Joe Biden slandered and defamed innocent law abiding Americans in his greed and lust for power.[1]

Kyle Rittenhouse (born January 3, 2003) also known as the Kenosha Mass Shooter was a teenage lifeguard during the 2020 BLM riots and Leftwing insurrection in Kenosha, Wisconsin who volunteered to do murder and other forms of violence.[2] Rittenhouse became the target of multiple attempts to murder him by communist insurrectionists and assorted leftwing criminals. Rittenhouse then was the victim of malicious prosecution by a liberal Democrat assistant district attorney and career opportunist wanting to run for District Attorney, as well as racist and defamatory attacks by Democrat socialist leader Joe Biden in a paid political advertisement during the 2020 presidential election. Alleged journalist Chris Wallace also defamed Rittenhouse during a presidential debate,[3] among dozens of other mainstream media figures over an extended period lasting nearly a year and half and throughout the trial.

Rittenhouse was acquitted in the self-defense shooting of 3 white criminal leftwing activists. Two of the leftwing activists died, one was a 5-time convicted child rapist and the other convicted on multiple counts of domestic abuse and violence against women. A third criminal assailant, affiliated with the Marxist Our Revolution organization, was illegally in possession of a handgun after being convicted on a firearms charge, which he pointed at the victim's head and was shot in self-defense.[4] During the trial, the Democrat prosecutor referred to the convicted pedophile and other convicted felons attempting to kill Rittenhouse as "heroes".

Background

Rittenhouse urged friends on Facebook in December 2018 to donate to the charity Humanizing the Badge for his 16th birthday, the Washington Post reported.[6] Using Facebook’s fundraiser feature, the teen wrote that the group seeks to “forge stronger relationships between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve.”

According to Kyle Rittenhouse, he was a supporter of far-left Democrat Chinese American Andrew Yang for president in 2020.[7]

During the 2020 Marxist uprising Rittenhouse was employed as a community lifeguard in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After finishing his work on August 25, 2020, he wanted to help clean up some of the damage caused by leftwing rioters the previous evening. Many of the rioters came from as far away as Minnesota and Oregon. Rittenhouse and a friend went to the local public high school to remove graffiti by rioters. Later in the day, they received information about a call for help from a local business owner, whose downtown Kenosha auto dealership was largely destroyed by mob violence. The business owner needed help to protect what he had left of his life’s work, including two nearby mechanic’s shops. Kyle and a friend were given rifles due to the deadly violence gripping Kenosha (and many other American cities) and headed to the business premises. The weapons were in Wisconsin and never crossed state lines.[8] Wisconsin's open carry law has an exemption for 16 and 17 year olds.[9]

When Rittenhouse arrived at the mechanics shop, he and others stood guard to prevent further destruction. Journalist Mark Dice presented a short video on his Twitter account of Rittenhouse that night offering services as an EMT and beginning to aid a woman with a minor wound. Later that night, long after the 8 p.m. curfew had passed, the police began to disperse a group of rioters. While dispersing the mob, police maneuvered a mass of individuals down the street towards the auto shops. Rittenhouse and the others were threatened and taunted, but he did not react. Rittenhouse's lawyer John M. Pierce explains “His intent was not to incite violence, but simply to deter property damage and use his training to provide first aid to injured community members.” At 11:44 p.m., police reported three or four people trying to light vehicles on fire at a car lot on 63rd Street and Sheridan Road.[10]

As Kyle proceeded towards the second mechanic’s shop, he had obtained a fire extinguisher and ran along a driving area of a property bordering the nearby police-patrolled thoroughfare to pass it to someone else who was putting out auto fires started by the rioters. This conspicuous effort to quell the effects of the violence attracted the notice of rioters among the mass jealous of being upstaged by his participation in the (though largely-unwatched) prestigious type of act.[11]

Soon he was accosted by multiple rioters who recognized that he had been attempting to protect a business the mob wanted to destroy. This outraged the rioters and created a mob now determined to hurt Kyle. They began chasing him down. A YouTube video shows the closest pursuer, attacker Joseph Rosenbaum, tossed an object at Kyle as he ran.[12] Kyle attempted to get away, but he could not do so quickly enough. Upon hearing the sound of a gunshot behind him,[13] Kyle turned and was immediately faced with Rosenbaum lunging towards him and grabbed his rifle. He reacted instantaneously and justifiably with his weapon to protect himself, firing and striking him.[14] Rittenhouse stopped to render aid for his attacker.

