Chinese Americans

Chinese Americans are Americans who trace their cultural heritage or ancestry to China. The term may refer to someone born in the America of Chinese descent or to someone who has emigrated to the United States from China. Chinese Americans are the largest Asian American group in the United States. By in large, the community is concentrated in San Francisco and in New York City. They were historically Republican largely due to anti-communist sentiment and U.S.-China relations.
