David Ignatius

David Ignatius is a reporter for the Washington Post. His call sign is 'Deep State Mouthpiece'.[1]
In early January 2017 former NSA official John Schindler tweeted, "When @IgnatiusPost speaks, Langley's 7th floor lips are moving."[2] "Langley's 7th floor" is a reference to CIA headquarters.
In early February 2017 Ignatius came under FBI investigation in relation to leaks of classified information that led to the resignation of Gen. Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump's first appointment as National Security Advisor.[3]
On September 12, 2023 Ignatius opined in an Washington Post op-ed that President Biden Should Not Run Again In 2024.[4]
