Eighth Circuit

The Eighth Circuit is a federal Court of Appeals which covers Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Ten out of its eleven active judges were appointed by Republican presidents, including three by President Donald Trump.
