Vice Presidency of Joe Biden (2009–2017)

As he assumed office, Joe Biden's responsibilities as vice president were not made clear. He had no specific portfolio of responsibilities. He alarmed the nation on April 30, 2009, by going on network television to warn Americans to stay out of confined spaces such as subways and airplanes, lest they catch Swine Flu. Health officials rejected his scare tactics and the White House immediately repudiated them.

Under President Obama the budget deficit reached over $1 trillion for the first time in history. When asked over the fate of the United States' going into bankruptcy, Biden stated at an AARP meeting, "Now, people when I say that look at me and say, "What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?’" Biden said. "The answer is yes, that's what I’m telling you."

Vice president

Biden was put in charge of implementing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Susan Lagana served as North Carolina’s Communications Director for the 2008 Obama/Biden campaign and then as Director of Communications for the U.S. Navy, an attorney a the Office of Personnel Management, and the Director of Public Affairs at the Department of Transporation. Less than a year after leaving the Obama/Biden administration signed Hikvision, a state-owned company of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC), to a $25,000 per month retainer for her lobbying firm. Hikvision has been identified by the U.S. Department of Defense as a proxy of the Peoples Liberation Army, and “linked to Uyghur abuses,” according to Reuters, which describes the company as the “world’s largest purveyor of video surveillance systems and vendor to Xinjiang police agencies.” as a lobbying client in 2019. Lagana’s lobbying firm would “advise” the manufacturer and supplier of video surveillance equipment on the following matters, according to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings: “Public affairs and policy issues, Strategic planning and guidance, Media relations, Issues management, Internal and external communications, Coordinate outside consultants, Message development, Media monitoring, Media Engagement, Fact Sheets, Messages, and Q&As.” The arrangement, which was extended to expire on December 31st, 2021, counted Lagana as a signatory on the documents outlining the initial agreement. The PRC's treatment of the Uyghur people was designated as genocide in 2021.

Recovery Summer

Biden was placed in charge of promoting the Obama regime's alleged Recovery Summer which never materialized. It was a failed attempt to highlight the Democrat Congress's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, or "economic stimulus program. During the so-called 'Recovery Summer', the workforce shrank, unemployment swelled, and economic growth slowed to less than 2%. More Americans fell victim to Democrat economic policy and by the 2010 Midterm election sweep no less than 27,000,000 people were unemployed or underemployed.

During 'Recovery Summer' 393,000 jobs were destroyed according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment rose, and economic growth slowed from 5.7% to 1.6%. The number counted by the Department of Labor as unemployed at the start of Recovery Summer was 14,599,000 Americans in July 2010; by September there were 14,767,000 Americans looking for work. 168,000 more unemployed than before President Obama and Vice President Biden announced Recovery Summer had begun.

Eric Ciaramella

Deep State informant Eric Ciaramella, an alleged second-hand hearsay "whistleblower."

Deep State informant Eric Ciaramella was assigned to the Obama White House by Russia collusion hoax mastermind John Brennan..He was detailed to the staff of National Security Council Susan Rice and Vice President Joe Biden. Ciaramella worked on Ukrainian issues for Biden in 2015 and 2016 during the time Biden was the "point man" doling out U.S. taxpayer cash to Ukraine.

Ciaramella worked with Democratic National Committee operative Alexandra Chalupa to dig up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election. Ciarmella invited Chalupa into the Obama White House for meetings. Chalupa a key figure behind manufacturing the Russia collusion hoax and in the Ukrainian collusion scandal with the Atlantic Council and Crowdstrike. Ciaramella set the Trump impeachment inquiry in motion.

In May 2017, Ciaramella was instrumental in helping generate the “Putin fired Comey” narrative. A Ciaramella email the day after Comey's firing was leaked to the media, which is reported to have allegedly called Comey “crazy, a real nut job.” Ciaramella is said to have argued that “President Putin suggested that President Trump fire Comey.” In the days after Comey's firing, this presidential action was used to further political and media calls for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate supposed ‘Russia collusion.’ Ciaramella was dismissed from the Trump White House in June 2917 and accused of illegal leaks and working against the interests of the United States government. Ciaramella returned to the CIA.

In August 2019 The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), Michael Atkinson, referred to Ciaramella as one who has

“some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate"

The ICIG was severely criticized for changing the rules at the last minute and allowing a third-party "whistleblower" hearsay complaint.

Obama/Biden support Ukrainian coup

Obama/Biden foreign policy shifted from the Russian Reset that made the Uranium One scandal possible and the greater "flexibility" Obama promised Russian President Dmitri Medvedev in 2012, to rabid Russophobia. The anti-Russian grip on American foreign policy reached a fever pitch in coming years in efforts to destroy President Donald Trump who sought to mend relations with Russia after the Ukrainian crisis.

Between February 18–20, 2019 the Euromaidan crisis began in which about 100 activists and 17 police officers were killed. As in Syria and other "Arab Spring" uprisings, agent provocateurs begin shooting and killing people on both sides to provoke a civil insurrection.

On February 22, 2019 Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who was elected to office, was ousted in the U.S. backed coup. The Obama/Biden-backed regime was removed in 2019 when popular President Volodoymr Zelensky was elected in an overwhelming landslide.

