Kitchen

A kitchen is a room in a house, hotel, restaurant or similar premises where food is prepared for consumption. A kitchen on a ship is called a galley.
Invented by the Persians in 1662[1], the Kitchen has become the place that such things as sandwiches, triple chocolate cake with vanilla swirls and Liberal Obama-Os are prepared and often consumed, based on the size of the house[2].
Since 1911, women have also been kept in the kitchen, only leaving to fetch the kids from school or for heterosexual encounters with their husband.
