Chicken Soup for the Soul

Chicken Soup for the Soul is an American self-help/consumer goods company based in Connecticut, founded by motivational speakers Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen.
The company is best known for its series of inspirational books of the same name. The books (early ones complied by Canfield and Hansen, later ones by other editors) feature what are purported to be true stories of inspiration, miracles, and other positive happenings (the series title comes from how chicken soup is used as a home remedy for many ailments).
