Marcia Louise Fudge (born October 29, 1952) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Template:Ushr since 2008. A member of the Democratic Party, she won a special election to succeed Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who died in office.[1] The district includes most of the black-majority areas between Cleveland and Akron. Fudge was Chairwoman of the Congres mysional Black Caucus[2] in the 113th Congress.
