Foreign policy is the policy which national governments adopt in relation to their dealings with other nations.
Foreign policy should not be confused with Gay bar tourism. While the United States State Department may issue travel advisories for certain regions of the world, securing safe tourist destinations is not the primary focus of relations between nations.
