Discussion on proposed comment rule

Admin action: I am going to post below a copy of Jacob Dreizen's Comment Policy. At the Community Portal page, we may have to have a discussion sometime about adopting it or a modified version for Conservapedia. RobSGive Peace a chance 22:23, October 28, 2022 (EDT)

Comments and any associated weblinks or other references must be directly relevant and tangential to my published material (not just to other comments), specifically the material above the given comments section that you are adding to. THIS IS NOT A DEBATE PLATFORM TO DISCUSS IRRELEVANT HISTORICAL QUESTIONS. Please, no disjointed / overcaffeinated rambling, no unclear / unexplained weblinks, no unrelated musings (e.g., about Putin’s family values, how Hitler could have won at Dunkirk or Normandy, rapes committed in Berlin in 1945, etc.), no calling for the destruction or dissolution of the USA or its government, no calling for violence against current or former elected or appointed officials of the U.S. Government, no nonconstructive or hateful ranting about Jews (or Swej, Joos, Jooz, Jooze, Juice, Juize, Jewz, Jewze, J-Dogs, J-Dogz, J-Dawgz, J’s, Chews, Choos, Chooz, Chooze, Zionists, Zio-Nazis, Anglo-American Zionists, Amerizionists, Zionist Occupation Government, ZOG, IsraHell, Bibi SatanYahoo, “those of whom we cannot speak”, “your friends whom we can’t talk about”, “a certain small ethnic group”, the chosen, the tribe, the chosen tribe, the thirteenth tribe, tribe of Judah, the Khazarians, Khazarian mafia, Rothschilds, Khazarian Rothschilds, JewTube, JooTube, JewMerica, JooMerica, etc., etc.), no hardcore Marxists, no canon law arguments among Catholics, no being nasty to other commenters, and no trolling the sysop. Here it comes....

Tucker Carlson led a violent mob of Republican white supremacists in a break in of Nancy Pelosi home and beat up her drunk husband. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:10, October 28, 2022 (EDT)

Now, if you will recall, after a guy took a crap on Pelosi's doorstep in San Fransisco, the Capitol Police (which is not an Executive Branch agency) were given $2 billion in increased funding to expand its reach outside Capitol Hill grounds, and across all 50 states, including surveillance drone technology. RobSGive Peace a chance 19:24, October 28, 2022 (EDT)
Pelosi Attack Pinned on MAGA Without a Shred of Evidence. Am I right or am right?
Here's a theory: Ukrainian Neo-Nazis did it, just like they did the J6 riot. They don't care, they have no love or affection for Pelosi. They just need war funding to continue. RobSGive Peace a chance 00:33, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
Biden has already blamed Republicans for the attack. It turns out that the suspect lived in a "hippie collective" in Berkeley and was "a friend" of Paul Pelosi. He was mentally ill and arrived in his underwear. It shouldn't matter what his politics are. But the liberal media sure didn't waste any time before making this a partisan issue. PeterKa (talk) 02:11, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
Alternative scenario: Paul Pelosi was a having a gay affair with his nude friend while his wife was away when the domestic violence occurred. RobSGive Peace a chance 02:28, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Reefer madness hits the Pelosi home

The guy who attacked Pelosi's husband with a hammer turns out the be a Castro street nude dancer and a hemp jewelry maker from Berkeley. Another example of reefer madness, I say. Here is a video of the dancing. (Don't worry, no one is actually nude.) If the Dems have lost this constituency, who do they have left?

Part II: Nude Awakening. The suspect in the Pelosi case is no ordinary nudist, but a former lover of Gypsy Taub, the Bay Area's best-known nude activist. She created a public access talk show called My Naked Truth where she would detail 9/11 conspiracy theories, apparently without clothes on. (I didn't watch myself.) [2] (This link includes a picture of her doing, um, what she is famous for.) Pelosi is known to wear clothes, so perhaps we have found a motive. PeterKa (talk) 23:32, October 28, 2022 (EDT)

According to MSM reports, a man with a hammer breached the home of Nancy/Paul Pelosi which had an outside glass door (or a door made of clear material which could be breached by a hammer).
In an age of political polarization and Democrat corruption, if I were an elected official today in a high profile post, unlike Nancy Pelosi, I would not have glass doors on my home which the intruder easily breached. I would have steel doors with reinforced frames, thorn bushes in front of windows, motion detector outdoor lights, cameras, alarms that go off once the perimeter was breached (doors and windows), weapons, a dog of a sufficiently formidable breed like a Doberman and martial arts training. I would especially do this if the city of San Francisco was run badly and is a Democrat, crime-ridden cesspool which is the case. Paul Pelosi is a soft man who lacks MACHISMO and so he was ill-prepared! Even the Boy Scouts believe in being prepared! Maybe now the Democrats will not be soft on crime now that crime has come home to roost and affected a high-profile, Democrat family. Conservative (talk) 03:08, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
Was the window broken from the inside or outside before police arrived? I don't follow MSM. RobSGive Peace a chance 03:17, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
I saw a picture that seemed to show the glass door was broken from the outside.
Paul Pelosi needs to watch the movie RAMBO: LAST BLOOD instead of being an effete, liberal, sissy man! Conservative (talk) 03:22, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
(ec) Nancy Police is protected by the most, by far, well-funded police dept on the planet, the Capitol Police - you know, the guys who murdered Ashli Babbitt and you can't get FOIA records cause its not an Executive Branch agency. You know, the guys who covered up the Democrat IT scandal. The outfit with a budget in excess of $2 billion now since somebody took a crap on Pelosi's doorstep. [3] He got arrested a few hours later after the local cops got a call from DC. But since then, the Capitol Police now have surveillance drones deployable in 50 states and 435 Congressional districts with facial recognition technology. And Lord knows what else. And this was before the J6 protests. So nothing you are saying, and I'm assuming it comes from MSM, makes any sense.
Bottomline: Paul Pelosi was having a gay affair while his wife wasn't home when violence occurred, and - just as in Paul's recent DUI arrest - the local cops, courts, and media helped cover it up. RobSGive Peace a chance 03:29, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
If my Twitter account gets restored, I'd run an impartial poll and ask:
What seems a more plausible scenario?
a) A nude man breaks into a house in the middle of the night and assaults someone with a hammer.
b) Somebody has a homosexual affair at home while their spouse is away and it erupts in violence.
Which has a greater degree of probability, or seems more plausible or believable? RobSGive Peace a chance 04:34, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
I get sick just thinking about it. And I'm not even quite sure what effete means! VargasMilan (talk) Saturday, 06:38, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
At my age I can say, if had sex with Nancy Pelosi, I don't think I'd ever want to have sex again. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:05, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

On a more sober note, the Democrats need to stop pushing racial polarization, class warfare and other divisiveness. And they need to stop engaging in censorship and banana republic tactics. This is the stuff that creates political powderkegs.

