. He apparently believes he has the support of the military, active and retired, to depose Trump. As disclosures mounted that outgoing Vice President Biden himself in 2017 thought that he and his administration had a right to surveil the 2016 Trump campaign and Trump transition. Biden himself requested the unmasking of an American citizen in subsequent intelligence transcripts; the name had been redacted and was then illegally leaked to the press. Biden was part of an Obama team that approved spying on General Michael Flynn, Trump’s designated national security adviser — all justified on the notion of “Russian collusion” that at that time had already been debunked by the Obama administration’s own FBI.
Regulations prohibit retired generals and admirals from disparaging the current commander in chief. The relevant regulations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice are more explicit about what constitutes clearly unacceptable behavior for retired generals still receiving government pay and perks.
“What we saw last night and the night before in Los Angeles is not about civil rights. . . . It’s not a message of protest. It’s been the brutality of a mob, pure and simple.”As commander in chief, Bush ordered 4,500 Marine combat troops into the city to quell the violence. And he added of the order,
“Federal effort will not be driven by mob violence, but by respect for due process and law.”
At the time of the 1992 riots, Bush’s chairman of the joint chiefs, who oversaw the dispatch of the federal Marines into Los Angeles, was General Colin Powell. Powell, who now criticized Trump for even considering the use federal troops, reportedly told Bush of his request for federal troops to quell a domestic disturbance, “All you’ve got to do is say it.”
For the first time in modern memory, lots of media venues and essayists have openly discussed the possibility that the President Trump might be the object of a coup, warnings issued both prior to and after President Trump’s election, from both Americans and foreign observers, and then again in reaction to politically partisan declarations of disdain from the retired generals and admirals. They made no specific charges that the president had violated the Constitution while daily more evidence surfaced of the Obama administration’s efforts to sabotage a campaign, a presidential transition, and the early months of the new Trump administration.
It is not just retired military officers who voice barely veiled concerns that Trump is beyond the pale and has wrecked the Constitution and should leave “the sooner, the better” (as retired admiral William McRaven put it in 2019). High-ranking intelligence and investigatory officials under the guise of constitutionalism have deemed Donald Trump and his administration, at least in their own individual exalted estimations, existential threats that require extra-constitutional means to defeat.
Rarely have the former head of the CIA (John Brennan), the top echelon of the FBI (James Comey and Andrew McCabe), and the former director of national intelligence (James Clapper) — none of them elected officials — become the subject of criminal investigations by federal attorneys for a number of possible federal crimes, whose essence was aborting a presidential transition and later a presidency.
In 2018, the retired director of the CIA tweeted of the President, in the larger context of the now repudiated Russian hoax and, in particular, the firing of Andrew McCabe from the FBI,
“When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. . . . America will triumph over you”
Brennan, prior to Trump’s presidency, admitted to lying under oath to Congress on two occasions. Former U.N. ambassador Samantha Power tweeted a snarky assent,
“Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan.”
“Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you.”
"Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is. We’ve got to have a massive legal operation. I know the Biden campaign is working on that."
Vote by mail fraud
When Democrats want to tilt elections in their favor outside the ballot box, Marc Elias of Perkins Coie is the go-to guy. Perkins Coie is the Democratic law firm, paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign, that hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump in 2016. They failed, but still compiled the Steele dossier full of foreign-solicited lies about Trump and Russia, which was leaked by Obama intelligence officials to try to sabotage the new president’s administration, sow doubt in his election victory, and invalidate the votes of 63 million Americans. From Wisconsin to Nevada, to California, Marc Elias and the Democrats pushed lawsuits disguised as “election reform” to water down important election safeguards and increase the opportunity for fraud, abuse, and corruption. In August 2020 Politico reported,
Coronavirus has turned the Democratic Party’s voter contact program, one operative said, into something more like a tech support operation than a traditional door-knocking effort.....Priorities USA, the Democratic super PAC, is spending $24 million on voter mobilization, which includes vote-by-mail education. Fair Fight, a group founded by Stacey Abrams, has rolled out voter protection programs in 17 states....
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s recent attacks on the USPS and on mail-voting is raising concern among voters, operatives say.
