Shiva Ayyadurai , the man who invented email, is also an expert in detecting electronic election fraud who has a Ph.D. from MIT.

His scientific work has been published in journals and he has been honored as a Fulbright Scholar in 2008-2009, the Serial Entrepreneur of the Year by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2015, and nominated for the National Medal of Technology and Innovation (NMTI), US Patent and Trademark Office in September 2014.

In 2021, he unraveled the "Twitter Trusted Portal" system whereby the US government bypasses the US right to free speech with a loophole allowing 3rd parties to do the censorship for the government. This essentially outsources US govt approved censorship directly to Twitter. He proved it by measuring the 15 minutes it took for him to et banned from Twitter once he took on a Massachusetts Legislator, challenging his election.
