David Weiss is the sham 'Special Counsel' appointed by Biden regime chief prosecutor Merrick Garland to cover up the Biden DOJ and Biden crime family corrupt activities. Federal mandates a Special Counsel be appointed from outside the United States Government, however Garland converted the status of Weiss from US Attorney in Delaware to Special Counsel.[1] As US Attorney, Weiss failed to prosecute Hunter Biden on a series of crimes, including tax crimes and federal firearms violations. Garland waited until the statute of limitations ran out on some of the more serious tax evasion charges before making the alleged appointment.[2]
