The Game Developers Conference is an annual meeting of video game programmers and other professionals in the gaming industry, who meet to exchange information and ideas on developing new computer and video games. It is one of the largest gatherings of professionals from the industry with representatives from many major companies. It is held every year in San Francisco, California, and attendance is usually somewhere around 16,000 persons. [1]