Sun Tzu said to attack weakness and not strength. You are only as strong as your weakest link. The Capital Police are not going to prevent a breach of an outside glass/clear door on a personal home. Conservative (talk) 03:39, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Powderkeg? Yah, if you follow MSM, cause that's what it's programmed to do.
Paul Pelosi is gay. Period. Nuff said. And being married to her would be enough to drive any man to gaydom. RobSGive Peace a chance 03:41, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
If you look at the picture above, maybe it was not a glass door. Maybe it was made of some clear material which could be easily breached with a hammer. Conservative (talk) 03:49, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
It's all BS. Go back on Youtube and listen to what Jesse Waters at FOX had to go through to get police reports and even a mugshot of Paul Pelosi after his recent DUI. It shouldn't be too hard with YouTube search. And Paul wasn't even the victim there. Jesse Waters is the man to listen to now in this case as its developing. Waters has done the groundwork. Waters knows how insulated the Pelosi family is (he's reported on their son's corrupt activities in China, which I haven't followed much. But their son is as well protected as Hunter Biden).
Don't take the MSM BS hook-line-and-sink, as is wont to be your habit. RobSGive Peace a chance 03:54, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
New York Post: Inside the marriage of ‘ruthless’ Pelosi and her ‘bon vivant’ husband. It is looking like the luck of the Pelosi's is beginning to run out - at least to a small degree. Nancy will soon not be Speaker of the House and her corrupt husband was attacked by a hammer-wielding man. But they still have millions. But in the end, if they don't repent, they will both go to Hell. Conservative (talk) 04:02, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

By the way, I already saw the Jesse Walter's reports about Paul Pelosi's DUI. Conservative (talk) 04:04, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Good. So that's your starting point. Monday, the first business day of the week, tune in. Waters is a professional, so he can't throw out conspiracy theories to the public. But he can hint at things that what you are being told by MSM is suspicious, as it takes time for him and his staff to investigate. If Waters calls him a "victim" on Monday The Five or his show, then me personally, I'd forget the whole story cause nobody else (of high profile media) is following up. If he says the whole story seems 'curious", stay tuned and absolutely reject the MSM narrative. RobSGive Peace a chance 04:11, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
I think I went overboard commenting on this matter. Scripture says, "Do not rejoice when your enemies fall, and do not let your heart be glad when they stumble, or else the Lord will see it and be displeased, and turn away his anger from them. Do not fret because of evildoers." (Proverbs 24:17–19 NRSV).
And I have more productive things I could be doing. Conservative (talk) 04:17, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
The scripture also says, "A lying tongue is but for a moment", so when I do research on Hillary Clinton, Russiagate, or the Ukraine War, I'm doing the Lord's work: "The lip of truth shall be established for ever," and the lying tongue of the MSM is but for a moment. RobSGive Peace a chance 04:22, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
Call it a personal quirk of mine, but I just get highly, personally offended when the MSM lies to my face, and I know they are lying. RobSGive Peace a chance 04:40, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Comment: I lived through the Watergate era. I know the whole story. It was just like this. Nixon was attempting to shape media narratives about the Pentagon Papers, the Watergate breakin, and a bunch of other stuff that follwed. That's what's on the Watergate tapes. Nancy Pelosi is doing right now what Nixon did when he was informed about a breakin, she's telling aides, "Can't we get the cops to lie?" RobSGive Peace a chance 15:31, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Comment: I scooped them all by 12 hours with my MPR post. Again, it was not even a 'home invasion'. Do not fall for MSM BS. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:46, October 29, 2022 (EDT)
Oh no, RobS is mad at the "gay queers".
The Gateway Pundit is himself a participant in a same-sex marriage. What kind of conservatism are you practicing?
I read the Watergate hearing transcripts presided over by Senator Sam Ervin. What kind of example did he set in his Senatorial career? I read how one of the Watergate burglars stuck some tape on the door from the Watergate offices to the garage parking lot, then a security guard pulled it off, and the burglar stuck it back on. That doesn't seem too bright to me.
Then there was this scene in All the President's Men where Deep Throat said to Robert Redford that "There was more" criminality involved "than little Donald Segretti". I don't think Deep Throat ever explained that remark.
And Carl Bernstein cracked the case through his "sources" in the phone company? That's kind of a big source! "I have inside information on" anyone who has a phone?! VargasMilan (talk) Saturday, 16:06, October 29, 2022 (EDT)

Another theory of the case: Paul Pelosi picked up a homeless gay drug addicted prostitute and took him to their house while Nancy wasn't home. When you dispose of MSM completely, you can approach a story like this with an unbiased view. None of my well-vetted sources disappointed me. RobSGive Peace a chance 01:24, October 31, 2022 (EDT)
There's a whole series of questions to ask:
1. Why no description of the clothing Pelosi was wearing.
2. What was the length of time from the 9/11 call until police entered the home.
3. Who allowed the police into the home?
4. What pocket did the alleged nude attacker carry his bag of zip ties in?
I've read zero MSM accounts or videos, so I'm dependent on you guys to provide the answers. RobSGive Peace a chance 01:59, October 31, 2022 (EDT)
So this begs the question: What person or persons are responsible for the toxic and divisive rhetoric? They must be held accountable. Lying lip are but for a moment. RobSGive Peace a chance 11:21, October 31, 2022 (EDT)
What the Pelosi case reveals moreso than corruption at the top of the political system, or in FBI law enforcement, or media (all of which was known before), but the level that Democrat partisanship has trickled down, permeated and infiltrated into local police departments, cops who are willing lie, distort facts, and deceive the public based on political motives. Why does Biden hate jokes so much?

The USA vs. other high income countries and people diagnosed with mental illness. (Click on the graph to enlarge)

Check it out: "Biden rips GOP over Paul Pelosi jokes." There are a whole series of articles in today's media that go down this anti-joke road, including one in the New York Times. Hey, Samantha Bee never told a joke, at least not one that was remotely funny. The Producers had Nazi jokes! And they were funny. When a guy with a powerful position turns off security at his house to meet with a gay homeless drug addict who then takes his hammer and hits him with it, that's objectively funny. When the police arrived, Paul and Depape were in a life-or-death struggle for control of the hammer. So who opened the door? Today's "journalists" don't ask questions like this. Instead, they ask, "Why are Republicans laughing?" One takeaway is that Paul is clearly not a very smart person. Yet the Pelosis' expect us to believe that Paul's success in picking stocks was due to talent. Jokes are no laughing matter these days. I was banned from Wikipedia over a joke. PeterKa (talk) 05:49, November 2, 2022 (EDT)

Paul Pelosi does not have a powerful position. His wife does. And soon his wife will not have that position.
More importantly, given the amount of mass gun shootings, general crime and homeless people in the USA, the USA needs to do a better job of integrating people into society. People who are lonely, isolated or who have poor social skills are more likely to have mental illness. I provided a graph to the right which compares the USA to other wealthy nations (Click on the graph). Conservative (talk) 10:21, November 2, 2022 (EDT)
I am going to surmise a point: there is no evidence that the boyfriend carried the hammer into the home. In fact, the evidence points to the hammer being the Pelosi's property. No reporting on this key bit of evidence speaks for itself. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:45, November 2, 2022 (EDT)

Alt-right Twitter leader imperils alleged legal standing with racist remarks

It seems a racist alt-right Twitter leader, @CityBureaucrat, of whom I've spoken before, has imperiled his alleged legal standing as he characterized a failure to stop and render aid by Chicago police of two black groups as justified as a case of "mutual combat". @CityBureaucrat claims to be an officer of the Chicago courts.

It's further been discovered the self-deprecation he applies to his own race is actually a form of veiled ridicule! This is a sensitive subject as he acts among white nationalists whom are not necessarily themselves racists. I will try to summon the prior link. Stay tuned. Understanding the organization of Ukrainian forces

Location of Ukrainian Nazi forces circled in red.

For this one, you're going to have to think outside the box. The Ukrainian armed forces are not organized along the US or NATO lines. Although all military and paramilitary forces receive weapons, training, and funding from NATO, not all forces are under the command and control of the supposed "government of Ukraine". While some of the units receive pay from the Zelensky regime, and are cooperating with the NATO command structure, they remain 'independent'. 'Independence' is what they are fighting for, and they remain 'independent' of the Kyiv regime, the EU, and NATO. This is explained in the Pravy Sektor article. They are simply allies of the Kyiv regime, NATO, the EU, and US for the moment.

Unlike Pravy Sektor, the Azov Battalion and others are government units under the Ministry of Interior, and not the Ministry of Defense armed services. They are somewhat like 'national guard' units under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (don't get confused; the Ukraine regime also has its own separate 'National Guard' under the Interior Ministry, but Azov and others are also in the Interior Ministry under the SBU. To make a parallel, it would be like the FBI & CIA inside the DHS rather DOJ or a separate agency, and then having its own large black helicopter formations with tanks and artillery).

