Robert Jones "Rob" Portman (born December 19, 1955) is a Pro-life Republican Party politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Ohio's second congressional district (1993-2005), United States Trade Representative (2005-2006), and Director of the Office of Management and Budget (2006-2007). He is the Republican winner for the United States Senate in 2010 by defeating Democrat Lee Fisher.