Victoria Nuland

On or shortly before Feb. 4, 2014, Victoria Nuland, the assistant secretary for European and Eurasian affairs in the Obama state department, had a conversation with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, which was intercepted and leaked.

On February 6, 2014 Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland met with Oleh Tyahnybok and other ringleaders who assumed power after the revolution. Tyahnybok leads the Svoboda party. Tyahnybok in 2004 was kicked out of the ruling parliamentary faction after giving a speech calling for a fight against the "Muscovite-Jewish mafia." In 2005 Tyahnbok signed an open letter to Ukrainian leaders calling for the government to halt the "criminal activities" of "organised Jewry", which was spreading its influence through organisations such as the Anti-Defamation League which ultimately wanted to commit "genocide" against the Ukrainian people. Emails were leaked detailing a meeting arranged between George Soros and Tyahnbok. Various Soros' international progressive front organizations (NGOs) organized and funded the Ukrainian revolution.

In the call, Nuland and Pyatt discussed the ouster of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and the installation of opposition leader Arseniy Yatsenyuk as prime minister. Nuland favored opposition leader Yatsenyuk over his main rivals Vitali Klitschko and Oleh Tyahnybok.

Nuland told Pyatt, “I think Yats is the guy who’s got the economic experience, the governing experience. He’s the… what he needs is Klitsch and Tyahnybok on the outside.”

Towards the end of the conversation, then-Vice President Joe Biden was discussed as being willing to help cement the changeover in Ukraine:

Pyatt: “We want to try to get somebody with an international personality to come out here and help to midwife this thing. The other issue is some kind of outreach to Yanukovych but we probably regroup on that tomorrow as we see how things start to fall into place.”

Nuland: “So on that piece Geoff, when I wrote the note [Biden’s national security adviser Jake] Sullivan’s come back to me VFR [direct to me], saying you need Biden and I said probably tomorrow for an atta-boy and to get the deets [details] to stick. So Biden’s willing.”

Nuland and Pyatt met with Ukrainian opposition leaders Tyahnybok, Klitschko and Yatsenyuk along with then-president Yanukovych just days later on Feb. 7, 2014. Events moved swiftly. On Feb. 22, 2014, Yanukovych was removed as President of Ukraine and fled to Russia. On Feb. 27, 2014, Yatsenyuk, the candidate favored by Nuland, was installed as Prime Minister. Tyahnybok and his Svoboda party were brought into the new government, Klitschko was left out. Svoboda is considered a fascist organization.

A few months later on April 18, 2014, Hunter Biden was appointed to the Board of Directors for Burisma–one of the largest natural gas companies in Ukraine. Four days later, on April 22, 2014, Vice President Biden traveled to Ukraine, offering his political support and $50 million in aid for Yatsenyuk's shaky new government. Petro Poroshenko, a billionaire politician, was elected as president of Ukraine on May 25, 2014. Joe Biden became close to both men and helped Ukraine to obtain a four-year $17.5 billion IMF package in March 2015.

Sometime in the later half of 2014 Christopher Steele of Orbis International began providing informal reports to the State Department on the Ukraine. CBS News reported “During the Ukraine crisis in 2014 and ‘15, Chris Steele had a number of commercial clients who were asking him for reports on what was going on in Russia, what was going on in Ukraine, what was going on between them,” said Victoria Nuland, assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs.

Azov Battalion

Obama/Biden allies in the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion threatened to arrest Firtash if the government failed to do so.

On November 28, 2015 the spokesman for the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs said there were no criminal investigations in which Dmytro Firtash was a suspect for his involvement with the democratically elected regime that was overthrown in the Maidan coup. The next day Arsen Avakov, Minister of Internal Affairs for the Maidan regime which came to power in the coup, said that Firtash would be detained upon arrival if the U.S. Justice Department asked to do so. Photos of an armed neo-Nazi paramilitary groups were posted on Avakov's Facebook page.

Politico reported the "commander of Ukraine’s nationalist Azov Battalion, said that his volunteer fighters would arrest Firtash themselves if government forces failed to do so. He later posted a Facebook photo of his armed men waiting at Kiev's Borispol airport."

On December 2, 2015 Firtash announced his intention to return to Ukraine to address the General Assembly of the Federation of Employers (FEU). Joe Biden, Ukrainian President Poroshenko, and Arsen Avakov took steps to prevent Firtash's return. The next day Politico reported that the Obama/Biden administration wanted their Ukrainian allies to arrest Firtash. The article stated:

"Ukraine's Internal Affairs Minister Arsen Avakov announced on Sunday that, after consulting with U.S. officials, he instructed Ukrainian police to detain Firtash should he attempt to enter Ukraine."

Days after the resignation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, DOJ coup plotters were granted an extradition request by an Austrian court on fabricated charges. Corrupt Mueller team prosecutor Andrew Weissmann then made an unsolicited proffer to drop the fabricated charges if Firtash would lie under oath and say that President Trump was colluding with Russia. Firtash's attorney at the time, Victoria Toensing, home was raided by the Merrick Garland Department of Justice shortly after the Biden junta seized power.