To the right, circled in red are the Nazi units fighting in, and with, the Kyiv regime. Notice, most are behind the front lines. There, they function like Red Army Commissars in the old Soviet Union. As well as SS Einsatzgruppen in the Third Reich. They shoot deserters and retreaters like Red Army Commissars. In 'liberated' territories, they murder civilian 'collaborators'. The Nazi units stationed near the front in areas undergoing thick combat right now are performing the same function - shooting people who refuse to fight and terrorizing civilian 'partisans'.

Neither the Russian Federation nor NATO forces are organized like this. The Ukrainian model is a holdover from WWII, using both Nazi & Soviet methods and techniques. And you, the American taxpayer, through the United States Congress, are paying these war criminals with money laundered through the Zelensky regime, and direct weapons support and training through NATO.

Now, Does the end justify the means? NATO, the CIA, Pentagon, and anyone else involved in these war crimes fully understand the Nazi forces of the Pravy Sektor are 'independent', and fighting for their 'independence' from Russia, from the EU, from the US or any other external power. Very few of our idiot Congresspeople, who have made American taxpayers complicit in this collaboration with Nazis, understand these Nazis have no loyalty to Zelensky, the Kyiv government, or 'Western values.' RobSGive Peace a chance 16:01, November 2, 2022 (EDT)

During the Syrian war and ISIS propaganda war, you will recall CIA/MSM manufactured the oxymoronic term, "moderate rebel"; the blue and yellow flag is the flag of the "moderate rebels" against Russian hegemony which is controlled by Washington, NATO, and other Western institutions (World Bank, IMF, WEC, etc) and wants integration with the European Union. The black and red flag of the Pravy Sektor (Right Sector) wants 'Independence' from all outside control (EU, NATO, Washington, 'international bankers', etc.) These armed forces, while receiving NATO & US weapons, training, intelligence sharing, etc., do not take orders from the Zelensky regime. They are merely 'allies' in a temporary unified command. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:10, November 3, 2022 (EDT)

To summarize: some Nazi units are in the Ukrainian government under control of the Ministry of Interior. These are more specialized units. A far larger number of troops do not recognize the legitimacy of the 'Jew led" Zelensky regime. This is the Pravy Sektor or Right Sector, which in addition to receiving NATO weapons & training, is paid by the money appropriated by the US Congress and laundered through the Zelensky regime. But they are more than just an army for hire. The also are a political party in the Ukrainian parliament (one of the parties that Zelensky did not ban) and constitute Zelensky's main opposition (since Zelensky banned all the socialist and communist parties, the so-called "pro-Russian" parties).

The Pravy Sektor is hailed in the West as the most heroic fighters. Because regular AFU are all 60 year old conscripts (the young are all dead), and Pravy Sektor is the most fanatical. The point is, Pravy Sektor is not even in the Armed Force of Ukraine (don't worry about them being a threat to Zelensky when the fighting is over, as the Zelensky regime does right now. Pravy Sektor and the Zelensky regime won't last that long. The only question is, How long can NATO last as a fighting force in Ukraine without using nukes.)

How Ukraine aid money laundering works

The recent announcement of a $400 million aid package for Ukraine shows how the Ukraine aid package works. The U.S. buys up $400 million of old Soviet junk from former Warsaw Pact members, like T-55s, gives them to Ukraine, then has the old Warsaw Pact member sign a contract to replace the equipment with modern American weapons. Raytheon gets a $400 million kickback out the process.

T-55s for example, were built in 1955. So they need expensive modifications and refitting before they can be sent into combat. So the cost of refurbishing is part of the kickback. Of course, the months and years it takes to refurbish many of these weapons take longer than the probable life-expectancy the Zelensky regime. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:43, November 6, 2022 (EST)

Joe Biden and Ukraine peace talks

If you read the WaPo article, you would know that Biden told Zelensky to pretend to be open for peace talks, as he told the Afghan president to pretend to be in charge and fight. As the history of this the war is being written, I find the story of Masha the translator interesting. From what I gather, she had been arrested in an anti-war protest early on. And as part of her sentence, as you have similarities in the US criminal justice system, she was assigned as translator for John Mark Dougan, and now iEarlGrey, to go to Donbas, see for herself what Russia is fighting, and report for Western audiences. Professor John Mearsheimer on the pivot to Asia:

John Mearsheimer: "The second factor is that China's neighbors and the US are pushing back. The US began to contain China regionally with the 2011 pivot to Asia. This created a spiral mechanism that is now in play: the Americans and their Asian allies are pushing back against China, and China is responding."[9]

German journalist: "You mentioned the pivot to Asia. How serious was this engagement by the US? Many Southeast Asian countries feel they have been left to fend for themselves?"[10]

John Mearsheimer: "I think there's no question that, when former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced the pivot to Asia in 2011, the US was just beginning to think about containing China. During the Barack Obama presidency, not much was done."[11]

Many times I have heard Mearsheimer at YouTube use the phrase "pivot to Asia".

If the term "pivot to Asia" is good enough for Professor John Mearsheimer, an eminent scholar in his field, it is good enough for me! Conservative (talk) 17:14, November 13, 2022 (EST)

In all instances cited above, Mearsheimer is responding to questions about the Hillary Clinton State Department officially declared policy, with Jake Sullivan as her chief national security advisor. "Pivot to Asia" is not a phrase coined by Mearsheimer. RobSGive Peace a chance 17:34, November 13, 2022 (EST)

You've heard much about proud Ukrainians "defending their country". Well now you can see it's all been a myth.

As 50% of Ukraines's electrical power (built by the hated Russians, whom the Ukrainian regime wants to rid itself of any memory) has been destroyed, the regime has imposed electrical rationing on areas that have been unaffected by war. Well, these areas don't give a rip about whose suffering and dying in other parts of the country, so they have taken to the streets to protest the Zelensky regime's imposition of blackouts. So much for "Ukrainian nationalism and national pride". The Zelensky regime's days are numbered. "My God, this man cannot remain in power."

Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel on China's theory of punishment

This guy's observations are really bizarre, but is known for insight on matters he's able to get right, so we have to listen to him regardless, if we want to understand how our ideas in Western Civilization got to be what they are.

He notes about China's jurisprudence:

Punishments are generally corporal chastisements. Among us, this would be an insult to honour; not so in China, where the feeling of honour has not yet developed itself. A dose of cudgelling is the most easily forgotten; yet it is the severest punishment for a man of honour, who desires not to be esteemed physically assailable, but who is vulnerable in directions implying a more refined sensibility. But the Chinese do not recognize a subjectivity in honour; they are the subjects rather of corrective than retributive punishment, as are children among us; for corrective punishment aims at improvement, that which is retributive implies veritable imputation of guilt. In the corrective, the deterring principle is only the fear of punishment, not any consciousness of wrong; for here we cannot presume upon any reflection upon the nature of the action itself. Among the Chinese all crimes, those committed against the laws of the family relation, as well as against the State, are punished externally.
As regards responsibility, the distinction between malice prepense and blameless or accidental commission of an act is not regarded; for accident among the Chinese is as much charged with blame, as intention. Death is the penalty of accidental homicide. This ignoring of the distinction between accident and intention occasions most of the disputes between the English and the Chinese; for should the former be attacked by the latter—should a ship of war, believing itself attacked, defend itself, and a Chinese be killed as the consequence—the Chinese are accustomed to require that the Englishman who fired the shot should lose his life. Everyone who is in any way connected with the transgressor, shares, especially in the case of crimes against the emperor, the ruin of the actual offender: all his near kinsmen are tortured to death. The printers of an objectionable book and those who read it, are similarly exposed to the vengeance of the law. The direction which this state of things gives to private revenge is singular. It may be said of the Chinese that they are extremely sensitive to injuries and of a vindictive nature. To satisfy his revenge the offended person does not venture to kill his opponent, because the whole family of the assassin would be put to death; he therefore inflicts an injury on himself, to ruin his adversary. In many towns it has been deemed necessary to contract the openings of wells, to put a stop to suicides by drowning. For when anyone has committed suicide, the laws ordain that the strictest investgation shall be made into the cause. All the enemies of the suicide are arrested and put to the torture, and if the person who has committed the insult which led to the act, can be discovered, he and his whole family are executed. In case of insult therefore, a Chinese prefers killing himself rather than his opponent; since in either case he must die, but in the former contingency will have the due honours of burial, and may cherish the hope that his family will acquire the property of his adversary. Such is the fearful state of things in regard to responsibility and non-responsibility; all subjective freedom and moral concernment with an action are ignored.

