The Religious Freedom Coalition is a "non-profit educational organization head quartered in Washington, DC. Founded in 1982, the Religious Freedom Coalition is dedicated to the equality of all mankind and the freedom of religious expression."[1] The Religious Freedom Coalition advocates for stronger laws against pornography and human trafficking, opposes gay marriage, opposes abortion, and advocates that the United States takes a stronger stand in fighting for religious freedom around the world.

The Religious Freedom Coalition was founded by William J. Murray.[2] Mr. Murray is the son of the late atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair who founded the organization American Atheists.
