John Roger Williams (born September 13, 1949) is an American businessman and politician from Republican party who has been the U.S. representative for Texas's 25th congressional district since 2013. Williams formerly served as Secretary of State of Texas from 2005 to 2007. Williams was one of 57 Republicans who voted against Ukraine aid.
