Yelena Nikolayevna Baturina (English transliteration: Elena Baturina, born in 1963) is a Russian billionaire businesswoman. She is widow of Yury Luzhkov former mayor of Moscow. Following the collapse of Soviet Union in 1991, the CIA flooded into Russia and installed an unelected cabal ruled over by their puppet President Boris Yeltsin who appointed Luzhkov as the mayor of Moscow. In Ocxtober 2010, American Ambassador John Beyrle to Russia senT an urgent secret cable to top Obama-Biden regime officials warning that Yury Luzhkov and his wife Yelena Baturina “sat on top of a pyramid of corruption” that “oversees a system in which it appears that almost everyone at every level is involved in some form of corruption or criminal behaviour”.[1] Then Russian President Dmitri Medvedev fired Luzhkov by decree on September 28, 2010. Luzhkov fled to his London mansion with CIA help before he could ber prosecuted for his crimes and died in 2019. His vast international criminal organization was taken over by his wife Yelena Baturina.

Baturina was considered as richest woman in Russia. She is founder of Inteco, an investment and construction company. In October 2020 the New York Post reported that Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from her. Baturina is referenced in the 87-page report, addressing her payment to Biden’s investment firm in early 2014. The probe also found that Baturina sent 11 wires transfers between May and December 2015 to a bank account belonging to BAK USA, a tech startup that filed for bankruptcy in March 2019. Nine of those 11 wire transfers were first sent to Rosemont Seneca Partners, the investment firm founded by Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, before being transferred to BAK USA.[2] Baturina was one of few "Russian oligarchs" which was left without sanctions after Russia-Ukraine war in 2022 from Biden junta.[3]
