Cameron v. Beshear is the race in 2023 for the office of governor in Kentucky.

This is considered the most important election contest for any office in 2023.[1] In the summer, three months before early voting, Kentucky voters were being besieged by millions of dollars in political ads.

Pro-abortion Dem incumbent Andy Beshear will be 50 if he wins; his challenger, the black conservative Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, would be 37 years old.

Polls

The most recent poll as of Aug. 5, 2023 was taken in late May, and showed a tied race at 47-47% apiece.[2]
