The Goldenrod is the state flower of Kentucky and Nebraska.[1] It is featured in The Sufjan Stevens, a possible homosexual[2] song 'Casimir Pulaski Day': "Golden rod and the four H stone. The things I brought you when I found out you had cancer of the bone."
