It is a dead link. I tried using the Wayback Machine plus the leading archive site at https://archive.ph/ in order to replace the link, but to no avail.

I am referring to this footnote/link:

Bolshevik = Jewish

Caveat: In the same way the Nazis replaced or used as a dogwhistle "Bolshevik" to mean "Jewish", there is a tendency in some quarters to use "liberal" or "communist" as a dogwhistle for "Jewish".

Whether it is deliberate or just the results of a poor education is another matter. Either way, the person throwing around such terminology should be aware his remarks (often in the form of criticism or attacks) can be interpreted, or misinterpreted, as antisemitic.
