David McKinley

David McKinley (born March 28, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia) is the Republican U.S. Representative from West Virginia's 1st congressional district, succeeding Democrat Alan Mollohan.

McKinley is an engineer by training and founded an architectural and engineering company. He also served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1981 though 1995 and chairman of the West Virginia Republican Party.

He was one of thirty-five Republicans to vote for the Partisan Hack resolution calling for an Investigation on Capital Hill.[1][2]
