Attic Greek was the refined dialect of ancient Greek used in and near Athens, which is often called classical Greek today. It is a higher level of Greek than Koine Greek, which was the dialect used in Palestine at the time of Jesus.
The Epistle to the Hebrews is an elegant, perfectly written book in the New Testament that was written in Attic Greek, not Koine Greek.
