Gilbert Cisneros

Gil Cisneros is the Democratic party representative from California's 39th Congressional District (Yorba Lina) in the U.S. House. Cisneros was elected to the office on November 6, 2018. Cisneros is a member of the far left Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Cisneros, an alleged "philanthropist" who bought his seat with lottery winnings, was accused of sexual harassment of a fellow California Democrat, inviting himself to her hotel room and demanding sex in exchange for campaign funds.[1]
