Gilbert Ray “Gil” Cisneros, Jr. (born February 12, 1971 (age 55)) is the Democratic party representative from California's 39th congressional district (Yorba Lina) in the U.S. House of Representatives. Cisneros was elected to the office on November 6, 2018. He is a member of the far left Congressional Progressive Caucus.
