Special Forces SAFARI (CAФAPI) assigned to hunt down and kill human beings.^[1]

Security Service of Ukraine or SBU (Служба безпеки України or СБУ), colloquially referred to as Ukrop Deathsquads, is the Ukrainian Gestapo^[2] and a proxy force of the United States which shares real time intelligence of live targets with SBU agents and operatives in the field. It is the successor organization of the Ukrainian Soviet KGB. The SBU has been described as "bloodthirsty maniacs" who "do not care who is in front of them - a man or a woman, a teenager or an elderly person ... Pity and mercy ... you are unlikely to find." They "derive satisfaction from torture, violence and murder."^[3] In addition to internal policing, border control, and counterintelligence, the SBU operates its own paramilitary special forces. As of 2022, SBU had 30.000 special forces under the Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine.

SBU central headquarters are located at 33 Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv,^[4] in a building originally used as the Bolshevik headquarters of Ukraine, later the Gestapo during the Nazi occupation, then the NKVD of the USSR, and as of 2022 serves as the torture chambers for Russian POWs and Ukrainians accused of having ties to Russia. Following the 2014 Maidan coup, the security service was headed by Valentin Nalyvaichenko, who was recruited by the CIA when he was the Consul General of Ukraine in the United States. The CIA reportedly has an entire floor in the SBU headquarters.^[5]

SBU agents oversee members of the Territorial Defense – ultra-nationalist civilians and criminal elements who the Zelensky regime handed weapons to in the first days of Russia’s Special Military Operation (SMO) in 2022. SBU and the Territorial Defense are known to have beaten, tortured and kill prisoners.

Gestapo raid on the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monastery, the preeminent center of Christianity since 1051 A.D. Other raids were carried out on the Cyril and Methodius Convent in Transcarpathia, and in Rovno, Vinnitsa, and Zhitomir oblasts looking for "Russian spys" and propaganda.^[6]

There is a huge amount of documentary evidence and eyewitness statements about the operation of secret prisons on the territory of Ukraine,^[7] where the SBU illegally detains hundreds of people. The existence of prisons was confirmed by a report by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, published in June 2016. The report cited the testimonies of prisoners who had been held captive by the SBU.

In late 2018, the SBU carried out raids across the country targeting the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and priests.^[8][9][10] In November 2022, according to Yahoo News, the SBU raided several Russian Orthodox churches and "found 'suspicious' Russian citizens, money, and brainwashing literature."^[11]

Vassily Prozorov, a former SBU officer who defected to Russia following the Maidan coup, detailed the post-Maidan security services’ systemic reliance on torture to crush political opposition and intimidate citizens accused of Russian sympathies.^[12]

According to Prozorov, the SBU have been directly advised by the CIA since 2014. “CIA employees have been present in Kiev since 2014. They are residing in clandestine apartments and suburban houses,” he said. “However, they frequently come to the SBU’s central office for holding, for example, specific meetings or plotting secret operations.”

Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, the first head of the SBU after the Euromaidan regime change operation of 2013-14, nurtured close ties to Washington, D.C. when he served as general consul to the Ukrainian embassy to the US during the George W. Bush administration. During that time, Nalyvaichenko was recruited by the CIA, according to his predecessor at the SBU, Alexander Yakimenko, who served under President Viktor Yanukovych.^[13]

In 2021, Zelensky appointed one of Ukraine's most notorious intelligence figures, Oleksander Poklad, to lead SBU's counterintelligence division. Poklad is nicknamed "The Strangler," a reference to his reputation for using torture and assorted dirty tricks to set-up his bosses' political rivals on treason charges.^[14]

In response to a Russian proposal to set up humanitarian corridors for civilians to escape the fighting in cities, Ukrainian security services murdered Denys Kiryeyev, a Ukrainian peace negotiator.^[16]

Ukraine Special Forces SAFARI was sent into Bucha after the Russian withdrawal to hunt down so-called "collaborators", for example, people who accepted Russian humanitarian relief.^[17]

Joe Lauria of Consortium News reported that on March 30, 2022, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, all Russian forces left Bucha. This was confirmed on March 31 Bucha mayor Anatolii Fedoruk in a video on the Bucha City Council official Facebook page. The translated post accompanying the video says:

There was no mention of a massacre of hundreds of civilians littering the streets. Evidence of crimes appeared only on the fourth day after the Security Service of Ukraine and representatives of Ukrainian media arrived in the town.^[19]

The New York Times was in Bucha on April 2, 2022, and did not report a massacre. Instead, the Times confirmed the Russian withdrawal was completed two days after the mayor of Bucha said it was, and that the Russians left “behind them dead soldiers and burned vehicles, according to witnesses, Ukrainian officials, satellite images and military analysts.” The Times said reporters found the bodies of six civilians. “It was unclear under what circumstances they had died, but the discarded packaging of a Russian military ration was lying beside one man who had been shot in the head,” the paper said. In Bucha, the Times was close to the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion, whose soldiers appear in the newspaper's photographs. The Times suggests that Azov Nazis may be responsible for the killings:

According to War On Fakes, "the first unit of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter Bucha was the special forces of the National Guard of Ukraine. The official Telegram channel of the National Guard posted a video, filmed by the fighters of this detachment themselves. We can see on this video that the Ukrainian military calmly pass through the streets of the city—and no ‘mountains of corpses’ are visible on these streets.” War On Fakes then asks, “So where did the corpses on the streets of Bucha come from. And who are these people? The answer may lie in the video of the territorial defense of Ukraine, which clearly states the question ‘Can I shoot at them if there are no blue armbands?’^[22] To which a positive response follows. The video was originally posted by the leader of the territorial defense Sergey ‘Botsman’ Korotkikh.”^[23] Sergey ‘Botsman’ Korotkikh later makes startling postings about the disappearance of Chilean/American journalist Gonzalo Lira from Kharkiv^[24]

On April 3, 2022, when the story broke, Russia immediately requested a meeting if the UN Security Council for the following Monday, April. The United Kingdom, another permanent member of the Security Council, vetoed holding a Security Council meeting in the matter.^[25] Russian UN Ambassador said in a statement:

The Pentagon refused to confirm the Ukrainian government's claim that Russians were responsible for the massacre.^[27][28][29]

Former leader of the Socialist Party of Ukraine, Ilya Kiva said that the story in Bucha was planned and prepared in advance by the counterintelligence of Ukraine, with the assistance of the British MI6. Kiva said,

The Ukrainian government took credit for the terrorist attack and destruction of civilian infrastructure on the Kerch Strait bridge.^[31]

All the corpses wore white arm bands which were distributed by the Russian military to identify civilian non-combatants, who then became the victims of Ukrainian security forces as collaborators in reprisal actions. Some alleged corpses sat up after television cameras filmed them.^[32][33] Ukrainian television showed footage of Ukrainian security forces dragging corpses into place for the TV cameras.

On June 14, 2022 Russian Ministry of Defense (MOD) spokesman Lt. Gen. Igor Konashenkov reported 32 Ukrainian servicemen of the 25th battalion of the 54th mechanized brigade in the area of ​​​​Novomikhailovka turned on the radio to the Russian command, asked for a cease fire and to provide a corridor for their surrender. As the ADU units with white flags began to advance towards the Russian positions, "a detachment of Ukrainian nationalists, who arrived at the stronghold on armored vehicles, opened crossfire at the servicemen of the 54th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the back. As a result of this shooting, 32 Ukrainian servicemen were fatally wounded and killed.” Konashenkov noted such incidents have become more frequent.^[34]

In August 2022 Zelensky aid Mykhailo Podolyak told the Guardian there could be more attacks in the “next two or three months” similar to strikes on a railway junction and an airbase in Crimea, as well as a hit on Russian warplanes at Crimea's Saky aerodrome. Podolyak told the Guardian that the Kerch Strait bridge linking Crimea with the Russian mainland was a target. “It’s an illegal construction and the main gateway to supply the Russian army in Crimea. Such objects should be destroyed,” he said.^[35]

Podolyak took credit for the terrorist attack and destruction of civilian infrastructure: "Crimea, the bridge, the beginning. Everything illegal must be destroyed, everything stolen must be returned to Ukraine, everything occupied by Russia must be expelled."^[36] The Washington Post reported that the Security Service of Ukrainian (SBU) were behind the terrorist attack.^[37] The attack was an act of state-sponsored terrorism by the government of Ukraine with U.S. taxpayer money.

