Amish cases consist of the growing body of legal doctrine concerning the Amish, and primarily their religious liberty which thereby affects the religious liberty of all Americans:
- Mast v. Fillmore Cty., 141 S. Ct. 2430, 2434 (2021) (Gorsuch, J., concurring in the GVR) (“In this country, neither the Amish nor anyone else should have to choose between their farms and their faith.”).[1]