“We've seen such an increase from young people in terms of concern about their ballot casting,” said Jared DeLoof, the states director of NextGen America, which targets younger voters. “They want to vote, they want to make sure that that vote is going to count.” [...]
Democrats believe they will also have to follow up with some voters after their ballot has been cast, in an effort to help them fix ballots that have been rejected for technical reasons. State rules vary widely on if or how voters can correct their ballots, and the time windows to do so can be short.
While Democratic campaigns and groups navigate the patchwork of state rules governing mail ballots to encourage turnout, Democratic election attorney Marc Elias is trying to change many of those rules.
This is the other half of the party’s vote-by-mail efforts: a sprawling legal effort that spans every battleground state and is costing tens of millions of dollars. Priorities USA, just one of Elias’ clients, has expanded its voting litigation budget to $32 million.
“One of the features of vote by mail is that between the point that the voter cast the ballot and the point that the ballot is counted, several things have to go right,” Elias said in an interview. “One is that the ballot has to be received by the election officials in time. ... And the second is that the ballot needs to be verified and accepted.”
Elias, who was the lead attorney in former Sen. Al Franken’s (D-Minn.) 2008 recount victory and the general counsel for Hillary Clinton and John Kerry’s presidential campaigns, is pursuing what he calls “four pillars” of legal changes to election laws during coronavirus. The first, that mail ballots should include paid postage with them, has some cross-partisan support.
The other three do not, locking Elias in a wide-range legal fight with Republicans all over the country, including the Republican National Committee and its legal budget of at least $20 million. Those fights are over Elias’ push to mandate that states count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received after the fact; overhauling signature matching laws, which Elias derides as based on pseudoscience; and allowing for third parties to collect and turn in voters’ sealed absentee ballots, which Democrats call “community collection” and Republicans largely deride as “ballot harvesting.”
“One thing you do is you make sure that people whose ballot is being challenged based on signature matching, that the people that are doing that have been trained, are applying uniform non-discriminatory standards. And most importantly, the voter is notified and has an opportunity to cure,” Elias said of his legal strategy. (A cure process mandates that a state contacts voters whose ballots have been rejected to give them the ability to fix — or cure — their ballot.)
Several Democratic-backed lawsuits have also pushed to expand who can cast absentee ballots. In 44 states, any voter can, at a minimum, request an absentee ballot if they choose to do so, and some states have changed that requirement as a response to the pandemic. [...]
Republicans argue that allowing for outside parties to collect and deliver ballots could lead to coercion or fraud. [...]Depending on how close the races for the White House and battleground Senate seats are, "we could be headed for a Bush v. Gore situation in every battleground state, depending how close the results are."
The RNC and the Trump campaign pushed back against the Democrats’ assault on the integrity of elections. All across the country, Democrats tried to use coronavirus and the courts to legalize ballot harvesting, implement a nationwide mail-in ballot system, and eliminate nearly every safeguard in our elections.
One in five mail in ballots have been rejected in several 2020 elections. Nearly two-thirds (62%) say there is fraud in U.S. elections, and that fraud would concern them under Democrats’ nationwide mail-in ballot system. Americans overwhelmingly approve of the safeguards Democrats are suing to eliminate like signature matching (84%), voter identification (80%), and a ballot receipt deadline of election day (83%). Voters also oppose (67%) allowing campaign workers to collect mail-in ballots, also known as ballot harvesting.
U.S. Color Revolution
- See also: Color revolution
In the early 2000s, Obama apparatchik Michael McFaul studied the so-called color revolutions in the former states of the Soviet Union. McFaul identified the seven elements of successful revolutions in these countries. Reporting from far left The Atlantic and The New York Times fits into step number seven. Both publications ran stories highlighting racial, gender, and sexual orientation divisions in the military in early September 2020.
1.) The first element of a successful color revolution, according to McFaul, is a semi-autocratic rather than fully-autocratic regime. This narrative about President Trump has been pervasive in the liberal media and echoed by prominent Democrats since before he was elected. Despite all evidence to the contrary, President Trump is consistently painted as walking the line between constitutional order and authoritarianism. Over the Summer of 2020, Democrats and the fake news media resurfaced the narrative that President Trump will not accept the 2020 presidential election results if Joe Biden wins. They assert that he will refuse to concede and will have to be forced out of the White House if he loses the election.