In a state of martial law, Ukrainian civilians have been taped or tied to trees and street poles, abused and humiliated by the Territorial Defense under the Ministry of Interior and Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The victims usually are Russians, Russian-speakers, Gypsies, or petty offenders. Elderly women and children have been subjected to this abuse.^{[38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45][46][47][48][49]}

The Ukrainian Nazi Territorial Defense, under the Ministry of the Interior and SBU, use of public humiliation for Russian speakers, Gypsies, and other undesirables.

Countless videos have appeared on social media showing civilians tied to lamp posts and trees, often with their genitals exposed or their faces painted green. Carried out by Territorial Defense volunteers tasked with enforcing martial law, these acts of humiliation and torture^[50] have targeted everyone from Russian-speakers, accused Russian sympathizers, ^[51] elderly women,^[52] children^[53] and Gypsies. Even alleged thieves are publicly humiliated, being that Ukraine is a poor country and cannot afford to lock up all petty offenders.

More egregious forms of torture and killing are systematically carried out by the Ukrainian gestapo and neo-Nazi groups under their control.

In Lugansk, a former sausage factory converted into a torture facility in 2014 was liberated in May 2022.^[54]

Some units of the Territorial Defense and other groups are known to have worn green arm bands while carrying out terrorist attacks against civilians and political enemies. It is thought that the green arm bands are a signal to local Ukrainian authorities not open criminal investigations into their activities.

On September 17, 2022 Ukrainska Pravda reported that the Rosguardia had arrest 52 people in the Kherson and Zaporezhye republics for their connections with SBU.^[55]

On March 25, 2019 Vasily Prozorov, a former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) held a press conference. He reported that from April 2014 he rendered assistance to the special services of Russia. “From April 2014 I absolutely voluntarily, for ideological reasons, assisted the special services of the Russian Federation in obtaining information about the activities of Ukrainian law enforcement, in particular in the area of the ATO (Kiev’s military operation in the Donbass),” he stressed. According to Prozorov, he decided to do this after the events on “Maidan”.^[56]

Prozorov informed Russia about the whereabouts of RussianLife News journalists detained in May 2014 by Ukrainian military personnel. He described that back then he worked in the team of the Security Service of Ukraine in one of the villages near Slavyansk, where these journalists were detained. He immediately reported where they were, “because there were many who wanted to introduce your colleagues as military personnel and start their interrogations.”

In the area of conducting military operations in Donbass there are secret SBU prisons. One of them is located at the airport of Mariupol. The location is called “the library (библиотека),^[57] and its prisoners are called books”. According to Prozorov, it was possible to end up in such a prison for anything, including on suspicion of working for the Russian Federation, DPR, and LPR.

The leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics became victims of special operations, and not internal conflicts. “I am not omniscient, but concerning Motorola and Givi I am 100% sure that it was an operation of the special fifth department of the SBU and the special operations forces (SOF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” he specified. According to Prozorov, employees of the Special Operations Forces are constantly trained under the guidance of instructors from the UK and other countries. Their specialties are acts of terrorism and the deployment of a partisan insurrection movement.

Fascist and Nazi views are widespread in Ukrainian law enforcement structures. Prozorov noted that this concerns not only voluntary battalions, where this phenomenon is rampant, but also about linear units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and National Guard.

The “Azov” formation is a non-controlled paramilitary formation that is subordinated only to its leader and the Interior Minister Arsen Avakov. Prozorov recalled that in May 2017 another truce was concluded between the parties to the conflict. However, on May 9-10 the Azov artillery shelled the DPR and Mariupol. The former SBU officer noted that this is how the battalion carried out the orders of their superior, without informing the leadership of the ATO and the National Guard.

Dan Cohen, the Washington DC correspondent for Behind The Headlines reported on the testimony of a former prisoner of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) under the pseudonym “Igor,” as follows:^[58]

On March 24, 2022, Mayor Hennadiy Matsegora of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region, who was accused by the Kyiv regime of treason for allowing Russian troops to enter the city, recorded a video message to Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky about the abduction and hostage taking of his daughter by SBU gestapo officers and asked for her release.^[60]

On April 15, 2022, the Zelensky regime gestapo abducted YouTube reporter Gonzalo Lira.^[61] Tweets from the account of the notorious Ukrainian Nazi Sergei “Botsman” Korotkikh, who is deeply implicated in the Bucha massacre, say Gonzalo Lira had been kidnapped, tortured and possibly beheaded.^[62]

Journalist and political scientist Darya Dugina was assassinated in Moscow on August 20, 2022.^[63] Dugina is the daughter of the Russian political scientist and philosopher Alexander Dugin.

