Talk:Hypocrites
From Conservapedia
Redirect
I think it would be better to have this redirected to Hypocrite or Hypocrisy instead of it being plural. We have Liberals, Conservatives, Atheists, etc. all redirected. Just a thought, thanks~ --Pinely (TALK) 23:22, 24 January 2017 (EST)
- Thanks, Pinely. I already agreed with you on the same point for the same reasons before I created the article, but the page Hypocrite was protected and locked as a redirect when I accessed it. I did the next best thing and added an "s" to the word hypocrite in the search window, solely for the purpose of creating the article, and generating a separate page.
See explanation for separate article (without redirect) on my Talk page: New Article, Old Title Hypocrites--Dataclarifier (talk) 03:12, 25 January 2017 (EST)
- Additional point> the article Hypocrisy is limited to negative "criticism of others" by the applying of a "double standard". This article, Hypocrites, details the characteristics of hypocrites, their own personal behavior, going beyond simply political and cultural criticism of others according to a duplicitous double standard. Read both again, and compare the difference. Again, thank you for your observation, Pinely. God be with you. --Dataclarifier (talk) 03:25, 25 January 2017 (EST)
