Carlos Mencia, once known as '"the Thinking Man's Dennis Miller", was born "Ned Arnel Mencia". He is a Honduran stand-up comedian who is the host of his own show, Mind of Mencia, on Comedy Central. He is known for his liberal views and has been accused of racism in his portrayal of Mexican stereotypes, especially because he is not Mexican himself.