I don't know where this guy gets his information; maybe he shapes the stories he gets hold of to contrast philosophical ideas rather than chooses to explain things according to historical truth. His dialectical appositions of what ideas are contrary to one another take on a fixed character, and I don't think that's the right way to do philosophy. Once again, Bannon exposes himself as a troll who uses populist talking points as a means to dupe MAGA supporters into endorsing the Deep State agenda. "It looks like we're toast." - Cenk Uygur's prediction on the Democratic Party's prospects for the 2022 midterm elections.[1]

With a likely red wave hitting the U.S. midterms[14] and refugees/migrant levels pouring into Europe approaching the 2015 European migrant crisis levels[15] which caused right-wing populism to rise in Europe at the time, it looks might gloomy for liberals/leftists right now.

On top of this, leftist mainland China is facing significant financial problems.[16] Will the Chinese Communist Party lose power in the next 5-10 years?

In all election cycles, talk of a 'Red wave' or 'Blue wave' should ONLY occur AFTER, I repeat AFTER, results are final. It is demoralizing for two aspects: (1) it makes voters apathetic cause their vote won't be needed (see the case of Thomas Dewey and 1948 election, for example); (2) if a wave election does not occur, or only is marginal, we are subjected to months and months of stupid debate over "What is a wave election?" when we have more important things to attend to, as well as having a loss of credibility. Wave election talk is for about 5 minutes of gloating when the election is over. Period. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:59, November 2, 2022 (EDT)

“The big picture shows that you can never really count out Steve Bannon, both because of the trajectory of his career as well as the status of the movement in which he is a prominent figure,” she said.

Bannon has maintained that status by keeping the myth of the stolen 2020 presidential election front and centre in his broadcasts as key to engineering Trump’s comeback if he runs again in two years.

But Bannon’s most important role at present may be his championing of what is known as the “precinct strategy”, which seeks to take control of the Republican party from the bottom up, getting Trump supporters to take low-ranking, often vacant, positions within local branches. They are then in a position to select more senior party officials and to influence decisions such as the staffing of elections and selection of candidates, and ultimately to move up the party ranks.

Maga activists are also targeting school boards and poll monitoring positions.

“We’re going to take this back village by village … precinct by precinct,” Bannon said in one of his shows pushing the strategy.

ProPublica contacted dozens of Republican party county leaders across the US who reported significant increases in membership applications that appear tied to the precinct strategy.

Peltz said that the consequences could be with America for years.

“If Bannon is successful in shoehorning grassroots activists, which it appears that he is, he could have loyalists controlling the levels of power within the Republican party and, even more concerning, in election administration. Bottomline: You still take entirely too many words to express very little. On MPR, your routine editorial treatises that take up 1000 bytes or more can be pared down to less than 200 in most cases. RobSGive Peace a chance 23:45, November 4, 2022 (EDT)

Look at the format of Bizpacreview's main portal page. It carries items on a wide range of interest to their and our readers, often told with a bit of humor. For content and speeches that you make on MPR, make the readers click on the internal link. Use teasers to draw them in. Don't give away the whole store in a long-winded speech nobody is listening to. And above all, avoid repetition.
When you find an item of interest to our readers, it should be added first to a mainspace article, if only to keep articles updated if it truly is a headline grabber. Too often, somebody rushes to MPR with a headline and links to stale content in the encyclopedia. This is self-defeating, and self-destructive. RobSGive Peace a chance 00:12, November 5, 2022 (EDT)
Incidentally, I was the editor of my high school newspaper and did an internship with a business publication under a former editor for the The Chicago Tribune who worked with Studs Terkel. Since then, I've worked many years in print advertising. So I learned a little bit about the publishing business. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:19, November 7, 2022 (EST)
I see. My first work endeavor was being a paper boy. :) That's if you don't count selling products door to door in order to pay for summer Boy Scout camp. :) Actually, I don't recall which one I did first.
Presently, I work in a field related to book/film publicity for a major podcast (Like in the top 1% of all podcasts in terms of popularity. Something I helped happen). I also read a 300+ page book on book marketing for debut authors as I will be helping a debut author sell her nutritional book that she already had printed out. She wants to clear out her book inventory. I am doing this as a favor to a past client of mine.
Recently, I saw the film documentary Case For Case by the ex-atheist Lee Strobel who formerly worked for the Chicago Tribune as an award-winning journalist. It's a great documentary. I recommend watching it. Conservative (talk) 15:39, November 7, 2022 (EST)
I have sold millions of dollars of advertising to and for businesses (actually, I tried to add it all up once, but when you sell a continuing contract, you can only lowball the figure to a fixed number). So I know bit about what catches the public's eye, and what persuades and convinces decision makers. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:54, November 7, 2022 (EST)
Let's talk about signage, for example. When you drive down the street, businesses spend millions and millions of dollars on billboards and store front signage to get out their message, consisting chiefly of business name, product, location, and possibly phone number. Now, how many seconds in your car does the average consumer have or spend to absorb the relevant and vital information? Answer: less than 2 seconds.
For Yellow Page, click bait, and headlines, there is scant improvement for the amount of vital time readers are willing to spend. Learn from the Babylon Bee. They have mastered the art. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:33, November 7, 2022 (EST)

Trump attacks DeSantis on the eve of his re-election bid, again

This just happened. I called it.--Geopolitician (talk) 01:10, November 6, 2022 (EDT)