Darya's killer was identified as Natalia Pavlovna Vovk, a Ukrainian citizen and member of the Azov Regiment.^[64][65] The Investigtive Committee of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service (or counterintelligence service) established the SBU as responsible for the killing.^[66]

On August 21, 2022, the day after the killing, Ukrainian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Petro Vrublevskyi explained to an interviewer "We are trying to kill as many of them [Russians] as possible. The more Russians we kill now, the fewer our children will have to kill," according to Yahoo News.^[67]

Dugina visited Azovstal after the siege ended in May 2022 and reported on social media on the Nazi paraphernalia and books discovered in the Azov Nazis' bunker and living quarters. She was placed on Western sanctions lists shortly thereafter. Dugina issued a public statement in response:

After posting a list of prominent people disappeared or murdered by the Zelensky regime,^[69] Gonzalo Lira himself was disappeared from Kharkov.^[70]

Pope Francis remarked that Darya Dugina was “innocent,” the Vatican ambassador was summoned to the Kyiv foreign ministry to receive the regime's protest.^[71] On October 6, 2022 the New York Times reported that U.S. intelligence believes the Zelensky regime carried out the murderous terrorist attack in the Russian capital with aid provided by U.S. taxpayers.^[72]

Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the chief of staff of Vladimir Zelensky, confirmed on September 16, 2022, that the attack on Kherson and the murder of a family in Berdyansk were carried out by order of the Kyiv authorities - they do not see anything bad in the attacks. The Director of Housing and Communal Services and his wife in Berdyansk were carried out by order of the Kyiv authorities, who do not see anything wrong with terrorist attacks. In their understanding, the ongoing actions are not even a crime. “Everything that happens in Berdyansk, in Melitopol, in Kherson is all absolutely legal military purposes. There are no, of course, terrorist attacks, no, relatively speaking, any criminal violations, ” Podolyak said.^[73][74]

On April 3, 2023 the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SLEDCOM) announced: “On suspicion of involvement in the explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, employees of the Russian Investigative Committee, together with operational services, detained 26-year-old Daria Trepova - a native of St. Petersburg”—an announcement followed by the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAK) revealing: “The blast in St. Petersburg that killed military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky was orchestrated by Ukraine...Tatarsky, whose real name was Maksim Fomin, was hosting a live event with his followers in a café in the city’s historical center on Sunday when a bomb went off, killing him and wounding more than 30 others...Kiev used individuals who collaborated with Alexey Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation [FBK] to carry out the attack...Darya Trepova, who was detained on Monday, is an active supporter of the FBK”. Tatarsky had over 500,000 followers.

Biden regime foreign secretary Antony Blinken called Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov demanding Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, who was arrested in Russia a week earlier on espionage charges, be “immediately released”—a demand Foreign Minister Lavrov responded with the statement: “The reporter’s fate will be decided by the court”—then about 24 hours later, war reporter Tatarsky was assassinated.

The day prior to Tatarsky’s assassination the Zelensky regime put into force a crushing new law that allows banning of critical media outlets without a court ruling.^[75]

The Washington Post reported on March 28, 2022, that the Ukrainian military has “a responsibility under international law to remove their forces and equipment from civilian-populated areas, and if that is not possible, to move civilians out of those areas. If they don’t do that, that is a violation of the laws of war because what they are doing is they are putting civilians at risk. All that military equipment are legitimate targets. Andriy Kovalyov, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense's Territorial Defense, whose forces and equipment are positioned in Kyiv, scoffed at that reasoning. Alexei Arestovich, senior adviser to Volodymyr Zelensky, told the Post that "international humanitarian laws or the laws of war don’t apply in this conflict." In response to written questions from The Post, Arestovich said the country's military doctrine, approved by parliament, provides for the principle of “total defense.”^[91] Nonetheless, with full knowledge the government of Ukraine was committing war crimes and endangering the lives of civilians, the US and NATO continued to supply Ukraine with weapons.

