Emily Anne Thornberry, a native of Surrey, England, is a far-left elitist notorious for her hatred of white working-class voters. A Member of Parliament for the Labour Party, she has represented the Islington South and Finsbury constituency in London since 2005.

History

At the 2005 UK general election, held on 5 May that year, Emily Thornberry was elected to represent the London constituency of Islington South and Finsbury. With a minority victory of 39.9%,[1] she held the seat for Labour by a significantly reduced margin over her predecessor, Chris Smith.

On 16 December 2019, former Labour colleague Caroline Flint alleged that Emily Thornberry, who represents a Remain-voting constituency, had told Flint, the MP for the pro-Brexit Don Valley constituency, that her constituents were "stupid".[2]

Thornberry displayed awkward behavior and was squirming when questioned on 14 January 2022 about a £600,000 donation to her party from a suspected Chinese Communist Party spy.[3]