That's interesting. Congratulations on predicting it! Trump is the conservative populist, while DeSantis has benefited from Trump's coattails while also enjoying a boost for rightly opposing the vaccine police.--Andy Schlafly (talk) 01:16, November 6, 2022 (EDT)
Sundance is speculating that Trump made that comment in response to a recent ad by the DeSantis campaign which basically equates him to God. If that's the case, then I would've used a different nickname: DeSacrilege.--Geopolitician (talk) 01:23, November 6, 2022 (EDT)
In the same article, Sundance points out several parallels between DeSantis and Ted Cruz, and none of them are good.--Geopolitician (talk) 01:24, November 6, 2022 (EDT)
On a related note, I'm getting sick and tired of politicians trying to deify themselves and/or embracing deifying statements made by their followers. And when I say "politicians," I don't mean just establishment figures (like DeSantis), but also populist figures (like Trump). American politics, across the board, has become godless in every sense of the word. And people still wonder why our country continues to suffer misfortune after misfortune no matter who they elect.--Geopolitician (talk) 12:57, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Is that all you do? Sit around and wait for Sundance's reporting on the GOPe (Sundance's shorthand for the GOP establishment) where he mentions DeSantis? If you're such an avid believer in Sundance, why no discussion of the GOPe unholy relationship with Chamber of Commerce and globalists, cause that's Sundance's main point? The Wall Street v. Main Street aspect. Do you think we're a bunch of Democrats, enamored with personalities and we ignore real issues? RobSGive Peace a chance 13:55, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Talk about a pot calling kettle black. You’ve outright dismissed Sundance’s reporting in the past when he said things you don’t like. Example A: When he raised the idea that Pompeo was in on the conspiracy to release COVID from the Wuhan lab.--Geopolitician (talk) 18:13, November 6, 2022 (EST)
I don't get it. You're on this anti-DeSantis crusade for months cause he's a threat to Trump, and you attack Trump at the same time. Why don't you focus on the substance of what Sundance is talking about - criticizing the GOP establishment. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:02, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Wrong. I’m onto DeSantis because he is engaging in blatant opportunism. Whether Trump is the best choice in 2024 is a separate issue.--Geopolitician (talk) 18:13, November 6, 2022 (EST)
You're misreading Sundance. He says DeSantis is a GOPe stooge, like Romney and Jeb Bush. Nothing about opportunism. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:24, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Oh, I get it. You ignore all the nasty stuff Sundance writes about Nikki Haley, Marco Rubio, and Paul Ryan cause they are not running for president. Your perspective is typical Democrat false messiah worship. You think you can drive a wedge between Republicans, between the MAGA GOP and the GOPe. Hey, we're not liberals, and we're not Democrats, and we don't think like Democrats. And when Democrat BS gets dragged in here, it stinks to high heaven. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:08, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Um, I’ve attacked Haley and Rubio here before. Multiple times. Go see the edits I’ve made to their articles. Also, I explicitly recall getting into a lengthy debate with you over Rubio back in July 2021, where you defended him from my attacks.--Geopolitician (talk) 18:13, November 6, 2022 (EST)
I've noticed. All you do is attack GOP candidates of presidential caliber, to include Trump, Pompeo, Rubio, DeSantis, Haley, etc. It's obvious. You never discuss core issues. Only personalities, like a typical Democrat. And when you do pretend to discuss issues, it's loaded with contradictions, like a typical Democrat office holder or voter. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:24, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Since when do Democrats care about subversive words and deeds by neocons, which by the way all of those people (minus Trump) are.--Geopolitician (talk) 18:44, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Since Dems will use any lame excuse to attack Republicans. I at least have some basis for my attacks. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:56, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Lame excuse? You think supporting the geopolitical projects of Brzezinski and Kissinger is a lame excuse for me to attack neocon Republicans? How about supporting Wahhabism and blaming everything they do (including 9/11) on Iran? How about supporting color revolutions and false flag operations, and constantly lying about that? How about advocating the persecution of whistleblowers like Assange, Manning, and Snowden? How about supporting the continuation of the Patriot Act and NDAA? How about using the “Israel” card to corrupt our churches? And how about getting millions of people killed due to their misdeeds? You expect me to stay silent about that, just because they’re Republicans? Sure, I can focus on attacking Democrats, but that would be saying what’s already been said. I’d rather say what has yet to be said, thank you very much.--Geopolitician (talk) 19:52, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Let me see if I can follow this reasoning: Democrat warmongers and neocons have been exposed, and the public ignores it. So the one hope in defeating them, you wish to sink the Republican party. Is that fair criticism? RobSGive Peace a chance 20:26, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Nope. Many neocons still lurk in the shadows because much of the MAGA movement has only one eye open. That is, they don’t see neocons for what they are unless they’re openly against Trump. And on a related note, Trump seems reluctant to strike at the neocons first. He tends to wait until they publicly come out against him, if they ever do. Unless this changes, MAGA will remain at risk of being co-opted.--Geopolitician (talk) 20:37, November 6, 2022 (EST)
You said it, not me. The MAGA movement is blind and stupid. Twitter is not hiring right now, if you're looking for a job. RobSGive Peace a chance 20:44, November 6, 2022 (EST)
I said "one eye open," which is half blind and half with sight. They absolutely do have the right ideas, but their love for Trump sometimes gets in the way of them remaining true to what they stand for. Of course that's not Trump's fault. He can't control how they think. But he can control his desire to be accepted by the establishment, although that's technically a separate issue.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:12, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Okay, so MAGA Republicans are as stupid and emotional as Democrat cult followers. That makes sense coming from the Democrat point of view. RobSGive Peace a chance 21:18, November 6, 2022 (EST)
No, they aren't that far gone. At least they have one eye open. Democrat cult followers have both eyes closed, and perhaps have eyes missing from their sockets.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:33, November 6, 2022 (EST)
PS. If anyone has been using lame excuses, it’s you. You’ve been obsessed with trying to find proof that I’m some Democrat operative for years now. At virtually every opportunity, you scream “Democrat!” Much like how woke leftists like to scream things like “racist!” It’s really getting tiresome, you know.--Geopolitician (talk) 20:06, November 6, 2022 (EST)
There you go again. NATO warmongers (whom you often refer to as "neocons") follow the Brezinski Grand Chessboard playbook, which Kissinger opposes. As I said, when you do pretend to discuss issues, it's loaded with contradictions, like a typical Democrat office holder or voter, tossing out and demonizing personalities rather discussing core issues. RobSGive Peace a chance 20:19, November 6, 2022 (EST)
The only thing Brzezinski and Kissinger disagree on regarding the Eurasian Heartland is how to achieve domination of it. But Kissinger still believes in the premise that America must conquer the Eurasian Heartland in order to remain secure, so he is still part of the problem.--Geopolitician (talk) 20:28, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Kissinger is the main opposition spokesman against the neocon NATO warmongers implementing the Grand Chessboard. RobSGive Peace a chance 20:44, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Only because they're prioritizing dismantling and genociding Russia over dismantling and genociding China. He wants it the other way around, and thus is just the other side of the coin.--Geopolitician (talk) 20:57, November 6, 2022 (EST)
"genociding Russia"? What's that supposed to mean? Sounds like a neocon talking point if I ever heard one. RobSGive Peace a chance 21:03, November 6, 2022 (EST)
The neocons want to genocide the Russian population. You know that, and have pointed that out yourself several times.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:05, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Yah but I don't do it in ambiguous language. Are you saying neocons want to genocide the Chinese people, who are victims of the genocidal Chinese regime? When you do pretend to discuss issues, it's loaded with contradictions. RobSGive Peace a chance 21:08, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Yes, I am saying neocons want to genocide the Chinese people. Because that's what The Grand Chessboard calls for.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:21, November 6, 2022 (EST)

And you do realize I hold those people in such contempt because I see neocons as literal traitors to our country, not just as “establishment,” right?--Geopolitician (talk) 18:44, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Oh, we're back to neocons again. Why don't write something about the neocon/climate change alliance. It's happening in Germany (and destroying the country) and in the U.S., AOC is the leading proponent. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:56, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Sundance has touched on this subject, so you are quoting him out of context. I haven't seen a word about DeSantis joining up with AOC to support nuclear war and end fossil fuel consumption with Russia sanctions. RobSGive Peace a chance 19:01, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Except Sundance has pointed out that DeSantis supports the Ukraine war. I even shared an article establishing that not too long ago (last week, I think). The article doesn’t go as far as saying he’s part of the neocon/climate change alliance, but by my standards he de facto is.--Geopolitician (talk) 19:52, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Oh, so Trump is a neocon warmonger too, cause he's made statements that appear to be in support of the war, as recently as last night. RobSGive Peace a chance 20:19, November 6, 2022 (EST)
I still have hope that Trump’s position on this issue is malleable. But that hope is waning, I’ll admit.--Geopolitician (talk) 20:25, November 6, 2022 (EST)
Maybe Trump, the non-politician, learned something about politics - you have to lie to get into office.
Unlike Trump, Perot, Bloomberg, etc., DeSantis is not self-funding. So he has to take money from the traditional GOPe donor base to be the default candidate should Trump be Arkancided or die of natural causes. This issue has very little to do with ideology. And the beauty of the system is, he gets to keep all the money for a 2028 bid. I'll bet $100 whoever the nominee is, DeSantis will vote for Trump, and Trump for DeSantis.
You will recall, the evil neocon warmonger Ted Cruz was Trump's main opponent in the 2016 primaries. Trump went so far as insulting Cruz's wife's looks. The day after the convention, they were besties, and Cruz even stood up as an objector and election denier.
You're spinning your wheels with the BS and slander campaign you're on. RobSGive Peace a chance
Maybe it isn't about ideology for Sundance, but it certainly is about ideology for me. And since you brought up Cruz, he doesn't deserve the good standing he now has with Trump. Especially after several people from his camp joined the Trump administration only to sabotage it from within.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:01, November 6, 2022 (EST)
bla bla bla. All you do is trash Republicans. It gets tiring. RobSGive Peace a chance 21:05, November 6, 2022 (EST)