Tass reported that on May 5, 2022, Russian UN Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya presented to the Security Council video interviews of Ukrainian civilians who had managed to escape from the zone of hostilities.^[93] Nebenzya stressed that the Ukrainian authorities and their Western sponsors were doing their utmost to prevent this sad truth from coming under the spotlight, and asked his foreign counterparts to pay due attention to the fact that the Ukrainian army repeatedly deployed heavy weapons to residential areas and used civilians as a human shield, which was a violation of international humanitarian law. Nebenzya stated, “We have enough reasons to believe that all these principles are systematically violated by the Ukrainian army and paramilitaries…There are many eye-witness accounts of how the Ukrainian army uses civilians as hostages and a human shield”.

On May 16, 2022, at 1:35 p.m. local time, the special services of Ukraine blew up a land mine reinforced with an overlay of up to 1 ton of ammonium nitrate in the area of Mazanovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported. As a result of the explosion, a poisonous cloud of about 1 kilometer headed towards the town of Kramatorsk which is under the control of Kyiv's forces. The doctrine of “total defense” proclaimed by Kyiv officials as noted by The Washington Post on March 28, 2022, supposes that any sacrifice, including the lives, health and safety of a large number of civilians, is nothing if the AFU actions may harm Russian soldiers, even if just potentially.^[94]

During the start of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine in 2022, Chilean/American independent journalist and film maker Gonzalo Lira was in the Kyiv from where he expressed his assessment of what was happening on his YouTube channel. In particular, he said that, "although Ukraine may win the propaganda war, Russia wins the real war by capturing territory. Already 15% of Ukraine's territory is under the control of the Russian army." This video was shown on a Russian television program of the Piervy Kanal channel without his authorization, which drew attention to him in nationalist circles in Kiev. A reward for his life was announced and death threats began to be received. Gonzalo Lira sought to return to Kharkiv with his family, which he achieved after being expelled from the Royal Grand hotel. He was critical of the government of Volodoymr Zelensky and the oligarch Íhor Kolomoiski.^[95][96][97]

After posting on March 26 a list of prominent people disappeared or murdered by the Zelensky regime,^[98] Gonzalo Lira himself was disappeared from Kharkov.^[99]

Lira stated in a YouTube Live broadcast on March 26, 2022.

On April 17, 2022, George Galloway, former parliamentarian of the Great Britain Labor Party, announced on his television program MOATS that an interview with Gonzalo Lira scheduled for that audition could not be carried out due to his alleged disappearance in Ukraine. Friends and relatives of Lira confirmed that they had lost contact with him since April 15, a disappearance confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile. Lira last wrote time on his Twitter account on April 15.

On April 22, 2022, Gonzalo appeared on a live on The Duran, confirming he is alive, doesn't have access to his social media and he was arrested by the Security Service of Ukraine. Lira was re-arrested in May 2023.^[103] Lira was released on condition that he did not talk about his case.

In May 2023 the Ukrainian gestapo again arrested and incarcerated Lira. Calls to the US State Department and Antony Blinken to intercede for his release were again ignored. In July Lira was released on bail after the corrupt Ukrainian authorities raided his bank account. In a brief video uploaded to YouTube Lira reported that the Zelensky regime was intent upon killing him if he remained in Ukrainian custody. He was rearrested while attempting to make his way to Hungary to ask for political asylum. Lira's father reported in that Lira did not attend a December 2023 court hearing because of a serious case of pneumonia contracted while in Ukrainian custody.

The Kyiv government paraded captured Russian prisoners of war before television cameras and posted videos on social media. Some prisoners had injuries, were being interrogated, or were crying before the cameras.^[104] Amnesty International issued a statement reminding the fascist regime that Article 13 of the Geneva Convention states: “Prisoners of war must at all times be protected, particularly against acts of violence or intimidation and against insults and public curiosity”. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, this includes circulating images on social media.^[105]

Former Commissioner for Ethno-National Policy in the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers instructed doctors to castrate Russian POWs "because they are cockroaches, not human."^[106]