Five months into the Obama regime in June 2009 Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, son of Joe Biden and stepson of Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair John Kerry formed Rosemount Seneca. The firm partnered with the Thornton Group run by James Bulger, and the Bank of China, to form Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) in China. Devon Archer is a longtime friend of former Secretary of State John Kerry and of stepson Chris Heinz and James Bulger, the nephew of notorious Boston gangster Whitey Bulger.

The Bank of China is owned by the Chinese government and closely connected with the Chinese military and intelligence services. Biden, Heinz, and Archer transferred and sold "duel use" technology to the Chinese military which was used to create the Chinese drone program and replicate the Chinese version of the F-15 fighter.

Vice President Joe Biden oversaw the disbursement of $1 billion allocated by the U.S. to the new government of Ukraine. In 2014, Biden's son Hunter Biden, was appointed to the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, the largest oil and gas company in Ukraine. Hunter Biden was hired by Mykola Zlochevsky, who served as Ukraine's ecology minister in the previous administration. Hunter Biden was paid $166,000 per month. The money was split with the nephew of Whitey Bulger.

Zlochevsky came under investigation by the new administration for alleged embezzlement of $5 billion while ecology minister. The prosecutor traced payments made to Hunter Biden. Vice President Biden threatened the new Ukrainian administration to withhold $1 billion in U.S. allocated funds unless the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden was fired.

Biden bragged about having caused the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor to a CFR conference.

U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Joe Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine. Biden threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending Ukraine toward insolvency, if it didn't immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin who was investigating his son, Hunter. Biden recounted,

"'You’re not getting the billion'. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money'...Well, [SOB], he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."

Yuriy Lutsenko, who replaced Shokin as the prosecutor looking into Burisma, said the evidence in the Burisma case he'd like to present to William Barr, particularly the vice president's intervention.

Between April 2014 and October 2015, more than $3 million was paid out by Burisma to an account linked to Biden's and Devon Archer's Rosemont Seneca firm, according to the financial records placed in a federal court file in Manhattan in another case against Archer. The bank records show that, on most months when Burisma money flowed, two-wire transfers of $83,333.33 each were sent to the Rosemont Seneca–connected account on the same day. The same Rosemont Seneca–linked account typically then paid Hunter Biden one or more payments ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 each. Ukrainian prosecutors reviewed internal company documents and wanted to interview Hunter Biden and Archer about why they had received such payments, but couldn't because of Joe Biden's intervention. In a text message from Hunter Biden to his daughter Naomi, Hunter said their father, "Pop", takes 50% of his salary.

On September 4, 2019, former Prosecutor General Victor Shokin made a sworn affidavit outlining Joe Biden's shakedown.

Hunter Biden's laptop from hell proved to contain classified information. Miranda Devine of the New York Post reported on an email sent from Hunter Biden to his business partner Devon Archer on April 13, 2014 that contained information from a classified State Department memo one week before Joe Biden visited Ukraine to meet the then prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and refers to “my guys upcoming travels”. The email listed 22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed information about the upcoming election and predicting an escalation of Russia’s “destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full scale takeover of the eastern region, most critically Donetsk":

“The strategic value is to create a land bridge for RU to Crimea. That won’t directly affect Burisma holdings but it will limit future UK exploration and utilization of offshore opportunities in particular. It will also result in further destabilization of UK nationally and for whatever govt is in power. And the US will respond with even stronger sanctions. Those sanctions will threaten the tenuous support of the EU which does not have the political will to incur steep energy price increases.”

Russian collusion

In 2014 Hunter Biden colluded with, and received $3.5 million in payment from the widow of former Moscow and the richest woman in Russia. The $3.5 million payment from Elena Baturina was for helping to establish a bank account in the United States for her. Baturina eventually laundered $39 million through American banks, with the help of Rosemont Seneca, of funds stolen from contractors while her husband Yury Luzhkov was mayor of Moscow. In late 2019 Baturina was declared a fugitive from justice by a Russian court.

Hunter's Mexican partners

Hunter and Jeff Cooper hatched a plan in 2013 to invest in multiple businesses in Mexico and Latin America, using their relationship with the Mexican billionaire Alemán family whose late patriarch, Miguel Alemán Valdes, served as president of Mexico.

Cooper, an attorney who worked with Beau Biden on asbestos claims cases and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Biden political campaigns, wrote in February 2013: ‘This is setting up to be flippin gigantic brother.’ Hunter and Cooper sought the help of Valdés’ grandson, airline CEO Miguel Alemán Magnani, to forge a relationship with the richest man in Latin America, Carlos Slim, in an attempt to cash in on the privatization of the giant state-owned oil company Pemex for Burisma and themselves. Carlo Slim, Velasco and Magnani held a private ‘meeting’ with Joe Biden, Hunter and Cooper. Photos on Hunter’s laptop dated November 19, 2015 show the six men smiling and hugging in the meeting in Joe Biden’s vice presidential residence at Number One Observatory Circle, Washington DC. Emails also show the billionaires met with Joe at the White House.

