Mount Washington is a mountain in New Hampshire and is a popular site for hikers and tourists.

It is also known for its incredibly erratic weather: on April 12, 1934 a wind speed of 231 miles per hour was recorded, the highest wind speed not associated with a tornado or tropical cyclone.