2.) According to McFaul, the second requirement is 'an unpopular incumbent'. The left uses identity politics to try and make President Trump unpopular with specific constituencies. "Peaceful Protests" are used to create an illusion there are hordes of citizens who oppose President Trump. The fake news mainstream media and Democrats try to frame the riots as “Trump’s America,” despite all the evidence the riots are supported by Democrats in power and even financially supported by members of the 2020 Biden campaign.
3.) A third requirement, according to McFaul, is a united and organized opposition. The opposition has a name. The NeverTrump Resistance started shortly after the 2016 presidential election. Using the hashtag or the phrase is a way to signal you are on the team. Any group can join the broader movement and oppose the president on their own terms. Poorly weighted polls were pushed out by corporate media outlets after the conventions that either oversample specific populations or survey all adults rather than likely voters or registered voters.
4.) McFaul says the fourth ingredient in a successful color revolution is an ability to quickly drive home the point that voting results were falsified. Democrats are setting up 2020 so that either side can make this claim. It has been reported that between 2012 and 2018, at least one in five mail-in ballots went missing in elections nationwide. Democrats are counting on this, and it is why they are pushing so hard for it. When a large number of mail-in votes are missing or thrown out for technical reasons, Democrats will scream disenfranchisement. Yet, Democrats are the ones who set up their own voters to be disenfranchised by pushing COVID-19 panic porn.
This chaos impacts the way elections typically proceeds as required by law. Local election results will be challenged in court nationwide, and it will make the Florida Recount controversy in Bush v. Gore look like child’s play. Results will be delayed for weeks and threaten the deadlines to confirm results at the state level. According to one analysis in The Wall Street Journal, entire states could be disenfranchised. Democrats and their allies in the media are willing to destroy faith in a safe and fair election that leads to the peaceful transfer of power the United States has relied on for more than two centuries. These are the lengths they will go to in order to gain power. They pushed mail-in voting despite health experts saying in-person voting is safe.
5.) Number five is having enough independent media to inform citizens about the falsified vote. As Ben Shapiro noted, the media is simply the PR wing for the Biden campaign. Sharyl Attkisson went a step further and outlined the current information operation regarding the military: Democrat operatives, including John Podesta, did an election war game. The results were published in The Washington Post, and it advanced the idea that the only way to avoid violence is a Biden landslide. It also laid out the Democrats’ response to a loss in 2020, which included having California, Oregon, and Washington secede from the United States. Then they would wait to see how the military responded.
The corporate media has been framing whatever narrative the Democrats need since 2016. They framed President Trump as an illegitimate leader based on the Russia collusion hoax. By the Fall of 2020 the fake news media resurfaced the same meme based on a leak from a classified briefing and simply ignored the fact that the briefing said China and Iran are working hard to get Biden elected and were acting in more overt ways than Russia.
6.) McFaul notes, a political opposition capable of mobilizing tens of thousands or more demonstrators to protest electoral fraud is necessary. The DNC partners with two organizations, Act Blue and Action Network, who are allied with one another. Together these platforms allow progressive groups, including antifa, to raise money and organize protests electronically. It gives progressive activist groups the ability to privately and quickly communicate with members of their mailing lists. There is even a degree of list-sharing between the groups. From Action Network’s announcement of the DNC partnership:
We had hoped to announce our partnership with the DNC under much different circumstances, but now, facing an unprecedented crisis that has forced us all to move our organizing from in-person to digital, our partnership to build robust, safe, and trusted technology for the movement is more important than ever. As COVID-19 affects our collective communities and changes the world around us by the hour, we are working to be as responsive as possible to the needs of you, our partners, and your communities. For months now, in partnership with the DNC and through our non-profit, cooperative development model, we’ve been doubling down on our efforts to make sure the Action Network toolset can be there every moment to get your communications in people’s inboxes quickly and effectively.
Democrat leaders have openly endorsed the riots and encouraged violence. The radicals in the street have openly supported violence and actively call for a revolution.
7.) The last requirement McFaul lists is divisions among the regimes’ coercive forces. This element is the most dangerous and sinister one on the list. It has also been going on for four years. The intelligence community and federal law enforcement apparatus were weaponized against President Trump before the 2016 election. Leaks from these agencies have been constant and divisive.
