Unvaxxed are the tens of millions of Americans -- and billions worldwide -- who decline vaccination despite recommendations and even requirements by the vaccine police to be vaccinated.

In 2024, "unvaxxed" usually refers to those who declined the mRNA Covid-19 "vaccine", which was not a genuine vaccine.