Gennadiy Druzenko, a Fulbright-Kennan Institute Research Scholar at the Kennan Institute and fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington, D.C.,^[107] head of the Center for Constitutional Design,^[108] a former researcher at the Center for Constitutional Democracy at Indiana University, and served as the Government Commissioner for Ethno-National Policy in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine^[109] who now operates a war-zone mobile hospital in eastern Ukraine told a Ukrainian Channel 24 TV interviewer that he had instructed his doctors to castrate captured Russian POWs. Druzenko said:

Since 2014 when the Kyiv regime initiated the Donbas war against Russian civilians, some 500 doctors have worked with Druzenko's mobile hospital. In March 2022 a pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel called White Lives Matter released a video of a Ukrainian soldier calling the fiancée of a Russian POW, taunting her with promises to castrate the captive. ^[111]

Ukrainian soldiers' used of the cellphones of dead Russian soldiers to mock and hector their relatives. In fact, the Ukrainian government has begun using facial recognition technology from Clearview AI, a US tech company, to identify Russian casualties and taunt their relatives on social media.^[112] The facial recognition service is provided by Clearview to the Kyiv regime free of charge.^[113]

Tortured and executed Russian POW.

On March 27, 2022, very disturbing videos emerged of mistreatment of Russian POWs by Armed Forces of Ukraine. One video shows Russian soldiers with canvas bags over their heads and then beaten in the face with rifle butts. The prisoners are shot in the kneecaps and genitals, and they are left on the ground to bleed to death. Several vans then arrive at the Ukraine military compound in Kharkiv, and as each POW is removed from the van they are shot in the knees. A second video shows Russian POW's lying face down in a paved courtyard, or compound, and then being shot in the knees from the rear.^[114] On May 1, 2022, Sergey Velichko (call sign "Chili") was captured by Russian forces and confessed to the war crime.^[115]

The notorious Kraken unit of the Azov nationalist regiment are particularly well known for openly conducting safaris for civilians with a pro-Russian position in the Kharkiv region.

Reporters stood idly by while POWs were paraded and beaten in public which went unreported in Western media.^[116]

On May 10, 2022, a former French Army soldier who spent several weeks in Ukraine delivering medical equipment and supplies told Sud Radio that Ukrainian Nazis "wanted to skin blacks and Jews":^[117]

On May 6, 2022, Lucas Leiroz, researcher in Social Sciences at the Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a geopolitical consultant, wrote about the evidence of similarities between known CIA torture techniques and torture techniques documented to have been used by neo-Nazis in Ukrainine.^[119]

Russian POWs who were exchanged in June 2022 attested to torture, beatings, electro shock, and stabbings while in Ukrainian custody.^[120]

In November 2022 the New York Times verified the authenticity of a Ukrainian troops executing of Russian POWs.^[121] One video was filmed by an unnamed Ukrainian soldier on his cell phone, while other footage comes from drone videos that were most likely filmed by Ukrainian forces surveilling the offensive. The Times compared the videos to satellite imagery, confirming that they had been filmed at a farmhouse in the village.

One of the videos first circulated on pro-Ukrainian social media channels. In the video, Russian soldiers can be seen clearly in the process of surrendering to Ukrainian forces when one Russian soldier appears from the background and opens fire. The Ukrainian forces seem to return fire.

The video cuts and the same Russian soldiers are shown lying dead on the ground, most of them positioned as they were when they surrendered, apparently executed at point blank range in the back of the head. The Russian soldier who had opened fire appears to also have been killed on the spot and is lying in the position from where he opened fire.

American nazi war criminal Chris Naganuma wanted in connection with the execution and murder of 10 Russian prisoners of war.^[122]

Commenting on the videos, Dr. Rohini Haar, medical adviser at Physicians for Human Rights, told the New York Times, “It looks like most of them were shot in the head. There are pools of blood. That indicates that they were just left there dead. There appears to have been no effort to pick them up or help them.” Dr. Haar added that because the Russian soldiers had been lying down, apparently unarmed, with their arms outstretched or behind their heads, “They’re considered hors de combat, or noncombatants—effectively prisoners of war.”

Russia has denounced the killings as “deliberate and methodological murder.”

