Criminal charges for Ray Epps?

Ray Epps's participation in the January 6 demonstrations was both more prominent and better documented than that of anyone else. Hundreds of other participants were charged and convicted, but not Epps. Is the DOJ charging him now to help him with his lawsuit against Fox?
"The theories surrounding that have led Epps to file a lawsuit against Fox News, claiming that he was defamed by Tucker Carlson. In a shocking turn of events, though, the lawsuit claims, as part of its case, that the DOJ has notified Epps that they will be seeking criminal charges against him," according to Red State.
The lawsuit would give Fox's legal team the opportunity do discovery and see if they can find out who Epps really works for. Somehow, I doubt they will take advantage of it. Fox agreed to pay Dominion a preposterous amount of money in damages not long ago, so it seems that their legal strategy is to roll over in the face of lawsuits supported by the establishment left. The media is filled with wall-to-wall denunciations of RFK's supposed anti-Semitism. He claimed that the covid virus was “ethnically targeted” to spare Chinese and Jews. This is most likely a misunderstanding of a scientific study that he read, or so says Ben Shapiro. The man has spent his whole life providing no indication that he is in any way anti-Semitic. Now he is best-known for this incident. Its a dirty media attack modeled on the post-Charlottesville attacks on Trump's supposed pro-Nazi stance. We all say dumb things from time to time, don't we? Burisma boss Zlochevsky noted that Hunter was dumber than his dog. Hunter is the smartest guy Joe knows, remember? Zlochevsky's dog for president! We already have Joe's videotaped confession to the Viktor Shokin firing. I would thought that was a game-stopper, but somehow the fortunes of the Biden family march on. I am going to step out on a limb and give a 45% chance that the CHS (Confidential Human Source) is J Cofer Black. Not saying it is or it isn't, just assigning a probability. What is known of the CHS? The character Alexandr Ostapenko is hard to trace, given it is a fairly common name in the Ruski Mir (there's even a cabinet minister in the Crimean government with the same name, but this Ostapenko is said to be working for the Zelensky regime. Note on manpower needs: Ukraine entered the 2022 conflict with the largest standing military and reserves in Europe. Its army was larger than France, Germany, and the United Kingdom combined. They are all dead now. Ukraine is rebuilding its army for the fourth time in this conflict now, with the average age being 37, with no prior military training or experience. And it doesn't have the combat-experienced officers either to rebuild with.

Polish update: Being that Planet Earth knows the Wagner group is a rogue outfit outside Moscow's control, if the Wagner group were to invade Poland, NATO cannot legally justify invoking Article 5 against Russia. Wagner will easily take the NATO base at Rzeszow in Poland.

Biden would have to invoke the Bush Doctrine against Belarus, by the precedent of holding the Taliban responsible for harboring Al Qaeda. Of course an attack against Belarus is an attack against all 85 constituent republics of the Russian Federation.

It's a game of chicken; let a NATO member state kill a single Wagner fighter or Belarussian soldier on Belarussian territory from a NATO member states' territory, and see what happens. AI in drone warfare

For the first time in warfare, in Bradley Square, we are seeing drones equipped with artificial intelligence seeking out and choosing for themselves which targets to destroy. Background: Russia entered the war with basically only one drone design, the Orlan, which looks like a hobby model available at any hobby shop. Each artillery unit had an Orlan for spotting and correcting (which the US and NATO does not have) and proved very effective. Russia acquired the Lancet (or Geranium) design from Iranian Shaid drone. It has proven extremely cost-effective. Russia is now building 1 million Lancets.

IMO, one motive behind NATO's provoking Russia to war is to discover more about its electronic warfare and other advanced technologies. It needs this, if the US really is intent on provoking the Taiwan crisis. The US needs to know how to defeat the S-400 and S-500, seeing that Russia would share that technology with China if the Taiwan provocation plays out. IOWs, while the US is said to have "air superiority", Russia is generally recognized as having the most advanced and superior missile defense systems on the planet (a jet aircraft is also a "missile"). Before spending more money on more advanced US aircraft, the US wants to force Russia's hand to lay some of its cards on the table about its missile defense systems, rather than US designers having to rely on guess work. Dems step up prosecution of Trump

Back in March, the idea of prosecuting a former president was considered a huge norm-buster, a violation of over two centuries of tradition. Using the legal system to take out political opposition was downright undemocratic. Now there are so many cases pending against Donald Trump that we need a "definitive guide" to keep track of them. The classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, the Stormy Daniels payoff, the phone call to the Georgia secretary of state, and Trump's role in the January 6th demonstration are all going to court, according to "target letters" issued by the relevant prosecutors.

If the Democrats are confident that Joe Biden can defeat Trump, why do they want him out of the race so badly? My theory is that Biden knows that he's not getting a second term, either for undisclosed health reasons or because of the Hunter Biden bribery scandal. He wants credit for removing Trump from U.S. politics to "finish the job," as he phrases it. Prosecuting Trump is the closest thing Biden has to a popular policy. For this reason, I'm not as engaged in the current Trump prosecutions and Hunter Biden problems as previously, cause we have respected, credible sources to use.

My focus is to connect the dots between Trump-Russia as the motivating factor and prelude to the Ukraine war - something all the same qualified sources say, but is a conspiracy so vast that when its true dimensions are known will forever be deserving of the maledictions of all honest men. Digression: Like Trump, the Kushner family built a real estate empire in New York and New Jersey. Christie & Rudy Guiliani both were US Attorneys who advised Trump in his 2016 campaign. As a US Attorney, Christie prosecuted Kushner's father and put him in prison, which was the beginning of his political career that got him elected NJ governor. Jarad had to take over the Kushner family empire at the age of 27 when the old man was put in prison. When Trump was elected in 2016, Trump appointed Kushner to head the Trump Transition team. Kushner's first action was to push Christie out, who unlike Guiliani, then had no influence throughout Trump's first term (except perhaps maybe endorsing the recommendation of Chris Wray as FBI director). So there may now be some lingering bad blood on Christie's part, only this time directed at Trump himself, and not just Kushner toward Christie. So I wouldn't take anything Christie says or does serious; none of his criticisms are to defend the party or the country, given Trump's successful record in his first term. It's just childish and stupid on Christie's part. He doesn't have the strength to get re-elected governor of NJ. John Durham was a DOJ employee when he was appointed a Special Counsel yet the CP article on him does not contain any griping about how the Trump administration flouted the law.
