Frank LoBiondo, born May 12, 1946 (age 80), was a Republican Congressional Representative from New Jersey's 2nd district from 1995 to 2019. He had one of the highest Congressional ratings from animal organizations. He worked tirelessly to sponsor, co-sponsor or pass legilation involving protection of animals. He was pretty conservative on most issues, but uniquely takes a more liberal stance on animal rights and the environment. He is one of the few Republicans endorsed by the Sierra Club.
LoBiondo chose not to run for re-election in 2018.