The September 2020 Atlantic disinformation piece was meant to diminish President Trump with the troops. Eric Ciaramella and Alexander Vindman are likely two of the anonymous sources. As noted in the war game, Democrats will take drastic action in the case of a loss and wait to see what the military does. This disgusting narrative is meant to encourage them to prefer Biden. Democrats are actually willing to try and politicize the military, a despicable move, to gain power.

A new Democratic-aligned political action committee advised by retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the former head of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, is planning to deploy technology originally developed to counter Islamic State propaganda in service of a domestic political goal – to combat online efforts to promote President Donald Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president's claims on social media. It will seek to intervene by identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country – in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides against the president. The initiative reflects fears within the Democratic Party that Trump's unwavering digital army may help sustain him through the pandemic, as it has through past controversies...The initiative is run by Curtis Hougland, whose received initial funding for the technology from DARPA, the Pentagon's research arm, as part of an effort to combat extremism overseas. He insists Democrats are ill-prepared for the looming battle over information and attention, which is bound to play an outsize role in November.
McChrystal said his interest in the PAC is about ensuring the accuracy of information leading up to the election, even if it involves chasing viral attention with emotional appeals and other tactics rewarded by online clicks.
Hougland's PAC differs from more traditional Democratic-aligned PACs, such as Priorities USA and American Bridge 21st Century, in embracing the practice of paying influencers to convey their messaging. The approach raised eyebrows and prompted tech companies to clarify their rules when it was put into practice by the Michael Bloomberg 2020 presidential campaign. "I have no trepidation about paying content creators in seeking out and amplifying the best narratives," Hougland said.
Stephanie Berger, a former national finance director for the Democratic National Committee, is raising funds for the initiative, which is an extension of Hougland's technology company, Main Street One. Andrew Tobias, a former DNC treasurer, was an earlier investor in the start-up. Main Street One's leaders were previously involved in cultivating digital narratives in Eastern European Color Revolutions and have now waded into American politics. The organization ran a campaign that paid influencers to boost Kentucky Democrats before the gubernatorial election last fall. A super PAC supporting Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey in his bid for the Democratic nomination paid Main Street One more than $500,000 for similar services in 2019.
Hougland said his aim is to maintain the "largest repository of content against Trump," and to be nimble in boosting organic material that is already performing well, such as videos produced by the Biden campaign.
A similar effort was brought to light after the 2018 Midterm elections, including the creation of fake accounts to sway the 2017 Senate election in Alabama against Roy Moore. Joe Trippi, a Democratic operative who helped manage the 2017 Senate campaign in Alabama, said the president is partially insulated from the fallout over his own remarks by a "media echo chamber that is very disciplined about just picking up whatever the misdirection of the day is and amplifying it." That protective armor makes it all the more critical for Democrats to turn up the volume on anti-Trump messaging, he said.
Attorney General Bill Barr warned that mass mail-in voting is an invitation for voter fraud and coercion. The Justice Department is conducting several “very big” voter fraud investigations in multiple states, Barr told Wolf Blitzer of CNN in an interview aired on Sept. 2, 2020. At least 83% of American voters, or roughly 100 million people, will be able to vote by mail in the 2020 election, according to The Washington Post.
“We haven’t had the kind of widespread use of mail-in ballots as being proposed. We’ve had absentee ballots from people who request them from a specific address. Now what we’re talking about is mailing them to everyone on the voter list, when everyone knows those voter lists are inaccurate.”
Barr referenced the findings of a nonpartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, co-chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker, which had determined that mail-in voting creates the potential for voter fraud and opens the door to coercion if activists or party workers are allowed to handle ballots. House Judiciary Chairman warned,
"I just, as a very experienced practical politician from New York, feel constrained to observe that in my experience in New York, paper ballots are extremely susceptible to fraud,” the veteran House Democrat said. “And at least with the old clunky voting machines that we have in New York, the deliberate fraud is way down compared to paper."
More than 43% of likely American voters would not trust the integrity of an election if all voters automatically were mailed ballots or ballot request forms, according to an Epoch Times National Poll conducted in late August 2020.
