- Joseph Stalin was an atheist, communist, and evolutionist dictator who was responsible for the deaths of tens of millions.
- Mao Tse Tung - atheist and communist dictator responsible for the deaths of tens of millions.
- John Wayne Gacy - In an interview where he denied killing any of the victims, serial killer John Wayne Gacy said he was bisexual and "very liberal".[1] Gacy was also a Democratic Party activist who had his picture taken with Rosalynn Carter.[2]