Hunter sent Devon Archer a Forbes article titled ‘How Oil Reforms Could Trigger Mexico’s Biggest Economic Boom In A Century’. By the end of the year, their efforts were ramping up. Cooper wrote to Hunter and Archer in December 2014: ‘I met with Miguel [Magnani] last night. He has set up mtgs with the Secty of Energy and the CEO of Pemex for Jan 12 [2015]. Is there any chance that anyone from Burisma could attend?’

Biden flew Hunter and Jeff Cooper on Air Force 2 to Mexico City in 2016.

Compromised by the Chinese government

CEFC China Energy chairman Ye Jianming, the former deputy secretary of the People's Liberation Army General Political Department International Liaison Department, formed a business partnership with the Biden family. In 2017 Hunter Biden told friends, "I am the managing director of CEFC."

The Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania received $70 million form the Communist Chinese government. The Biden Center did not disclose the money came from China, as required by law. Biden personally received $900,000 from the Biden Center, money which may have originated with Chinese communists. Biden's son Hunter Biden is partnered with the Chinese state. Joe Biden holds a 10% interest. Hunter's entire investment partnership uses Chinese state money from its social security fund to the China Development Bank. The partnership, Bohai Harvest RST, is actually a subsidiary of the Bank of China.

As of 2024, Biden's former vice-presidential national security advisor, Michael Carpenter, was the Penn Biden Center's executive director. Classified documents from Biden's time as vice president were illegally held at the Penn Biden Center.

Though the entire size of the fund cannot be reconstructed, a co-founder who is now detained in China, reports that Bohai Harvest RST is not the $1-1.5 billion reported, but rather $6.5 billion. Hunter's stake, as of 2020, is worth at least $50 million if he were to sell it.

All players on the Chinese side of the partnership are linked with influence and intelligence organizations. China uses very innocuous sounding organization names to mask PLA, United Front, or the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs influence/intelligence operations. Hunter was the target of an operation to compromise him and his father.

The operational mastermind behind the efforts to compromise the Biden family is a man named Yang Jiechi. He is currently the CCP Director of Foreign Affairs leading strategist on America, a Politburo member, one of the most powerful men in China, and Xi Jinping confidant. As Chinese ambassador to the United States when Biden chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he met regularly with Senator Biden. Later he was Minister of Foreign Affairs when the Bohai Harvest RST investment partnership was made official in 2013.

Yang Jiechi is the point person in China for dealing with the United States. This raises major national Security concerns about a Biden administration dealing impartially with an individual in this capacity. These are documented facts from Chinese corporate records such as IPO prospectuses and media, and raise very valid concerns about Biden linkages to China.

In a recorded call made sometime after Ye Jianming, Hunter's business partner, went missing in February 2018, Hunter is heard speaking in an agitated tone,

"I get calls from my father to tell me that The New York Times is calling, but my old partner, Eric, who literally has done me harm for I don’t know how long, is the one taking the calls because my father will not stop sending the calls to Eric. I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the f****** spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing. The richest man in the world is missing who was my partner. He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment inside a $4 billion deal to build the f****** largest f***** LNG port in the world. And I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York from the U.S. attorney himself. My best friend in business, Devon, has named me as a witness, without telling me, in a criminal case — and my father, without telling me."

Bohai Harvest RST

In 2012 Hunter Biden and Devon Archer made contact with Chinese financier Jonathan Li, who ran the equity fund Bohai Capital. The trio discussed a plan to become partners in a new company, Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co. (BHR), that would invest Chinese capital outside the country. Eighty percent of the resulting company, Bohai Harvest, was controlled by Chinese state-owned interests. On December 4, 2013, Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, and Hunter's daughter Finnegan visited Beijing. Joe Biden held a marathon five-hour meeting with CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping. Hunter Biden spent the time with Jonathan Li. The Bidens walked away after this trip as 30% owners of a $1.5 billion investment fund, Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), a partnership between Bohai Capital and Rosemont Seneca. They offered nothing to the Chinese Comminists by way of consideration but their services as lobbyists and door openers. Bohai Harvest Rosemont (BHR) was incorporated in Shanghai according to State Market Regulatory Administration records on December 16, 2013.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) charged China General Nuclear Power Corp (CGN) with conspiracy to unlawfully engage and participate in the production and development of special nuclear material outside the United States which could cause “significant damage to our national security.” CGN is owned in part by Bohai Harvest RST and the Biden family.

Peter Daszak, Shi Zhengli and the Wuhan lab

Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) was a lead financial backer of Metabiota, a pandemic tracking and response firm that partnered with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Among the companies listed on archived versions of the firm’s portfolio is Metabiota, a San Francisco-based company that purports to detect, track, and analyze emerging infectious diseases, according to The National Pulse. Financial reports reveal that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding, which amounted to $30 million. Former Managing Director and co-founder of RSTP Neil Callahan – a name that appears many times on Hunter Biden’s hard drive – also sits on Metabiota’s Board of Advisors.

Since 2014, Metabiota has been a partner of EcoHealth Alliance as part of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) “PREDICT” project, which seeks to “predict and prevent global emerging disease threats.” As part of this effort, researchers from Metabiota, EcoHealth Alliance, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology collaborated on a study relating to bat infectious diseases in China. “Sensitive and broadly reactive RT-PCR assays were performed at Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,” the paper notes.

