Talk:Obama war crimes

I honestly don't believe that "Benghazigate" is a widely used-term. It would probably be better if the page were moved to "Benghazi Scandal timeline". Ninety percent of Americans cannot spell Benghazi correctly, so hoping that they can manage Benghazigate is expecting too much. Use of the -gate suffix has some limits. Not every controversy or misconduct is comparable to Watergate. Do you have many sources using "Benghazigate?" JDano (talk) 23:12, 8 May 2017 (EDT)

Benghazi scandal IMO relates to the Benghazi massacre, which in actuality covered up (a) illegal weapons sales, (b) illegal weapons transfers to the Islamic State, (c) misuse of intelligence agencies, domestic spying and harassment of reporters investigating the scandals, and (d) my conjecture that much of the CIA/Obama (basically Brennan, Obama, and a few others) harassment of Trump & assoc was to cover up their criminal (under both federal & international law) activities when Trump starting speaking openly that Obama & Hillary created ISIS (Jan. 2016). And Trump hired Flynn who was eyewitness to many abuses (Obama himself came out today again besmirching Flynn's reputation.
Trump-Russia, I'm beginning to believe, was invented to cover Obama, Brennan, and Hillary's tracks (others too) in what, for a better name, is Benghazigate that killed tens, if not hundreds of thousands, and led to the European migrant crisis.
In light of what's being uncovered, the deaths of four Americans shouldn't be confused with the larger abuses of power and fundamental damage these war criminals caused. RobSThe coup plotters won, for now 23:36, 8 May 2017 (EDT)
See, here's the fundamental problem: while Amb. Stevens has been made the hero, basically to derail Hillary's ambition, Stevens was up to eyes in the transfer of Stinger missiles to the Islamic State. That',s why he was there. That's why he was appointed 2 years earlier. So is John McCain tainted by the scandal, as well. Other Republicans, too.
The situation is like Iran-Contra. While no weapons were sold to Iran til 1985, no one asked the obvious question: What funded the Contras from 1981-1985? Mena Arkansas and the Clinton's got a free pass. In fact, the "Iran-Contra" investigation itself was the cover-up of fact the CIA was importing narcotics into the United States. Thank you for your response. However the question remains if the general public has adopted using the -gate suffix here? What is Arabic for "-gate"? JDano (talk) 09:57, 10 May 2017 (EDT)
Who knows, maybe the Comey firing, and if McMaster's removal come to pass, or Susan Rice being investigated, could push it back into the open. If any of that happens, we'll be armed and can do a page move to whatever name the press gives it.
Incidentally, this page is No.1 on Google, and the term does have some ongoing currency. That means there are readers and ongoing discussions aware that there are basically two different Benghazi scandals. Unfortunately this one will do damage to the dead man's reputation.
David Ignatius of the WaPo is a big player in this one. "When Ignatius speaks, the CIA's lips are moving" we learned in January 2017 in the Trump-Russia probe; here we see Ignatius covering up investigations of Stinger missiles in the hands of Boko Haram between Sept 2011 - May 2012. Drone warfare

Thousands of innocent men, women and many children were killed in violation of international law. I would like to see that expanded upon. In addition, war crime I don't know but Americans were targeted and killed by drones without do process. Definitely a violation of Constitutional rights.--Jpatt 12:13, 6 June 2017 (EDT)

Yes absolutely. But this page is coming up to where it needs splitting off again, and I don't wanna go with just another timeline. There is sufficient documentation now on the illegal regime changes in Libya & Ukraine; the illegal war of aggression in Libya; the attempted illegal regime change in Syria; and the illegal weapons supply to terrorists in Libya and Syria. I'm thinking of something resembling a draft indictment for Crimes Against Peace and Crimes Against Humanity, but as you say, the drone strikes on women, children, the elderly, and other non-combatant civilians needs as good a documentation as provided here. Odessa Trade Unions House massacre

It does not make any sense to list the Odessa Trade Unions House massacre as a war crime committed by the Obama administration. If you inform yourself on the course of the clashes you would know that the massacre was provoked by pro-Russian militants, who had shot dead two pro-Ukrainian activists. When the Russian provocateurs entered the Trade Unions House they started to shoot at the Ukrainians. Of course Ukrainian hardcore nationalist also contributed to this violence but they have no relations to the current Ukrainian government. In fact there were a lot of violent clashes between activists of the Right Sector or other nationalist groups with Ukrainian authorities. [1] --JoeyJ (talk) 03:58, 10 May 2018 (EDT)

Hmmm. I s'ppose that's according to official Obama/Soros-backed nazi regime and controlled media, huh? RobSDeep Six the Deep State! 10:15, 10 May 2018 (EDT)
Please read several chronicles on this event and you will find out that Igor Ivanov, a pro-Ukrainian activist, was the first victim of this massacre. Do you have any arguments to refute the facts I had mentioned? By the way, the "nazi regime" was democratically elected and is recognized by every state in the world, even by Yanukovych himself. Both minister presidents (Yatsenyuk and Hrojsman) are Jews and there is not a single right-wing party involved in the current government. The Svoboda party and the Right Sector both won less than five percent of the votes at the last parliamentary election.--JoeyJ (talk) 10:44, 10 May 2018 (EDT)