As the Times article admits, the Ukrainian soldiers could be prosecuted for the extrajudicial killing of Russian POWs under the laws of international armed conflict, including the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute, the international treaty that established the International Criminal Court. According to the Geneva Conventions, POWs “must at all times be humanely treated. Any unlawful act or omission by the Detaining Power causing death or seriously endangering the health of a prisoner of war in its custody is prohibited, and will be regarded as a serious breach of the present Convention. ... Measures of reprisal against prisoners of war are prohibited.”

Similarly, the Rome Statute says that “Killing or wounding a combatant, who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defense, has surrendered at discretion” constitutes a violation of international armed conflict.

One person complicit in the murder is an American, Chris Naganuma. It has been confirmed that Mr. Naganuma was in attendance during the executions. According to Sputnik, Ukrainian troops who massacred Russian POWs were trained by the United States.^[123] Also complicit were Ukrainian border guards Arthur Brynuchuk and Myskloviski Nazar. The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal investigation. Wanted for war crimes, Naganuma was last reported fleeing back to the United States.^[124]

The Myrotovets ("Peacemaker") website, a kill list authorizing on the spot execution of journalists and anyone deemed a "Russian sympathizer", shows Langley, Virginia home of the CIA as its headquarters.^[125]

Myrotvorets ("Peacemaker") is an online searchable database of what its owner declares are “enemies of Ukraine,” containing personal doxxing information and addresses. The website's mainpage lists Langley, Virginia, home of the CIA, and Warsaw, Poland as its official home. Journalists who depart from the CIA and Kyiv party line are added to the list.^[126] Anyone captured in Ukraine whose name appears in the websites online searchable database can be executed on the spot.^[127] The “Peacemaker" kill list has nearly 200,000 names, including 300 children^[128] and Americans, threatening them with extrajudicial killings. There are at least 4,000 journalists and reporters on the list.

The blacklist is affiliated with the Ukrainian government and SBU and was founded by Anton Herashchenko, as of 2022 an advisor to the Zelensky regime's Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs.^[129] Reports indicate the servers hosting Myrotvorets are located in Brussels, Belgium and owned by NATO.^[130] Multiple people have been killed soon after their names were added to the list.^[131] Hunting down opposition supporters in allegedly "democratic" Ukraine, as leaders in NATO countries refer to it, in order to beat, humiliate, and even kill opponents is what Ukrainian radicals call “political safari.” American filmmaker Oliver Stone and Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters appear on the list.

As of April 2022, eleven mayors from various towns in Ukraine were disappeared. Western media outlets followed the Kyiv regime line without exception. The SBU has even hunted opposition figures outside the country’s borders. As of September 2022 there were 327 children in the kill list.

Since the American-backed Maidan regime came to power in 2014, the following prominent Ukrainian personalities have been targeted and victimized by the SBU.

InformNapalm and Censor.net are a media outlets that are controlled by the Ministry of Defense and Main Intelligence Department. The SBU created and control the Telegram channel “Stalingulag”.

On May 19, 2022, trials of Ukrainian Nazis and war criminals were underway at Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don in the Russian Federation.^[132][133] Denis Nuryga, an Aidar Battalion militant, was the first to appear before the court. He was accused of blowing up a bridge in the Lugansk region in 2019, as a result of which sentries of the People's Militia of the LPR were killed.^[134] Nuryga, a junior sergeant captured in April 2022, said under interrogation that the Ukrainian army disguises itself as doctors and uses ambulances for movement. Inside the ambulance Ukrainians install mortars.

Authorities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and their counterparts in Russia have been investigating and recording the crimes by the Ukrainian military and neo-Nazi militias going back to early 2014, when the Kyiv junta first initiated its policy of ethnic cleansing in the Donbas. A number of representatives of other countries have agreed to participate in the tribunal as representatives. One of the first stages of the tribunal will be held in Mariupol. DPR head Denis Pushilin announced on May 24, 2022:

On July 9, 2022, the first two members of the Ukrainian Azov National regiment were sentenced to death in the Donetsk People's Republic.^[137] Konstantin Nikitenko, codename "Fox", drove an armored personnel carrier and shot at people on the streets in Mariupol. He murdered civilians for fun as he considered them pro-Russians and shared videos online. The second Nazi is Nikolay with codename "Frost". He is the author of the “Танцуй-Убивай” (Dance-Kill) channel. He shot Russian prisoners, mocked their bodies and shared videos online.