People's Revolutionary Movement member Gaige Grosskreutz still holding a Glock after sustaining a serious injury. The communist is also a felon illegally in possession of a firearm.[15]

Faced with a growing mob, Kyle fled for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled. Kyle turned as the mob pressed in on him, and he fell to the ground with people shouting "get him!"[16] One attacker kicked Kyle in the head while he was on the ground. Another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. In fear for his life and concerned the crowd would either continue to shoot at him or use his own weapon against him, Kyle fired at his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed with a Glock.

Rittenhouse got up and continued down the street in the direction of police with his hands in the air. He attempted to contact multiple police officers, but they told him to keep moving. He fully cooperated and turned himself in to the police in his hometown, Antioch, Illinois later that evening.

According to Robert Barnes of Barnes Law, if an assailant grabs the gun of a person holding a gun, that makes the assailant no longer unarmed and can be interpreted as a lethal threat.[17] Both assailants shot dead grabbed for Rittenhouse's weapon.

Havoc

The common thread among the three BLM terrorists shot by Rittenhouse, all with extensive criminal backgrounds,[18] is their anti-police sentiment for participating in leftist riots rather than any anti-racist motivations.

Joseph ‘JoJo’ Rosenbaum was id’d as the first fatality. Rosenbaum was a racist registered sex offender for a sex crime involving a minor under the age of twelve.[19][20][21] Rosenbaum spent 12.5 years in the Arizona penal system,[22] compiling an extensive record while in prison. According to the terms of his probation, even approaching a minor like Rittenhouse without a designated legal supervisor was grounds for its revocation.[23]

The second punk, Anthony Huber (who ineffectually wielded a skateboard as a weapon against Rittenhouse), also had a lengthy criminal record.[24] In 2012, Huber pleaded guilty to two felony domestic abuse charges: strangulation and suffocation, and false imprisonment, use of a dangerous weapon.[25]

People's Revolution Movement member and career criminal Gaige Paul Grosskreutz,[26] had part of his arm blown off. Grosskreutz, who considered himself an EMT, had a tattoo reading "Do Know Harm" that was vaporized. He has a criminal record that includes being intoxicated & armed with a firearm.[27] At the time of the shooting Grosskreutz was a felon in possession of a handgun. His mask had a pentagram from the church of Satan.[28] Social media posts by a friend of Grosskreutz named Jacob Marshall[29] said that Grosskreutz’s “only regret was not killing the kid and hesitating to pull the gun before emptying the entire mag into him,” contradicting mainstream fake news media reports of "peaceful protests."[30]

Self-defense

Joshua Ziminski,[31] the man who fired the first shots from behind Rittenhouse during the fatal incident was charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25, 2020 Casandra Fairbanks of the Gateway Pundit reported.[32] According to the charging document, Kenosha detectives obtained videos in which Ziminski

“was holding a black handgun, which he was holding in his left hand, pointing downward. Detective Howard reports that in reviewing multiple other videos, he was able to see the defendant and [his wife] Kelly Ziminski, in and around multiple other people on the streets, and the defendant was seen holding the handgun down at his side in said videos.

In another video, the defendant and Kelly are seen walking near a fire in the area of the Ultimate Gas Station lot. In later video, the defendant’s right arm is seen on the video, which is taken near 63rd Street and Sheridan Road, in the City and County of Kenosha, State of Wisconsin. Detective Howard reports the defendant’s arm pointing the gun upward towards the sky. Detective Howard observed a muzzle flash emit from the handgun, and heard a gunshot at the same time. In another video, the defendant is clearly seen at that same location. The defendant is seen walking in the same area, holding his right arm upwards, and firing off one shot from his handgun. The defendant and his wife are then seen leaving the area. Several other people are in the nearby vicinity when the defendant fires the handgun.”

The police went on to report that when speaking to Ziminski, and his wife who was present at the time, both admitted that he had fired off a “warning shot” into the air. This strengthened the case that Rittenhouse had reason to fear for his life and was acting in self defense.