Among the researchers listed is Shi Zhengli, the Wuhan lab director. The disgraced Peter Daszak is also listed as an author.

Beyond the ties to EcoHealth Alliance, Metabiota has also been embroiled in controversy for “bungling” America’s response to Ebola.

“An American company that bills itself as a pioneer in tracking emerging epidemics made a series of costly mistakes during the 2014 Ebola outbreak that swept across West Africa — with employees feuding with fellow responders, contributing to misdiagnosed Ebola cases and repeatedly misreading the trajectory of the virus,” an Associated Press (AP) investigation into the company found. The company reportedly made the “already chaotic situation worse,” prompting World Health Organization (WHO) officials to criticize the company: "Emails obtained by AP and interviews with aid workers on the ground show that some of the company’s actions made an already chaotic situation worse."

Henniges

On September 15, 2015 Bohai Harvest Rosemont and AVIC Auto acquired Michigan-based Henniges Automotive with a 49% share and 51% share respectively, according to a press release. Henniges specializes in anti-vibration technology with military applications. Henniges described the deal as “one of the largest acquisitions by a Chinese company of a U.S.-based automotive manufacturing company in history”.

AVIC Auto, which is described in the press release as BHR’s joint venture partner, is a subsidiary of AVIC. AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China 中国航空工业集团公司) is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate with nearly a half million employees across all its different divisions involved in everything from military aircraft to robotics. AVIC specializes in the manufacture of stealth fighter jets for the Chinese military. AVIC in one form or another has regularly appeared on the US entity list over the years and alleged espionage activities against the US military.

AVIC is overseen by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council of China, the manager of all state-owned enterprises. In 2015 AVIC was 'accused of selling China’s fifth-generation jet fighter J-31, which is allegedly based on stolen technology in relation to the US made F-35.

The BHR-AVIC agreement, which was awarded AVIC a Controlling Shares in Henniges, required approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), a committee of Cabinet-level agencies within the U.S. government including the State Department and the Department of Defense. The Obama administration authorized the transaction, which resulted in a Senate investigation that discovered evidence of financial breaches by Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden. According to Jack Maxey, “What is really quite disturbing is that, for example, CFIUS’s assessment of the Detroit automaker’s takeover, it becomes clear from the emails that the Chinese know they are going to pass the review round CFIUS even ahead of Hunter and Devon [Archer] and their third partner, Jimmy Bulger."

This financial dealing could be a threat to the National Security of the United States by providing the CCP with the Henniges’ anti-vibration tech. Officials from the Pentagon expressed concern over this fact back in 2011.

Senate investigation

The records acquired by the Committees show that Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe. Hunter Biden and Archer, in particular, formed significant and consistent financial relationships with the corrupt oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky during their time working for Burisma and their firms made millions of dollars from that association while Joe Biden was vice president and the public face of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, received $3.5 million in a wire transfer from Elena Baturina, who allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow. Moreover, Archer’s apparent receipt of money for a car from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan while Vice President Biden was in Kyiv is especially concerning in light of the timing. And finally, Biden and Archer’s work with Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime illustrate the deep financial connections that accelerated while his father was vice president and continued after he left office. Biden and Archer found willing partners in Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime. Their work in China began at least in 2009, with the creation of Rosemont Seneca Partners with Heinz, Secretary of State John Kerry’s stepson. Then, several years later, Biden and Archer formed BHR with Bohai Capital and received their business license approval in China shortly after Biden visited China with his father, Vice President Biden. Hunter Biden’s connections and financial associations appear to have accelerated significantly after he associated himself with Ye Jianming, who had deep connections with the Communist regime and PLA. However, that didn’t seem to have any impact on Hunter Biden, who made millions from the relationship. Indeed, Hunter Biden and his family, to include James and Sara Biden, associated with other Chinese nationals such as Gongwen Dong. In one case, the three of them went on a $100,000 global spending spree after Gongwen Dong and Hunter Biden opened a joint account. In addition, Hunter Biden received millions of dollars over a period of years from Gongwen Dong’s companies. According to records acquired by the Committees, many of these transactions involved potential criminal financial activity.

The $3.5 million from the wife of the Moscow mayor was payment for $200 million money laundering scheme to circumvent the Magnitsky Act. No record of Hunter Biden filing as a lobbyist or agent of a foreign power under the FARA Act exists.

Brennan managed Obama's 'kill list' and created a false narrative of 'warrantless wiretaps' to mask information from the Torture program which he oversaw. When investigated, he hacked into the investigators' computers. The Guardian says over 1100 were killed targeting 41 individuals on the kill list. He also oversaw the Obama administration's censorship program targeting journalists. Brennan authored the ICA memo which was widely circulated with unmasked names in the closing days of the Obama administration alleging President-elect Trump was a KGB agent and Putin-stooge. Brennan later admitted to Rachel Maddow he never had any evidence of Russian collusion with Trump.

