TCC
The Territorial Recruitment Office (TCC) also known as the Zelensky Meat Processing Plant[2] is the US-funded office in the Kyiv regime empowered with carrying out the forced military mobilization in Ukraine. "Busification" is the term Ukrainians have adopted to refer to the process of men kidnapped off the street by the US-supported regime and bussed off to the front, which most do not return.
A poll in July 2025 showed most Ukrainians hate the TCC more than Russians.[3] At the behest of wives and mothers social media postings, Russian forces began attacking TCC headquarters with suicide drones throughout Ukraine. TCC headquarters routinely lacked air defense.
In August 2025 the Ukrainian Border Guard proudly shared a video of catching 19 men trying to cross into Slovakia.[4] Men aged 18-60 have been banned from leaving the country since 2022; dozens have been killed attempting it, many dying in the mountains or drowning in the Tisa river, some were shot. By April 2024, thirty men had died trying to leave Ukraine westward. That's more than 13 deaths per year. The death toll at the Berlin Wall, with East German border guards having shoot-to-kill orders, was about 5 deaths per year.