“This is playing with fire. We’re a very closely divided country here and people have to have confidence in the results of the election and the legitimacy of the government. And people trying to change the rules to this methodology—which as a matter of logic is very open to fraud and coercion—is reckless and dangerous."
Democrats are waging a well-financed legal campaign across the nation to make it easier to vote by mail. They are litigating at least 80 of the more than 100 vote-by-mail court cases across the nation. Biden said the Democrat party has more than 600 lawyers working on election-related cases.
Facebook October surprise
Facebook banned new political ads in the week before Election Day, curtailing a highly effective conduit for raising last-minute money and pinpointing messages to voters.
The mammoth social network with 2.7 billion users worldwide has become an essential tool for political advertisers — raking in more than $100 million from the presidential campaigns of Donald Trump and Joe Biden alone. Unlike TV or print media, Facebook allows campaigns to rapidly respond to events, sometimes in a day or less.
"The last week of the election is the most important week when it comes to messaging," said Tara McGowan, co-founder of digital-first Democratic outfit ACRONYM, adding that "most voters in this country do not tune in and start paying attention or making their plans to vote until the final days of an election."
Hawkfish, a Democratic data firm funded by billionaire former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, expects far more Democrats to vote by mail than Republicans. Because it could take days or weeks to tally the mail-in ballots, that could create the effect of making Trump look like he is in the lead on election night.
"We are sounding an alarm and saying that this is a very real possibility, that the data is going to show on election night an incredible victory for Donald Trump,"
In one scenario, if only 15% of mail-in ballots are counted on election night, that could make Trump look on pace to get a 408-130 Electoral College vote lead. But by four days later, if 75% of mail-in ballots are counted, then Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden could show a lead. This particular modeling scenario portrays Biden as ultimately winning a massive victory, 334-204.
Part of that "mirage" scenario assumes that those who project election winners like the Associated Press will not make adjustments in how they portray results on election night due to mail-in votes — but many newsrooms are preparing for a different pace and method of election results reporting due to mail-in ballots, in order to prevent the scenario that Hawkfish describes.
This confirms predictions made by Brexit architect Nigel Farage and The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam. Farage’s forewarned of how “dark art operatives in the Democrats” are intent on “abusing” mail-in ballots to secure a victory for Biden. Farage noted President Trump would “absolutely” win the Electoral College but warned of Democrats weaponizing mail-in ballots in the following days:
“I’ve seen postal voting, the British equivalent of this, abused wholesale in the United Kingdom to the advantage of the left. The worst scenario of all is on the morning of the fourth of November, Trump looks like the winner, and then over the course of the next ten days, all these mail-in votes are counted and the result gets reversed.”
“conspiring to reject the election results and throw this country into a kind of chaos that will make Portland look likea playpen....Team Clinton is fighting a surreptitious grudge match against Donald Trump and they intend to assault the traditions of this nation to do so. AntiFa and their allies are closely on hand to help them […] No wonder they wanted the police neutered and defunded so quickly. They want lawlessness. They want carnage.”
Facebook kill switch
In August 2020 it was reported that Facebook was planning for the possibility that President Trump or his campaign could try to challenge mail in ballot election results. The New York Times reported that staffers were already putting together contingency plans in the event Trump tries to use Facebook to dispute the vote by declaring the U.S. Postal Service lost mail-in ballots or that other groups interfered with the vote. Facebook officials, including CEO Mark Zuckerberg, were holding daily meetings to discuss how to minimize the platform from being used to cast doubts on the results.
The Times noted that one plan would include a “kill switch” to shut down political ads after Election Day. The company officials believe the ads, which Facebook does not check for truthfulness, could be used to disseminate misinformation.
The newspaper said YouTube and Twitter also discussed their own plans if the postelection period becomes problematic. Michael Anton of the American Mind observed, "Once the ruling class gives word that the narrative is “Trump lost,” all the president’s social media accounts will be suspended. The T.V. channels, with the likely exception of Fox News, will refuse to cover anything he says. Count on it. He’s going to need a way to talk to the American people and he has to find the means, now."
