The ATACMS arrive

All eyes are on the Middle East, but major events are also happening in Ukraine. When British and German tanks arrived in Ukraine in August, a "big push" was expected. The tanks were slowed by minefields and hit by Russian attack helicopters. Now ATACMS missiles have arrived to strike the airfields where the helicopters are based. ATACMS are launched from HIMARS vehicles, but have longer range than the missiles used up to now. Crimea is the critical front and all of it is in range of Ukrainian missiles now. In addition, the American M1 Abrams tank is expected to deploy imminently.

Low confidence for the following re. precise contours, but I'm assuming a week or so to stage the main ground forces around Gaza, plus seeing how many hostages (women & children) can be winkled out through mediation by the likes of Egypt. Steady airstrikes throughout to degrade Hamas' political & military infrastructure.
After that, the air / artillery campaign begins in earnest: pretty much everything adjacent to the border is flattened and all remaining known targets in the rest of the Strip are struck. Once that's done, tanks and infantry roll in from all sides - with full close air support - and they don't leave until there's no-one shooting back.
I think it'll take about a month and the civilian casualties will be catastrophic. I don't believe Netanhayu has any appetite for an occupation and he'll probably try & reinstall the PA / Fatah to administer the smouldering ruins.
The shock & awe in Gaza probably keeps the West Bank quiet-ish, but provokes a significant response from Hezbollah in the north. I'm assuming a similar air campaign there, followed by a somewhat more restrained punitive raid by land. Again, in and out in about a month.

IMO, I think that's correct. Reminder: The "End of the World" and 7 Year Tribulation cannot come until the Great Commission is Complete

This is relevant in light of certain people saying earlier "the world may end by 2027" and so on. Not only is that absolutely impossible because it's only 4 years away, and a 7 year tribulation must come, but also because, for even that Tribulation of Anti-Christ to begin, the Great Commission must be completed first, as Jesus Christ explains in Mat 24:14. Joshua Project estimates around 2 Billion People have not yet heard the Gospel, and at a Conservative estimate that it will take 5-7 years to reach 500 MN people, it's a safe bet that there are at least 20-30 years to go before the End of Time, though of course, as the Lord reminded His Apostles, only the Eternal Father knows the day.

What we see in our lifetime could just be a tiny blip in the whole scheme of human history. If Christ returns, say, in AD 5,000 or AD 12,000 then what happens in the present century could be nothing. The fact is that the Christian church has grown from the most ignominious beginnings in the first century throughout the entire world, so that now there are over three and a half billion people on Earth that at least claim to be Christians. The Christian church and the Christian movement is in fact the largest, most successful movement in the history of mankind. It really is astonishing when you look at the history of how this movement spread geographically over the twenty centuries of its existence. So we must not take the short-term perspective and say that just because the past century has involved a lot of evil and suffering therefore the church is not going to be successful in its mission.

In fact, quite the contrary, it has been in the midst of this suffering and war that the growth of evangelical Christianity throughout the world has been without parallel in church history. The last twenty-five years of the 20th century were a period of church growth around the world that was simply unprecedented, as in Africa, Asia, and Latin America the church has grown by leaps and bounds. So we must not be misled by the disastrous things that are happening in our world to think that the church is failing in its Great Commission."

Yes, I know more detailed analyses will be necessary in time, and I'll take care of that after the primaries are over when the General begins. For now, I'm just giving a summary: I think DeSantis will win all the states Trump won in 2016, plus two or three, especially if it's just a two person race. If it's a three person race or more, my understanding is he can afford to lose up to 4 states (winning 26), and still win the Presidency. And that he will do.
