Too Fat Polka is polka song written by Ross MacLean and Arthur Richardson popularized by Arthur Godfrey. The song reached number two in the US charts. The best-selling record was Godfrey's most popular record and it sold over a million copies.[1]

Frankie Yankovic, Bobby Vinton, Lawrence Welk, and Frank Sinatra also popularized the song Too Fat Polka.[2][3][4][5] The Andrews Sisters also created a version of the song which was adapted to a women's point of view that changed the lyrics to "He's too fat for me", etc.[6]