On July 25, 2012 a US Chinook helicopter was shot down by the Taliban in Afghanistan by latest generation of the Stinger available for export. A serial number from the missile casing was recovered, tracing the Stinger's origin to a lot entrusted to the CIA which was delivered to Qatar. Under Obama's covert action finding the Stinger was intended for Libya and Syrian jihadis. Hillary Clinton's State Dept. and John Brennan's CIA jointly ran the covert weapons supply program, leaving the Pentagon and Gen.Michael Flynn's Defense Intelligence Agency out of the loop. Some of the Stinger's that Qater illegally transferred to the Taliban may have been recovered in a trade for 5 Taliban commanders released from Guantanamo.

On August 12 Flynn's Defense Intelligence Agency circulated widely a document to CENTCOM, the CIA, FBI, DHS, NGA (National Geospacial Agency), State Dept., and other members of the Intelligence Community. The document stated that West powers (NATO powers), members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), and Turkey want an Islamic State ("Salafist principality in Eastern Syria") to oppose the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

Flynn had been Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency for about three weeks. Flynn opposed the creation of the Islamic State. After it was declared in June 2014, Flynn was fired.

On September 5, while Bill Clinton was introducing Barack Obama at the Democratic National Convention to deliver his re-nomination Acceptance Speech, at that very moment the first female African-American combat pilot was shot down and killed by a shoulder-fired missile in Afghanistan. Army Chief Warrant Officer Thalia S. Ramirez was killed by a Stinger missile most likely procured through the CIA's Libya-Qater pipeline.

The same day a Libyan ship, Al Entisar (“The Victory”), docked in the Turkish port of Iskenderun carrying 400 tons of cargo including weapons such as rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) and shoulder-launched SAM-7 surface-to-air missiles (aka MANPADS) destined for Syrian jihadis.

When Menagh Air Base was captured from the Syrian government on August 6 by ISIS, it was celebrated as great victory by Western mainstream media organizations.

On February 24, 2014 reports stated that an envoy sent from Al Qaeda Central to mediate a leadership disputes between local militias and ISIS was killed by ISIS suicide bombers. This marked the beginning of an eclipse of al Qaeda as the premier jihadist organization, and the rise of the JV team, the Islamic State.

On April 30, 2014 DNI James Clapper began taking steps to remove Defense Intelligence Agency Chief Mike Flynn, head of one of the 16 member agencies of the US Intelligence Community, for his dissention of the course President Barack Obama set US counter-intelligence policy on, aligning with radical Islamic jihadists, and expending the lives of American Armed Service personnal in a cavalier fashion.

President-elect Donald Trump named Gen. Flynn as his National Security Advisor, a clear signal to the Intelligence Community of a reversal of course of the disastrous policies Obama and the Deep State operatives had set country on. Libya was an ally of the US against radical Islamic terrorism until the Obama/Biden administration armed jihadis who went on a rampage of mass beheading Christians.

In April 2016 it was reported John Brennan was behind the targeting of Michael Flynn. The motivations for Brennan's intense dislike of Michael Flynn date back years to when Flynn was producing intel documents that showed how the supposed 'Syrian moderates' were funded by persons and groups in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

On June 9, 2014 the Islamic State captured Mosul; Obama reacted by calling ISIS "the Junior Varsity team." On June 29 the Islamic State Caliphate was proclaimed in Mosul. On August 7, 2014 DIA Director Gen. Micahael T. Flynn, unwilling to go along with Obama policy in support of the Caliph, was fired.

Biden created a controversy with his speech at Harvard University in October 2014, when he talked about ISIS power rising and the countries which support ISIS which happened under his and Obama administration watch.

Richard Holbrooke

In 2009, Richard Holbrooke was appointed as a special adviser on Pakistan and Afghanistan, working under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. According to Holbrooke's diary which was turned over to his official biographer George Packer following his death, when Vice President Joe Biden was asked about America's obligation to maintain their presence in Afghanistan to protect vulnerable civilians, he scornfully replied, "F*** that, we don't have to worry about that. We did it in Vietnam, Nixon and Kissinger got away with it."

Seal Team 6

The families of Navy Seal Team 6 blame Vice President Biden for revealing the identity of the Navy Seal Team that killed Osama bin Laden. Seal Team 6 is a covert action force, and all its members are sworn to secrecy to never reveal the actions they participate in. The government likewise is bound to protect their identities against reprisals. In boasting of the killing, Biden named Seal Team 6 by name as the unit that found bin Laden.

On August 6, 2011, the Taliban ambushed a Chinook helicopter carrying 30 U.S. service members — including 15 SEAL Team 6 members — in Afghanistan. Everyone on board was killed. In a show of multiculturalism, the Obama administration insisted a Muslim cleric be present when the bodies were recovered.

Families of the slain SEAL members held a news conference at the National Press Club demanding an investigation into why their sons had been identified, despite specific assurances by the Obama administration their identities would be protected. To add insult, the families complained about the Muslim cleric that the Obama administration required to preside in a ceremony over their remains, damned their souls to hell as infidels in an Islamic prayer proclaiming victory.