It's all part of the Great Reset. Climate activists are warmongers. Progressives are warmongers. And the necons dominate them. The neocons are done with the GOP. RobSGive Peace a chance 22:03, November 6, 2022 (EST)
That last sentence would only be true if one accepted the premise that neocons who embraced Trump in 2016 and continue to support him in 2022 are no longer neocons. I wholeheartedly reject that premise.--Geopolitician (talk) 09:33, November 7, 2022 (EST)
The GOP is not the neocons prime focus anymore to infiltrate and promote their agenda. The Patriot movement, dominated by MAGA, is not the prime focus of neocons to promote American unipolar hegemony. The Green Agenda is the primary vehicle neocons are using to promote American global dominance. RobSGive Peace a chance 10:14, November 7, 2022 (EST)
I can't disagree with that one, but keep in mind that "primary vehicle" does not mean "only vehicle." There are others.--Geopolitician (talk) 10:35, November 7, 2022 (EST)

If you're going to follow Sundance, get with the program. His latest post is a link to Neil Oliver: 'The green agenda we’re being sold is absolutely not green'. Oliver says,
"Fast forward nearly 40 years after Live Aid and have a look at what the media and much of the rest of the mainstream are calling for now - the Green agenda, Agenda 2030, Net Zero and the rest of a hellish potpourri of policies guaranteed to condemn hundreds of millions to death by poverty, death by starvation, misery for want of the means ever to make their lives better. Half a lifetime after Live Aid, and earnest hopes of throwing arms around the world, the new clarion call is to snuff out the lights here in the West. To usher in the cold where there has been warmth. And to see to it that the achievement of the Industrial Revolution, and centuries of ingenuity that conspired to lift billions of people around the world out of poverty, are dismantled and unwound upon the altar of the new religion of saving the planet of tomorrow. Prioritizing that as yet non-existent world over the here and now. Millions upon millions of those living today, perhaps billions in the end, are to be sacrificed as though they don't exist. Any last vestige of camouflage, preventing us perceiving the true nature of the messiahs of the Green agenda, is falling away day by day. Celebrity truant Greta Thunberg's latest proclamation is that 'it's time to transform the West's oppressive and racist capitalist system'. She means overthrow it, thereby laying bare at last the motivation of her handlers." RobSGive Peace a chance 23:04, November 6, 2022 (EST)

Anti-lockdown stance gave DeSantis a boost

This is from American Thinker and belongs on MPR: "The biggest lesson of the election: Voters rewarded Republicans in statewide races who battled COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates."

Trump is out, DeSantis is in. If Biden wants it, the 2024 Democratic nomination is his. Otherwise, it goes to Kamala Harris. After all, they are both more coherent than Fetterman, Pennsylvania's incoherent stroke victim, artificial intelligence construct, and senator-elect. There was a massive red wave in Florida and South Dakota, the two states where Republican governors led the charge against lockdowns. In the lead up to the election, the buzz was all about, crime, inflation, immigration, war in Ukraine, and abortion. But in the voting booth, covid trumped all of those, as it had in Virginia last year.

Election night was a certainly a disappointment. This is the first time in a very long time that Republicans did significantly worse in the actual election than in pre-election polling. In 2016, 2018 and 2020, Republicans ran at least four point ahead of polling. One explanation I read is that that Biden's "Mega MAGA" and pro-democracy talk scared swing voters and made them reluctant to answer pollsters. "Hey Bess, one of those dangerous Trump-supporting Mega-MAGA people wants to know how we are going to vote." That would certainly be an amusing reason if it turned out to be true.

Powerline compares this election to 1978. The economy in 1978 was awful. But many Americans were still voting against Nixon, although he wasn't on the ballot. Republican gains were modest. In this analogy, Trump is the new Nixon. Not until Reagan was nominated in 1980 did Republicans get past Watergate. PeterKa (talk) 22:09, November 9, 2022 (EST)

Interesting analysis, but the real message is that Dems continue to get better each cycle at ballot harvesting and election fraud. The Pennsylvania election proves that Dems can elect Mickey Mouse in some states now with their machine. Next-door New York doesn't tolerate that high level of Dem-manipulated voting.
The GOP won, and a bigger win may not have been better. Mitch McConnell is a warmonger, while JD Vance won big by being anti-war. Also, who wants Biden to be able to run against a GOP Senate in 2024, as Clinton successfully did in 1996?
(added later with sig) The reality is that a GOP-controlled Senate now would be led by pro-war Mitch McConnell, who is so unpopular that it could cause massive losses in 2024 across-the-board. Trump has vowed to replace McConnell as GOP Senate leader in 2024.--Andy Schlafly (talk) 01:24, November 10, 2022 (EST)
And as the senseless war and killing ramps up on the ground, the US commitment to the war (which is driving the whole war) is firmed up. The consequences of this commitment is more debt, more borrowing, more inflation, and more economic dislocation for common people - which is exactly the globalists' agenda. 92% of all land in Nevada is federal land. That means, outside of a handful of military bases and reservation land, the rest of the population lives on 8% of the land. Washington DC owns the State of Nevada, and there has got to be a connection between the naked, rampant voter fraud we've seen in federal elections in recent years affecting the control of Congress and the White House. I comeback to MSM and MSM narratives, both in polling and news reporting. This shouldn't be that big a problem for us today with social media and internet. The Big Red Wave circles down the drain

So it's official. Cons, you're 0-3 on Coronavirus, the NATO war, and Red Wave (0-4 counting Paul Pelosi, but you didn't post that to MPR.)

Post Mortem:

  1. You need to seriously re-examine your sources of information;
  2. the time spent on pushing a Big Red Wave should have been spent on pushing election integrity and encouraging people to get involved at the local level as election watchers to prevent exactly what just happened, again;
  3. the Big Red Wave, posted on MPR since May had two consequences (1) it demoralized potential GOP voters both before and after the election; (2) it damaged CP credibility as a source.

MPR should be used for two reasons: (1) providing alternative, qualified links and sources to the readers; (2) NOT promoting established mainstream media narratives (as you did in the covid, NATO war, Red Wave & Paul Pelosi cases.

