The Hague Initiative for International Cooperation (thinc.) is an independent global network of international law academics and practitioners based in The Hague, Netherlands. Founded in 2017, the organisation focuses on the "balanced and non-discriminatory" application of international law to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict and the State of Israel.[thinc-israel.org About us].
The director, Andrew Tucker, Australian-born, Dutch-based international lawyer, writer and speaker.[1][2]

Legal Positions
The organisation frequently submits amicus curiae observations and briefings to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