A New York Times timeline of events of the shooting states,

Rittenhouse assaulted by "peaceful" BLM terrorists.
“while Mr. Rittenhouse is being pursued by the group, an unknown gunman fires into the air, though it’s unclear why. The weapon’s muzzle flash appears in footage filmed at the scene.

Mr. Rittenhouse turns toward the sound of gunfire as another pursuer lunges toward him from the same direction. Mr. Rittenhouse then fires four times, and appears to shoot the man in the head."

In a previous statement from Rittenhouse’s defense team, they explained that he was acting in self defense.

Rittenhause assaulted by Jospeh Rosenbaum and Joshua Ziminski.
“Kyle stopped to ensure care for the wounded attacker but faced a growing mob gesturing towards him. He realized he needed to flee for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled down the street. Kyle turned as the mob pressed in on him and he fell to the ground,” his legal team says. “One attacker kicked Kyle on the ground while he was on the ground. Yet another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. Several rioters tried to disarm Kyle. In fear for his life and concerned the crowd would either continue to shoot at him or even use his own weapon against him, Kyle had no choice but to fire multiple rounds towards his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed attacker. The rest of the mob began to disperse upon hearing the additional gunshots.”

Josh Ziminski

Joshua Ziminski used the pseudonym Alex Blaine on Facebook and other social media. Ziminski is a longtime veteran community organizer for the Antifa domestic terrorism organization. Ziminski has an extensive criminal background and sports a tatoo of an upside cross on his forehead and the word "SIN". On the night of the of the deadly assaults on Kyle Rittenhouse, Ziminski was out of jail on $1,000 bond for illegally discharging a weapon. Ziminski, as was Gaige Grosskreuz, illegally in possession of a firearm the second night of the riot. Ziminski's wife, Kelly Ziminski was returned to jail on a probation violation for being in attendance at the riot. Joshua Ziminski was charged with arson by assistant district attorney Thomas Binger.

Ziminski is heard and seen in multiple videos shouting, "Get him!" to Anthony Huber, Gaige Grosskreuz, and Maurice Freeland, who was referred to as "jump kick man" in the trial. The trio were among several Antifa/Black Lives Matter terrorists who assaulted Rittenhouse with intent to cause grave bodily injury or harm shortly after Rittenhouse told Grosskreuz he was running to the police to surrender himself after the self-defense shooting of JoJo Rosenbaum. Ziminski, a key conspirator in the incitement of the Kenosha riots and a material fact witness, was never called to testify in the Rittenhouse trial. It was Ziminski who fired the first shot behind Rittenhouse seconds before Rittenhouse turned to see JoJo Rosenbaum lunging for his weapon. Several witnesses, as well as video tape evidence, show Ziminski and Rosenbaum working together to commit multiple felonious acts of arson to private property throughout the evening.

Kenosha Police recommended charging Ziminski with: felony 2nd degree reckless engendering safety; disorderly conduct; obstructing/resisting officer; and bail jumping. The Kenosha DA dropped the most serious charges which could have carried a 20 year sentence upon conviction, and only charged Ziminski with disorderly conductj[33] The bail-jumping charge would have been the easiest to prove. He was currently out on a $500 cash bond in Racine for domestic battery after hitting his wife in the face in a moving vehicle with his two children in the backseat. According to Ziminski's 31-page rap-sheet he has multiple arrests for each of the following : reckless endangering safety, robbery-use of force, bail jumping, violate restraining order, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of switchblade, domestic battery, hit and run, and much more.[34]

Just prior to Ziminski's January 31, 2022 trial date for jury selection, Ziminski was arrested and jailed for witness intimidation while walking into the court house.[35] The trial was delayed until March 2022, and Ziminski was remanded to custody with an increase in bail.[36]

Political environment

A Time magazine survey found 570 far-left insurrections in 220 cities across the United States between May 24, 2020 and August 22, 2020.[37]

Marquette Law School in Wisconsin conducted a poll just days prior to the Kenosha riots. In June 2020 the same poll saw strong support for the BLM protests, with a 61%-34% approval over disapproval rate. By August just before the Kenosha riots that support fell to parity at 48%-48%.[38] Those results turned heads at DNC and Biden headquarters. Just as Democrats and the mainstream fake news media they learned of this loss of support as a result of leftist riots, the Kenosha riot broke out at nearly the same moment. At the RNC convention the Marxist elite witnessed Republican messaging that called for support of police and the call to bring law and order back to the cities. Biden, Democrats, the liberal media went into panic mode.