No news story tells the whole story in itself. All news stories are developing, or continuing stories. We need to abandon the habit of posting sensational garbage that shows up in your Inbox. Three things wrong on coronavirus? I have no idea what you are talking about as far as two other things. I have no idea what you are talking about as far as NATO.
As far as the midterms, while the GOP did not have a red wave due to the unpopularity of Biden and high inflation/crime, Biden will still likely face gridlock because the GOP will likely squeak out a majority in the House. At this point, there is going a post mortem on why the GOP underperformed in the midterms and who is going to be the next president is up in the air. I am just glad that I am not going to depend on U.S. politicians when it comes to my future. Conservative (talk) 10:15, November 9, 2022 (EST)
Don't be coy. You consistently post MSM narratives which are counterintuitive, and defeat counter-narratives. RobSGive Peace a chance 10:38, November 9, 2022 (EST)
Here's the point: Since May, you pushed the Red Wave. That time and space should have been used to push voter integrity, and encourage people to get involved at the grassroots level.
Instead, you demoralized people by repeating over and over again, 'Don't worry, it's in the bag.' RobSGive Peace a chance 10:45, November 9, 2022 (EST)
The big takeaway is that the country is fairly divided and the pollsters are unreliable. After the right/left leaning pollsters blew various recent elections, I am not going to pay much attention to them unless the margins are very big.
Rather than look at the polls in terms of political races, I think I will give more weight to the betting markets.
I cite:
"In this sense, markets react faster than the snappiest snap poll. The political gambling community itself would turn a pollster’s stomach. I have found it to be overwhelmingly made up of white, educated, males who are mathematically inclined and politically sophisticated (including a good number of politicians themselves). Yet there are quite a few statistical analyses that credit the markets collectively as more predicatively powerful than polls.
That said, betting market information expressed in probabilities – for example, Herschel Walker is given a 61% chance of winning and Raphael Warnock is given a 41% chance of winning – is much less intuitive to the public. This is because, unlike a poll, in betting markets a lead of 61% to 41% actually indicates a tight contest where either candidate could well win."[22]
But better yet, instead of following politics, I will focus more on important things like faith, family/friends, career, etc. The older I get the more apolitical I get. For example, both the Democrats and Republicans often spend like drunken sailors, but they spend on different things. Both parties are leading America into another Great Depression through their big spending ways. Conservative (talk) 11:06, November 9, 2022 (EST)

Zerohedge: Midterms Post-Mortem: Comprehending GOP's Underwhelming Performance.
Did the narrative of the Red Wave seem like hubris?
At times rosy expectations can be the mother of all disappointments. The relentless talk of a red wave, which began in conservative media and spread like wildfire, could have had multiple consequences.
Perhaps GOP voters presumed a victory was inevitable and chose to stay home. Perhaps Democrat voters thinking that their party needs them in times of peril chose to vote.
Perhaps some voters thought of this talk of the red wave as hubris.
Voters often do not like politicians taking them for granted and second-guessing them.
Perhaps they decided to give the GOP a reality check?
Don't say you were not warned. Today is only the beginning, picking up the pieces. We need more cooperation and coordination on this page, and less bravado and sneering at other qualified editor's input. No single editor is the guardian of the conservative perspective. Connecting the dots

The NATO war in Ukraine is fueling inflation with more borrowing and more debt; inflation fuels the crime crisis. The failure of the GOP to garner a consensus against the NATO war means the war, inflation, and crime will continue.

And as I predicted a month or two ago, the GOP will be blamed for the Recession, even if the GOP caves now to demands for Keynesian stimulus. RobSGive Peace a chance 11:20, November 9, 2022 (EST)

From a professional perspective, look at the way a successful campaign is conducted. In 2008, Obama's win was a blow out. However prior to election day you did not see any hubris about a "Blue wave". Rather, we saw endless speculation over Will white males over 55 vote for a black man, etc. This is the proper way to conduct a campaign. "Wave" talk is for AFTER, I repeat AFTER, I repeat again AFTER an election. In fact, prior to election, it ought to be viewed suspiciously either as internal subversion, or naive and amateurish by people without understanding or regard of the consequences for failure. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:23, November 11, 2022 (EST)

Roe v Wade turnout impact

As I said before and nobody believe me, overturning Roe v Wade would have huge impact on the midterms, and that what happened young girl turnout for Democrats was +37 --Alex Kosh (talk) 20:05, November 12, 2022 (EST)

That's insufficient data to make a judgement about. Compared to what? Voter turnout among inflation and crime victims? increased turnout among disgruntled Hispanics and other minorities who traditionally voted Democrat? So while you can say turnout increased among a certain segment, that differs from overall impact. Furthermore, it's a one-time impact on federal elections - cause these ill-informed voters don't understand that the repeal of Roe v. Wade kicked the issue back to the states. Roe v. Wade has never been an issue in the U.S. Congress, either before repeal or after - despite a half century of propaganda and billions spent on political advertising. NBC News is the only legacy media company willing to admit that Ukraine has a significant Nazi problem. I agree with the NBC News article Ukraine's Nazi problem is real, even if Putin's 'denazification' claim isn't.
I believe that Putin went into Ukraine for various reasons (Ukraine was looking to join NATO which Putin/Kremlin didn't like, gas reserves found in Eastern Ukraine, Russian nationalists in Eastern Ukraine treated badly by Ukraine, Orange Revolution may have been largely/significantly instigated by CIA and Western NGOs, etc.). I don't think de-Nazisifiction is the big reason why Putin went into Ukraine. Ukraine has had a Nazi problem for some time. In addition, the Russians don't have a great reputation on how they treat Jews with their various pograms, etc. And I have met many Jews who fled Russia due to discrimination. Conservative (talk) 04:50, November 16, 2022 (EST)
This generation of Russians hasn't committed any pogroms, any more than you should have to pay reparations to African Americans for slavery. The legacy of both Czarism and Soviet Communism is, Russia has the most "tolerance for diversity" on the planet.
Putin went into Ukraine on February 24 because the NATO trained army had amassed 120,000 troops - half the Ukraine army at that time - along essentially what is the front line of contact right now. And that army, with NATO-backing, tanks and artillery, was set to begin rolling over civilians on March 8, who were defending themselves with a 40,000 man militia.
So while American media was echoing Biden DNI Avril Haines day-after-day since November 2021, screaming "Putin has amassed 120,000 troops on Ukraine's border!", it ignored Russian media and Putin saying "Ukraine has amassed 120,000 troops along the Donbas!" (all of this is a matter of cited record in Conservapedia), as well as the fact who those troops were, i.e. Nazis, and their record of atrocities for the past 8 years.
America engineered this war, and America wanted this war.
As to the Nazis, yes, they've been there a long time. But it was the US that empowered them in 2014. Like Jimmy Dore said, if you didn't like the Putin-backed regime, you vote them out. You don't hire a bunch of Nazis to kill people. RobSGive Peace a chance 05:24, November 16, 2022 (EST)

RobSGive Peace a chance 05:33, November 16, 2022 (EST)

Societies change slowly. A society can't "try" democracy, it has to fully commit to it and thoroughly educate its population. Conquered Germany and Japan were literally forced to practice democracy after WWII which is an irony of history. The USA was enough of a benevolent occupier of Germany and Japan that democracy took root. For example, Douglas MacArthur helped "the Japanese to recover from the aftermath of the war—poverty, starvation and despair."[30] Conservative (talk) 06:15, November 16, 2022 (EST)

So let's ask: Why are Ukrainian schoolchildren taught to give the Nazi salute (by extension - "taught to hate")?
Answer: Cause since 1945, the Soviet Union came down hard on people who gave the Nazi salute, displayed Nazi insignia, or shared Nazi ideas. Likewise in Germany and much of all Central and Western Europe laws were passed against open displayal of Nazi symbols, Holocaust denial, etc. In the United States, we adopted "hate speech" laws since the 1970s. In Ukraine, the anti-extremist laws and enforcement remained in place after 1991. However, unlike Germany, the Nazi party was not outlawed, and various Nazi groups were elected to Parliament in the name of "democracy", albeit a minority.
In the years before the Maidan coup, the United States began emboldening these groups, and the "Russian-backed" government's secret police, the Bercut, became overwhelmed and could no longer deal with number of extremists (in the old days, the Bercut would just kidnap them, beat them up, and blacklist them from employment, kinda like the KGB did for many years.} The U.S. money pumped into Ukraine offered these blacklisted extremists income and employment, if they'd just do Western globalists dirty work and help overthrow the "Russia-backed regime".
So that's what you have today, a bunch of Russia haters who proudly wear the swastika, kinda like waving a red flag before a bull, whereas the whole Russian civilization of 130 ethnic groups have for centuries lived by the words, "we must love each other, or we must die." The truth is, Germany and Russia are natural allies, like the US is with Canada or Mexico. But the US and UK (whom the Russians and Germans call "Angelo-Saxons") have kept them apart through two world wars, and now a third, the NATO war in Ukraine. A German-Russian alliance would dwarf the British Empire or American global hegemony. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:42, November 17, 2022 (EST)
Historically, the relationship between Russia and the Anglo-Saxons has been dependent on the status of Western Europe. They are ALWAYS allies whenever Western Europe is dominated by a third power (Napoleon, the Kaiser, Hitler, etc.), and they are ALWAYS enemies otherwise.
Right now, Western Europe is essentially a vassal of the US, the dominant Anglo-Saxon power. Thus, Russia and the Anglo-Saxons are destined to remain enemies until that balance of power is disrupted.--Geopolitician (talk) 23:25, November 17, 2022 (EST)
There is no reason Russia and Germany should not be close allies like the US & Mexico. Western powers, i.e. France & UK - not Germany, exploit the Poles, the Ukies, and Baltic states to sow tensions to prevent it. RobSGive Peace a chance 07:24, November 18, 2022 (EST)
Germany would exploit the Poles, the Ukrainians, and the Baltic states in a heartbeat if it was in a position to do so, but right now it isn't. Two countries stand in the way of that: the United States and France. The former is the dominant power of Western Europe, and the latter is more than powerful enough to counter German influence-building in the region even without the American military presence. And as long as the German government remains committed to its post-1945 policy of demilitarization, it will stay that way. --Geopolitician (talk) 16:49, November 18, 2022 (EST)