Rosa Brooks, co-conspirator in the Transition Integrity Project, wrote in a Washington Post op-ed:
"Massive pro-Biden street protests begin, demanding that Trump concede....With competing slates heading to Washington for the Jan. 6 joint session of Congress that formally counts the electoral votes, Trump supporters argued that Vice President Pence, in his capacity as president of the Senate, had the power to decide which electors to recognize. In contrast, Democrats argued that the House of Representatives had the constitutional authority to choose which electors should be accepted in the event of a deadlock — or, alternatively, the ability to prevent the joint session from taking place at all. (We didn’t resolve this kind of standoff in our exercises; it’s not clear how such a stalemate would be settled in real life.)
Brooks donated $5,100 to the Biden campaign between September 12th, 2019 and February 19th, 2020 according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records. Interspersed through Brooks’s donations to the “Biden for President” effort is dontions to failed Democratic congressional candidate and Obama White House alum, Evelyn Farkas. Prior to the 2020 election cycle, Brooks donated nearly $16,500 between 2002 and 2018 to a host of Democratic candidates, including over $5,000 to the 2008 Obama presidential campaign and $8,100 to 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign. Brooks also served as Special Counsel to the President at the Open Society Institute and now serves on the advisory board of the foundation, the brainchild of progressive mega-donor George Soros.

The Fourteenth Amendment speaks directly to the powers of the federal government in dealing with officials, individuals and states that are engaged in “rebellion” against the United States of America.
- See also: Insurrection Act
The Insurrection Act consists of four statutes enacted at different times which provide the power that Presidents have used many times as the legal basis for using troops to enforce the law.
The United States has a line-of-succession statute that dictates what happens if an election is undecided. The sitting President and Vice President leave office at noon on January 20, 2021 even if no winner has been decided. In that case, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi becomes Acting President. That would assumes Pelosi is named Speaker. If in the election chaos and litigation created by mail in ballots, enough House seats are also undecided,, there may not be a quorum in the House, which means that there would be no Speaker at all and still no Acting President.
Bob Woodward wrote that Trump’s Secretary of Defense, General James Mattis, and Trump’s Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats, spoke together about taking “collective action” to remove President Trump from office. General Mattis said Trump is “dangerous. He’s unfit.” This is the same thing that the Generals and the CIA said about President John F. Kennedy. Both Kennedy and Trump wanted to normalize relations with Russia and to bring home US troops involved in make-war operations overseas that boost the profits of the military industrial complex. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.
According to Ben Smith's account of the coup simulation in the New York Times, Podesta, who played Biden, refused to concede saying his party wouldn't let him, and alleged "voter suppression", persuading the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send Biden electors to the electoral college. In that scenario, California, Oregon and Washington state then threatened to secede from the United States if President Trump took office as planned. The House named Biden president, the Senate and White House stuck with President Trump. At that point in the TIP scenario, the nation stopped looking to the media for cues and waited to see what the military would do.
Marxist junta scenario
Marxist subversives John Nagl and Paul Yingling, two veterans of U.S. military service, penned an open letter to chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley chalk full of Democrat fake news talking points in support of the Marxist insurrection and advocating oath breaking. Nagl and Yingling wrote:
"America’s political and legal institutions have so atrophied that they are ill-prepared for this moment. Senate Republicans, already reduced to supplicant status, will remain silent and inert, as much to obscure their complicity as to retain their majority. The Democrat-led House of Representatives will certify the Electoral College results, which Mr. Trump will dismiss as fake news. The courts, flooded with cases from both Democrats and Mr. Trump’s legal team, will take months working through the docket, producing reasoned rulings that Trump will alternately appeal and ignore...
At this moment of Constitutional crisis, only two options remain. Under the first, U.S. military forces escort the former president from the White House grounds. Trump’s little green men, so intimidating to lightly armed federal law enforcement agents, step aside and fade away, realizing they would not constitute a good morning’s work for a brigade of the 82nd Airborne. Under the second, the U.S. military remains inert while the Constitution dies. The succession of government is determined by extralegal violence between Trump’s private army and street protesters; Black Lives Matter Plaza becomes Tahrir Square."
Gen. Milley rebuked the coup plotters saying,
"In the event of a dispute over some aspects of the election, by law U.S. courts and the U.S. Congress are required to resolve any disputes, not the U.S. Military....I foresee no role for the U.S. Armed Forces in this process. ...I will not follow an unlawful order."
