Frank LoBiondo is a Republican Congressional Representative from New Jersey. He has one of the highest Congressional ratings from The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). He works tirelessly to sponsor, co-sponsor or pass legilation involving protection of animals. He is pretty conservative on most issues, but uniquely takes a more liberal stance on animal rights and the environment. He is one of the few Republicans endorsed by the Sierra Club.