At the Wannsee Conference, Eichmann & Heydrich declared the Baltic states "Judenfrei", "Jew-free", meaning it wasn't a problem for them and they didn't have to allocate a lot of manpower there. Those augmenting the Orpo/Ordnungspolizei (Order Police) were designated Schutzmannschaft (Protective Detachment) and eventually numbered some hundreds of thousands.

The Schutzmannschaft battalions, organized by nationality, Poles, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians, Estonians, Lithuanians, Latvians and Tatars. Each battalion had an authorized strength of about 500. Everywhere, local police far outnumbered the equivalent German personnel. For example, in the Brześć Litewski area, there were 26 German gendarmerie as opposed to 308 Belorussians. In the district of Baranowicze, there were 73 German gendarmerie and 816 native auxiliaries. By 1 July 1942, 18½ Ukrainian Schutzmannschaft battalions had been formed, with a further three battalions set up in Belarus mainly staffed by Ukrainians.

Local police units were moved freely around the occupied countries to engage with partisans or to kill Jews.

I stand corrected on the question of the Vilnius ghetto. The point Eichmann was making was that the local Hiwis had already done their housecalls to villages. When Boehner, Ryan and Hastert were Speakers, they rarely spoke to the press, only when some pressing emergency arose or a weekly scheduled conference where the spoke about nothing of interest. Bakhmut

Putin may have lost Izium and Kherson, but he's betting the farm on another offensive, this time against Bakhmut. It hard to see how this idea can work out to his benefit. If Russia takes the city, it will be oligarch and Wagner Group boss Yevgeny Prigozhin who gets the credit. That can't be what Putin wants since Prigozhin is a loose canon who publicly criticizes the regular army and is already being mentioned as an alternative to Putin. The plan to take Bakhmut was drawn up as half of a pincer movement back when Russia held Izium. Now its one hand clapping. If Russia is in a position to take Bakhmut, why did it give up Kherson? The terrain worked against Russia in Kherson, but that is also true in Bakhmut. The Ukrainian artillery is firing from behind hills, a tactic called defilade. Perhaps Putin has been reduced to desperately hoping for a win somewhere, anywhere like Hitler in the Battle of Bulge. Bakhmut is a center of salt production. In Peter the Great's day, people built fortresses and fought battles to control the salt trade. PeterKa (talk) 15:06, November 21, 2022 (EST)

The Battle of Atremorsk (Ukrainian: Bakhmut) has been going on all summer. Bakhmut, on the high ground is the key to the whole Donbass front. Avdiivka, about 30 km outside Donetsk is the big problem. Avdivvka has been shelling Donetsk for 8 years, killing civilians. Avdiivka is dug in like the North Korea Demilitarized Zone.
The pincer movement from Bakhmut will head south against Avdivvka (in addition to being able to retake the Russian cities of Kramatorsk to the NW, and a defensive movement to protect Lysychansk).

As to Kherson, the Ukies are currently evacuating the other half of the population which did not evacuate to Russia already. Apparently, at one point or other, one side or the other will finally destroy the Nova Kakohova dam and create a new border 15 kilometers wide using the Dnieper River between Russia and whatever is left of Ukraine or the "Polish Ukraine Commonwealth". This would leave the Russian city of Odessa under Ukrainian occupation. Kherson, like the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes when UUSR built the Aswan dam, will forever be underwater. As to Ulegedar on the Zaporozhye line, you have the same problem. It sits on the high ground, NATO/Ukraine has transferred about 40,000 troops from the Kherson front to Ulegedar and all along the Donbas front. From a military/strategic perspective, the best strategy is to try to invade Russia from Ulegedar and capture Mariupol, splitting Russian forces in half. This not only is the most practical and strategic move, it's also the most dangerous and idiotic. It would guarantee Poland, Ramstein, Brussels, London, Washington, and probably New York getting nuked if it even came close to any success. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:36, November 21, 2022 (EST)

In case anyone here cares, Bakhmut is easy to explain. Wagner has a contract with the Russian gov. that stipulates a price per formation (men + materiel, etc.) delivered into action. PMCs obviously exist to make money, so there'll always be a healthy margin attached and, if tactical / strategic results are factored in at all, it'll be in the form of bonus payments, rather than any scaling / clawback on the (profitable) basic rate.

Bakhmut update: Prigozhin has pretty well spelled out to the Ukraine public what the objective in Bakhmut is: another Verdun. So, let's say the troops recruited from prison cannot sustain a kill ratio of 7:1 that the Russians have enjoyed since February, and that falls to 5:1. The Ukrainian public already knows they cannot win a war of attrition against Russia, but Russia's throwing its human garbage from prison into the fight, and Ukraine now will be losing its upstanding citizens, fathers and grandfathers (cause the flower of the nation has already been lost) into the fight. Is it worth losing 5 dads for every one Russian prison con, murderer, or drug addict? You decide. Zelensky doesn't care, and it's all being done on your dime. But the Russians are willing to go all winter at it, while the US and NATO are out of weapons and ammunition (even before the big fight at Taiwan starts). So, we can keep printing dollar bills for Zelensky to kickback into Democrat campaign coffers, to sign MIC contracts for delivery in 2 or 3 years, and continue to destroy the US, European, and your own personal economic situation. Or you can repent, come to Jesus, and say "I will not support Nazism any longer." It's a decision each one of us must make. The outcome is dependent on you. The truth is, Germany and Russia are natural allies, like the US is with Canada or Mexico.

The Ukrainian Einsatzgruppen just executed 39 more citizens. [42] The Russian Investigative Committees collecting evidence on the Nazi war criminals. [43] RobSGive Peace a chance 12:56, November 21, 2022 (EST)

Primary sources ftw. ConwayIII (talk) 18:45, November 21, 2022 (EST)
I stand corrected on the question of the Vilnius ghetto. The point Eichmann was making was that the local Hiwis had already done their housecalls to villages. The whole purpose of the conference was to announce a change in policy: the Einsatzgruppen didn't need to make home visits anymore. People would be herded into ghettos for transport elsewhere. Here's what GOP politicians and leadership don't understand: reporters and news organizations have daily deadlines, so you have to throw them a bone everyday to keep them employed. Dems understand this and make friends by playing along. Republicans are so afraid of negative publicity and being caught in a trap, they run away.
When Boehner, Ryan and Hastert were Speakers, they rarely spoke to the press, only when some pressing emergency arose or a weekly scheduled conference where the spoke about nothing of interest.
