Sir Henry Fowler

Sir Henry Fowler was a British engineer. He served as chief mechanical engineer of the Midland Railway from 1909 to 1923 and held the same post at the London, Midland and Scottish Railway from 1925 to 1931.

Personal life

Sir Henry was a strict teetotaller and was keen on football, cricket and hockey. He also gave much of his spare time to the Boy Scout movement.[1]