When Barack Obama released five Taliban commanders from the Guantanamo Bay prison in exchange for American deserter Bowe Bergdahl in 2014, he assured Americans that the enemy combatants would not be allowed to return to Afghanistan. 6 American soldiers lives were lost searching for the American deserter. Upon Bergdahl's return, Obama celebrated Bergdahl as a heroic “POW,” a designation the Pentagon never gave him. Khairullah Khairkhwa, one of the five released from Guantanamo, sat across the table from Joe Biden’s personal representative in Moscow in the spring of 2021, where Mullah Khairkhwa was part of the Taliban delegation that negotiated the terms of the US withdrawal. Mullah Khairkhwa is the mastermind of the Taliban takeover, even though the Pentagon classified Khairkhwa as too dangerous to release.

Khairkhwa assured the Biden junta that the Taliban would not retaliate against Afghans who worked with the US military or the US-backed government in Kabul. However, reports out of Kandahar and Kabul soon after the fall of Afghanistan indicate the Taliban was going door to door with a kill list to wipe out their enemies. Mullah Khairkhwa previously served as the Taliban’s interior minister prior to 2002, where he oversaw Islamist punishments, including beheadings and stonings.

Susan Rice blatantly misled the American people about the terrorist attack on the Libyan Consulate in benghazi in which 4 Americans were murdered on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, two months before Barack Obama was re-elected.

Susan Rice was identified as unmasking incoming Trump administration officials. Rice worked at the elbow of President Obama. As National Security Advisor inm the Obama/Biden administration, she unmasked the identity of Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn which was illegally leaked to the Wasahington Post. The action caused harm to US national security, and is a felonious criminal act. Questions remain if and why Rice would have violated the law on her own without President Obama's approval. Rice was denied the position of Secretary of State by the Democratic Senate in 2013 to succeed Hillary Clinton because of lying and deception about the Benghazi Massacre. Nevertheless, Obama kept her at his side in the White House as head of the National Security Council staff. Because of Joe Biden's incapacitated and demented state upon seizing power in 2021, Rice has been called the "shadow president."

John Carlin was the Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) in thje Obama/Biden administration while the Russian collusion hoax was promulgated in 2015–16. Carlin abruptly resigned the day after being forced to admit to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that the Obama Justice Department perpetrated a massive fraud upon the Judiciary and had violated the civil rights of American citizens. According Lisa Page, special counsel to FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, Carlin was regularly briefed on Operation Crossfire Hurricane. Having escaped indictment in the Durham probe, Carlin returned in 2021 as the Biden junta's deputy chief prosecutor, the position formerly held by Deep State coup 1.0 collaborator Rod Rosenstein.

On June 15, 2016 the first Guccifer 2.0 document was created by Warren Flood at 13:38 EDT, modified by Феликс Эдмундович (Felix Edmunovich, the Russian patronymic of Felix Edmunovich Dzerzhinsky, founder of the KGB - a blatantly amateurish attempt to create Russian fingerprints) thirty minutes later at 14:08 EDT. Warren Flood was Joe Biden's former IT director at the White House. A document that Flood authored in 2008, and that was attached to one of John Podesta's emails, was used by Guccifer 2.0 as a template into which he then copied the contents of the Trump Opposition Research, copied from this file:

Guccifer 2.0 was a 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign false flag operation set up to discredit the DNC revelations at Wikileaks. Adam Carter writes,

"one particular group would have been particularly desperate precisely at that time, for the emergence of a narrative about Russian hackers to discredit proper leaks / justify claims that all leaks are 'probably doctored' and they will have very likely known [Warren] Flood too. That group is the Clinton Campaign.

January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting

A smoking gun email linking Barack Obama to illegal domestic spying on political opponents and civil rights violations.

Susan Rice sent a CYA email to herself about a secret Oval Office meeting where the Clinton-Steele dossier is discussed; (the email was written and sent to herself 15 minutes after Trump was sworn in on Jan. 20):

"On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden and I were also present. President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities "by the book". The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book. From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia. Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding "by the book" as it relates to law enforcement. From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information. President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied, "potentially." He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that "the level of communication is unusual." The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would."

At the conclusion of the briefing, Obama asked Sally Yates and James Comey to remain. Together with Susan Rice, is where the “by the book” CYA comment comes into play. The 90-day surveillance period under the FISA warrant had just a bit over two weeks left to run — it was set to expire just as Trump was to take office. (Reporting suggests that there may also have been a FISA warrant on Paul Manafort around this time.) The Obama administration was confronting a deadline if the FISA warrant was to be renewed while Obama was still in power. The officials in the meeting needed to figure out how the investigation could continue despite the fact that its central focus, Trump, was about to be sworn in as president. Rice's “by the book” bunkum is transparent: Obama officials claimed to adhere to a book that forbade consultations between political leaders and investigators. But here they were consulting. So Rice tried to cover their tracks in her email: She revises history such that the consultation morphs into a mere friendly reminder that Obama wanted everything done by the book.

