Likely they would move to Toronto instead. They already have a large fan base there plus its proximity to Buffalo probably keeps most of its existing fans too. But I agree, end these giveaways. Great points. The Buffalo Bills' owners hired a Jerry Jones Texas firm to guide them through this, and the Austin option is just a ploy as even ESPN implies in its article.