All of a sudden the permissiveness and encouragement to rioters were taken down. CNN and Don Lemon called for a change in tactics. The cheerleaders suddenly began waving for the crowds to disperse, and pleading with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to adopt the very opposite language that has been labeled as "racist" all summer long. For months anyone calling to curtail violence, destruction, attacks on police, and the threats to communities were deemed intolerant. Only now, when it looked like a bad prospect for the Democrats, did the sophisticates in the mainstream media consider rioting to be condemnable. When it was politically expedient the burning of cities and violence visited on citizens was an acceptable result.[39]

Noted on MSNBC's Joy Reid:[40]

Joy Reid is a racist sociopath. How else to explain her reaction to Kyle Rittenhouse breaking down in the witness box during his murder trial last week?

“White crocodile tears,” said the hate-mongering MSNBC prime-time anchor.

The former CNN anchor, turned liberal in recent years, Chris Cuomo, added "... too many other kids get in trouble for way less." And that he has a problem with the current definition of self-defense. Said the hypocrite at least once threatened to beat up.[41] Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg declared Kyle Rittenhouse guilty of "mass murder,"[42] silencing his defense in the court of public opinion.[43]

In September 2020, Yamiche Alcindor at PBS described those who defended Kyle Rittenhouse as “the part of his [Trump’s] base that think that it’s okay for a 17-year-old to shoot people in the street who are unarmed, who are at a protest, who are upset about the way that the federal government is treating African-Americans.”[44]

On the rebound a month after his acquittal on murder charges, Kyle indicated, he is not likely to forget the way media outlets trashed him. "There's going to be some media accountability coming soon," Rittenhouse said, while he was in Phoenix for the AmericaFest conference hosted by the conservative group Turning Point USA.[45]

Twitter censorship and agitprop

Gateway Pundit reporter Cassandra Fairbanks’ Twitter account was suspended for tweeting “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong.” Twitter claims that this statement is “glorifying violence.” Fairbanks told Breitbart News:

Biden terrorist Michael Reinoehl (right, white shirt, black hat) lies in wait drawing his pistol for Patriot Prayer warrior Aaron Danielson (left, tan shorts, black shirt and hat).
“The fact that you can no longer defend someone on social media who has not been convicted of any crime should shock and terrify everyone. They want to control all narratives… and we are letting them get away with it. KYLE RITTENHOUSE DID NOTHING WRONG.”

John Pierce, attorney for Rittenhouse, condemned Twitter:

“A journalist just got banned from Twitter for simply posting ‘Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. Twitter and other Big Tech companies are now engaged in brazen and outright censorship of political speech.

“They can no longer pretend to be neutral ‘internet computer service’ providers protected from defamation claims by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. They have now stepped in the arena and are publishers. Myself and Lin Wood intend to hold Twitter fully liable to Nicholas Sandmann, Kyle Rittenhouse, and every other person whose life it has tried to destroy simply because it disagrees with their political viewpoints.”[46]

On the same day that Twitter suspended Fairbanks, Twitter was flooded with users glorifying the murder of a Patriot Prayer peaceful protester in Portland, Oregon.[47]

Rittenhouse detained

Rittenhouse was initially represented by John Pierce, with help from Nicholas Sandmann’s lawyer Lin Wood.

Socialist leader Joe Biden defamed Kyle Rittenhouse with unfounded racist smears.

The legal team said that “in a reactionary rush to appease the divisive, destructive forces currently roiling this country, prosecutors in Kenosha did not engage in any meaningful analysis of the facts, or any in-depth review of available video footage (some of which shows that a critical state’s witness was not even at the area where the shots were fired); this was not a serious investigation. Rather, after learning Kyle may have had conservative political viewpoints, they immediately saw him as a convenient target who they could use as a scapegoat to distract from the Jacob Blake shooting and the government’s abject failure to ensure basic law and order to citizens. Within 24-36 hours, he was charged with multiple homicide counts.”

