Rosa Brooks is one of the primary coup plotters in the Biden Putsch along with Ian Bassin, Nils Gilman and Zoe Hudson.

In addition to her ties to the Obama administration and Open Society Foundations (OSF), as of 2020 Brooks is a scholar at West Point’s Modern War Institute, where she focuses on “the relationship between the military and domestic policing” and also Georgetown’s Innovative Policing Program. She is a a key player in the documented OSF-led push to “capitalize” off of legitimate calls for police reform to justify the creation of a federalized police force under the guise of defunding and/or eliminating local police departments. Brooks’ interest in the “blurring line” between military and police is notable given her 2017 public advocacy of a military coup to remove President Trump from office[1] and the Transition Integrity Project's (TIP) subsequent conclusion that the military “may” have to step in if Trump manages to win the 2020 election, per the group’s Summer 2020 “war games” scenarios.[2]

Brooks donated $5,100 to the Biden campaign between September 12th, 2019 and February 19th, 2020 according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records. Interspersed through Brooks’s donations to the “Biden for President” effort is dontions to failed Democratic congressional candidate and Obama Russia collusion hoaxer, Evelyn Farkas. Prior to the 2020 election cycle, Brooks donated nearly $16,500 between 2002 and 2018 to a host of Democratic candidates, including over $5,000 to the 2008 Obama presidential campaign and $8,100 to 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign. Brooks also served as Special Counsel to the President at the Open Society Institute and now serves on the advisory board of the foundation, the brainchild of progressive mega-donor George Soros.[3]