On June 10, 2020 on the The Daily Show with Trevor Noah Democratic presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden implied that if Democrat Party officials nationwide stuffed the ballot box to defeat incumbent President Donald Trump, Biden was already in collusion with disgruntled retired military officials to stage an illegal coup to remove President Trump from office before a contested election could be resolved. Biden said,
“I promise you, I am absolutely convinced they will escort [Trump] from the White House with great dispatch.”
Analysis by the Take Back Action Fund found that nearly half of all donations to ActBlue were made by people claiming to be unemployed. Action Fund President John Pudner said,
"The name of employers must be disclosed when making political donations, but more than 4.7 million donations came from people who claimed they did not have an employer. Those 4.7 million donations totaled $346 million ActBlue raised and sent to liberal causes."
Pudner said the large number is a red flag that some donations may be illicit contributions from foreign interests attempting to impact U.S. elections.
ActBlue, created in 2004, bills itself as a "powerful online fundraising platform available to Democratic candidates and committees, progressive organizations, and nonprofits that share our values for no cost besides a 3.95% processing fee on donations....And we operate as a conduit, which means donations made through ActBlue to a campaign or organization are considered individual donations," its website explains. The website allows credit card donations that are not verified, so anyone from any country in the world can donate without a paper trail. Pudner said.
"ActBlue's insistence on refusing to allow banks to verify their donations is an invitation to foreign programmers or others to send money through them using fake American names, and we encourage them to start letting banks verify the identity of donors to stop the potential for millions of dollars to influence our election.
The issue of unauthenticated political donations was brought to light by The Washington Post during the 2008 presidential election, which was at the time "allowing donors to use largely untraceable prepaid credit cards that could potentially be used to evade limits on how much an individual is legally allowed to give or to mask a contributor's identity."}} ActBlue does not allow banks to verify the identity of the cardholder, meaning someone could buy endless gift cards and list any name they wanted and leave the employer line blank or type in words like 'not employed,' 'unemployed.'
The threat of an EMP attack is more prevalent and sophisticated now than in 2014 when then-National Security Agency chief Adm. Mike Rogers warned nations, including China and “probably one or two other” countries, were quickly developing the capability.
In June 2020 Attorney General William Barr said “foreign actors” were involved in fomenting much of the violence we have been witnessing throughout the summer in our biggest cities — unrest that is not abating and in fact may even be accelerating.
Finally, the visceral hatred for President Trump among his detractors in the Deep State could even lead to a real coup attempt and even civil war thanks to the likelihood Democrats are going to try to steal this election using phony ballots and lawsuits.
Throw into all of this an EMP attack or some sort of cyber assault on our power grid and the U.S. would very quickly collapse into a cauldron of violence and death.
China has also become the world’s leading supplier of transformers – the “spine” of electricity grids — according to a 2014 U.S. Department of Energy (DoE) report. This also presents significant challenges to U.S. grid security.
For economic and security reasons, the United States should no longer purchase transformers and other electric grid equipment manufactured in China. It is important to end relationships that U.S. utilities have directly with Chinese businesses and multi-national companies manufacturing transformers in China.
- Scenario 1: If Biden is perceived as having won and is sworn in by legitimate authorities, but the passage of executive authority (and the nuclear football) is not acknowledged by the federal agencies or some faction therein´..
- Scenario 2: If Biden is incapacitated and someone else is sworn in over the objections of Trump and his allies, questioning the passage of executive authority.
If the Presidential Succession Act were triggered Nancy Pelosi would become commander in chief. During the impeachment sham a series of legal arguments have already been voiced in the public sphere regarding the legal authority of the Act.
- Scenario 3: Trump may be sworn-in as a stop-gap measure.
- Scenario 4: Trump may maintain de facto power and dispense with the symbolic act of being reinstated, in effect denying that a breach of the 20th Amendment took place.
- Scenario 5: Trump takes active steps to suspend the normal functions of government through manipulation of the War Powers Act, Insurrection Act, or some other seemingly lawful cover.
- Scenario 6: Trump uses loyal security agencies to commit acts of violence and intimidation in a traditional, bloody coup. This is the worst of all outcomes but seems least likely of all, and here military intervention would in all likelihood be authorized by Congress.
