Donald Bellisario (b. August 8, 1935) is an ex-Marine who has been the creator (with producer and screen-writer credits) of such popular tv shows as the original Battlestar Galactica, Magnum P.I., Airwolf, Quantum Leap, JAG, and NCIS.[1]
