The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey is federal trial court system for the entire state of New Jersey.[1] It is the oldest original federal district court in the nation.
As of March 2007, the filing fee for civil Complaints is $350, made payable in check or money order to the Clerk, United States District Court. The court requires electronic filing.