The following day DNI James Clapper released a public version of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA, also referred to as the Joint Analysis Report), a joint Brennan, Clapper and Comey document consisting of recycled reports on RT with two pages of sexual innuendo from the Clinton-Steele dossier. NSA Dir. Adm. Mike Rogers dissented from the conclusions and did not attend the day prior meeting in the Oval Office. WaPo was assured by Obama intelligence bosses that "the sources involved in the [Clinton-Steele dossier's] reporting were credible enough to warrant inclusion in the highly classified [presidential] report.” John Brennan however, in public testimony months later, said the dossier and its sources were not credible enough to incorporate in the Joint Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian election interference publicly leaked by the administration. Brennan swore the Clinton-Steele dossier did not “in any way” factor into the CIA's assessment that Russia interfered in the election to help Trump. Congressional investigators suggest a classified version of the Intelligence Community Assessment contradicts Brennan's sworn testimony.

Clapper briefed CNN on the Clinton-Steele dossier before Comey briefed President-elect Trump.

Obama/Biden: a cancer in the Pentagon

Over the summer a story was deliberately leaked to the press of a meeting at which 100 Democratic grandees, anti-Trump former Republicans, and other ruling class apparatchiks got together (on George Soros’s dime) to “game out” various outcomes of the 2020 election. One such outcome was a clear Trump win. In that eventuality, former Bill Clinton White House Chief of Staff John Podesta, playing Biden, refused to concede, pressured states that Trump won to send Democrats to the formal Electoral College vote, and trusted that the military would take care of the rest. The leaked report from the exercise darkly concluded that “technocratic solutions, courts, and reliance on elites observing norms are not the answer here,” promising that what would follow the November election would be “a street fight, not a legal battle.”

One of the scenarios was a “clear Trump win.” That is, the Democrats are not talking about making an uproar if there’s a repeat of the 2000 election when one state (Florida) had a narrow victory for Bush. Instead, the Democrats are saying that if Trump has a repeat of Nixon’s 49-state sweep, they’re going to take to the street. The Bookworm Room blog observed,

Obama seeded the Pentagon with Deep Staters who have more reverence for permanent power than they do for the Constitution. After all, Trump, by making peace in the Middle East and in the Balkans, and by refusing to engage in wars that don’t directly benefit America, is a threat to these officers — and that’s despite the fact the Trump has built up the military like crazy. Once the military’s built up, the retired officers no longer have well-paid sinecures in the military-industrial complex and the active-duty officers have fewer opportunities for promotion. The other sign that the Democrats are preparing a coup involving military cooperation is the Jeffrey Goldberg Atlantic article that accuses Trump if disrespecting the military. The obvious purpose behind the article is to suppress the pro-Trump military vote. The secondary, and more important purpose, is to tell the troops that, once the coup starts, they shouldn’t support Trump because he does not support them. That’s it. That’s the whole reason for anonymous statements that bear no resemblance to Trump’s excessive concern for the military, whether it’s funding it, blowing up Soleimani, withdrawing troops from war zones, or generally treating the military with open love and respect. Biden, after all, was at Obama’s right hand when the Obama administration gutted the military, threw the troops into pointless military operations, never bothered to take out terrorists like Qassem Soleimani, and abandoned former military people in Benghazi. [...]

Then again, remember what else Obama and Biden did during their eight years: They turned the military into a social justice experiment, that went far beyond ending Don't Ask, Don't Tell and, instead, allowing gay troops to serve openly. [...]

Another example of the effect Obama and Biden had on the military was the cross-dressing exercises at Arizona State’s Army ROTC during the Obama-Biden years:

Blisters, sweat and perhaps a little bit of blood was the sight at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex on Monday, when the men and women of ASU Army ROTC braved the Arizona heat to run in fabulous (and some not-so-fabulous) heels to raise awareness of sexual assault.

On Monday afternoon, ASU Army ROTC program hosted the event, “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes,” which consisted of students in the ROTC program wearing heels and running 1.26 miles as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

“The purpose of the event is to create a basis of understanding about sexual violence, stigmas and rape culture in the military as well as in our community and to reinforce standards of behavior, active bystander mentality and to be peer advisers to one’s unit and community,” Johnson said. “By walking in heels, the hope is to instill standards of behavior that will resonate.”

[...] the military, just like other parts of the permanent Deep State, told its troops that MAGA stands for white supremacy. The rot runs very deep. Who cares about destroying unit cohesion by pitting against each other the different races within a remarkably well-segregated military? It’s more important to defeat Trump. [...]

There are undoubtedly more leftists in the military than there were before. Also, given that the military’s claiming that supporting Trump is a sign of white supremacy, those troops who do support Trump probably wisely keep their mouths shut.

The point of this whole post is to get you very worried about what has happened to the American military since 2008. Obama and Biden had eight years to change it into an organization that, at the top, wants to continue to fight wars to keep their careers going — something Trump’s extraordinary diplomatic skills are ruining — and, at the bottom, has young people who have been marinated in identity politics, LGBTQ theory, and critical race theory. Trump may have had minimal sway over the upper ranks because his policies are killing their jobs and he may have minimal sway over the lower ranks because the ideological corruption runs too deep."

Biden has one of the worst records of politicians being insulting to American soldiers. In September 2016 at Dhafra base in Saudi Arabia, he called soldiers who refused to applaud him "stupid bastards". The Biden campaign confirmed the authenticity of the video, but Biden then denied the truth of that video. Biden had another "Jeb Bush moment" when he had to beg a Coast Guard graduating class to clap.
