Pavel Pastelnyak

Pavel Panteleimovich Pastelnyak (also Pastelniak and Pavel P. Klarin; Pasterlyak name may be his birth name while Klarin was his cover name while working in New York.[1]) was the assistant to Gaik Ovakimyan working from the Soviet General Consulate in 1938, and was Rezident after Ovakimyan's expulsion from the United States until Vasili Zarubin arrived in 1942.[2]
