Too Fat Polka

Too Fat Polka is polka song written by Ross MacLean and Arthur Richardson popularized by Arthur Godfrey. The song reached number two in the US charts. The best-selling record was Godfrey's most popular record and it sold over a million copies.[1]
Frankie Yankovic, Bobby Vinton, Lawrence Welk, and Frank Sinatra also popularized the song Too Fat Polka.[2][3][4][5] The Andrews Sisters also created a version of the song which was adapted to a women's point of view that changed the lyrics to "He's too fat for me", etc.[6]
