Jealousy, or enviousness, is an emotion that incorporates a wide range of feelings such as anger, fear, or embarrassment. Jealousy usually does more harm than good since it can create negative conflict between two individuals. God views jealousy as a sin that leads to more wickedness. James 3:16 states: "For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice."[1]