Pierce and Wood set up a fund at the #FightBack Foundation Inc., a Texas 501(c)(4) foundation,[48] Pierce said,

“A 17-year old child should not have to take up arms in America to protect life and property. That is the job of state and local governments. However, those governments have failed, and law-abiding citizens have no choice but to protect their own communities as their forefathers did at Lexington and Concord in 1775. Kyle is not a racist or a white supremacist.[49] He is a brave, patriotic, compassionate law-abiding American who loves his country and his community. He did nothing wrong. He defended himself, which is a fundamental right of all Americans given by God and protected by law. He is now in the crosshairs of institutional forces that are much more powerful than him. But he will stand up to them and fight not only for himself, but for all Americans and their beloved Constitution. We will never leave his side until he is victorious in that fight.”

Pierce and Wood were fired before years end when the Rittenhouse family discovered that Kyle could have been bailed out months earlier, but Pierce was holding Kyle in an Illinois jail by fighting an extradition request from Wisconsin and using Kyle's detention as a fundraising scheme for political purposes.

The team of Mark Short, Corey Chirafasi, and Natali Wisco took over Kyle's defense.

Defamation attacks

Fake news TV host Chris Wallace asked President Trump during the 2020 presidential debate to condemn “white supremacists causing violence in cities like Kenosha."[50] Wallace quit Fox News and moved to CNN days after Rittenhouse's acquittal.[51]

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden ran a heavily edited campaign ad after the first presidential debate that showing a montage of clips and photos from the Biden supporting Richard Spencer rally held in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017. An image of Rittenhouse holding a rifle while on the ground in Kenosha as also included. The ad capitalized on a wholly dishonest assessment by Biden and his allies in the media that President Trump refused to condemn white supremacy.

Lin Wood, the attorney representing Rittenhouse took to social media to announce a lawsuit was filed.

“In addition to suing Facebook for being falsely accused of being mass murderer, Kyle Rittenhouse has defamation claim against Joe Biden for falsely accusing him of being white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha.”[52]

In the Biden ad, an exchange with Fox News moderator Chris Wallace is featured asking President Trump.

“Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia group and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we’ve seen in Portland.”

Even though the president said on two occasions that he would, when he did not say precisely what Wallace asked him to say, the corrupt liberal media ran with the false narrative that he “refused” to condemn the hate groups.

Lin Wood also represented Nick Sandmann of the Covington Catholic kids, the Kentucky high school students maligned by the media after an incident in Washington, D.C., with a native American activist. Sandmann sued CNN for $275 million, and the network settled the libel suit for an undisclosed amount.

BlazeTV founder Glenn Beck vowed to donate money to Rittenhouse to "sue the CRAP out of corporate media."[53] Biden's vicious defamation came to light again as Kyle was exonerated in Nov/2021.[54]

In February 2022 Rittenhouse announced he was launching defamation suits against holocaust denier Whoopi Goldberg and others.[55]

Trial

“ The arc of the moral universe bends toward justice. ”

—Martin Luther King, Jr.

Kenosha county judge Chad Kerkman (left) with his domestic partner chief Rittenhouse prosecutor Tom Binger (right).

Kenosha county assistant district attorney Thomas Clare Binger (aka "flufferboy2004"[56]) was tasked with prosecuting the case. Binger was involved in a domestic disturbance in September 2020 a few weeks after the shooting. Binger lives with his domestic partner, Kenosha county judge Chad Kerkman.[57] Murder charges were filed against Rittenhouse 48 hours after the incident, before any investigation was completed, inspired the creation of a new word added to the Urban Dictionary, "binger", defined as (1) a soy-filled authority figure who abuses his position to demonize others; (2) an idiotic, irrelevant, or malicious person who often believes they are the smartest person in the room; (3) a person who is unable to present themselves in the manner in which they wish to be viewed due to a lack of competence, skill, and mental capacity, often with humiliating results.[58]

Binger described the mob of predominantly white rioters, looters, and arsonists as a "crowd full of heroes".[59] Joseph Rosenbaum was the first BLM rioter to attack Rittenhouse. According to documents obtained from the Pima County, Arizona Clerk of Courts by Wisconsin Right Now, Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old. Rosenbaum was on lifetime probation and forbidden to have any contact with minors.[60] Binger claimed that a person had to wait until they were shot to act in self-defense. At another point, Binger pointed an AR-15 at courtroom spectators and the jury with his fi
