Halloween is a classic American horror movie from 1978, directed and written by John Carpenter and Debra Hill, starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Donald Pleasence. The film tells about a fictional serial killer named Michael Myers.

The film is one of the most influential slasher films of all time.

In 2007, Rob Zombie produced a remake of the film, and in 2009 he also produced the sequel for the remake.
